The Government in a democracy should be accountable to the public because the public authority as the holder of the key. The Government should be more transparent and responsible in managing resources public funds or a public authority. Bureaucratic accountability carried out in a balanced internal and external way so that it can produce the performance of education bureaucrats in accordance with the rules and give a sense of smug for stakeholders in the education system. The research aims to find out the school internally and externally bureaucracy Accountability, the control between bureaucratic accountability in the school and methods can ensure the accountability of the school bureaucracy. This type of research uses the instrumental case studies to examine a case in order to be presented a perspective on the issue or theory. The data collected with qualitative methods, documents, archive footage, interviews, direct observation, as well as the role of observation, and physical devices. The informant set by purposive. Data validation using triangulation technique. Research results generate internal accountability carried out by the school. Management of the Fund BOS does not match the technical rules but the school's responsibility to accept the consequences of their performance. While the external accountability is not implemented by the school. The school did not involve the stakeholders of the school Committee, teachers and parents in the process of management of the Fund BOS, does not make use of the media the school as school accountability to the public as well as the use of funds of the BOS is not in accordance with the needs of the stakeholders. An imbalance of internal and external accountability requires a control method to ensure the accountability of public control that is supporting the implementation of the control hierarchy, professional, legal, and political.

Tuna House Mega Mas is an iconic seafood restaurant that is located in the central business district in Manado City, North Sulawesi Province. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this restaurant also experiences a decrease in the number of customers. One crucial determinant to obtain new and to retain existing customers is by being perceived positively by customers. This research aimed to ascertain the perception of Tuna House Mega Mas’ customers in terms of price, quality, and risk variables. Each variable was then divided into four indicators accordingly. To find out customers’ perception, a descriptive quantitative method was used by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, who were chosen randomly. Each variable and indicator was then compared to the range to find out which category it fell into. The result of this research showed that customers agree that Tuna House Mega Mas’ performance, in terms of price, quality, and risk, was well perceived

In the current condition, taxes are the primary source of state income that contributes to the state budget compared to the source of income from foreign exchange for oil and gas and non-oil exports. Viewed from the side of the taxpayer, tax is a burden that is the company's main obligation to fulfill it in a timely manner. This study uses a literature review, where the results of qualitative writing will explain about tax planning at the beginning of the company theoretically. The author in making this research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research process includes the collectability of literature, laws, government regulations, and published journals, identification and analysis of research results related to tax planning at the start of the company, through Publish or Perish and Google Scholar. The results of the study are in the form of a conclusion that tax planning at the beginning of the company's establishment can optimize investment in a more productive direction for the completion of the company as a whole. Recommendations from the research are providing incentives (rewards) to taxpayers who report corporate tax returns supported by complete tax planning reports, minimizing or eliminating multiple interpretations of the implementation of tax regulations, issuing tax rules with a sense of justice and involving stakeholders from the Directorate General of Taxes.

This study aims to determine; (1) the working environment conditions at PT Al Bilad Tour And Travel; (2) employee performance at PT Al Bilad Tour And Travel; and (3) is there a significant effect between the work environment on the performance of employees at PT Al Bilad Tour And Travel. This research is quantitative research using regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT Al Bilad Tour And Travel, totalling 10 employees. Sampling with totalling sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has 5 alternative answers. The instrument validity test uses item analysis and is calculated using the product moment formula, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. Prerequisites for analysis include a normality test and a linearity test. Next, test the hypothesis using simple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the work environment and employee performance at PT Al Bilad Tour And Travel with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.643 and a coefficient of determination of 0.413. This means that 41.3% of employee performance at PT Al Bilad Tour And Travel is influenced by the work environment, while the other 58.7% is determined by other variables not explained in the study

Indomaret and Alfamart are retail businesses that continue to grow in the city of Medan. With retail growth that continues to grow, brand equity will be an important grower because a brand can be declared good if it has strong brand equity.This study aims to determine the difference in brand equity between Indomaret and Alfamart where the study uses the theory of Building strong brands. The research was conducted by comparing the size of the percentage of answers on the questionnaire. For testing the instrument using validity, reliability and normality tests. Meanwhile,The analysis used by the author is percentage analysis and analysis of the Independent Sample Test. Analysis of the Independent Sample Test is a statistical test used to compare the observation data with the expected data to test the hypothesis. The results show that there are differences in Brand Equity between Indomaret and Alfamart in the minds of consumers based on the dimensions of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Quality Perception and Brand Loyalty. Of the four dimensions of Brand Equity, there are 2 (two) dimensions which state that there are differences between Indomaret and Alfamart. And there are 2 (two) dimensions which state that there is no difference between Indomaret and Alfamart. From these four dimensions, Indomaret is superior to Alfamart.

Contract employees are one of the growing HR needs in the industry. The rapid need for contract employees makes HR leaders with the support of information systems still have difficulty in deciding the extension of contract employees according to their wishes. The research objective is a computerized program that is used to determine and evaluate special actions to determine the extension of contract employees using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and Knowledge Data Discovery (KDD) methods. The research problem is to analyze and take into account the assessment of employees in carrying out their work through several criteria, then given the weighting, normalizing the weights, finally giving the parameter values for each criterion. The system development method uses SDLC, the result of which is the application is a DSS that can decide through multiple criteria, while the criteria used are: discipline, attitude, potential and ability, work results and supporting factors. Research contributions assist the manufacturing resources department in determining the extension of contract employees. The output of the research is the application of a decision support system for the extension of contract employees, further research on the development of other DSS that can develop the company's human resource need.

This research aims to know internal and external factors and determine the right strategies for the development of beef cattle business in UD. Terobos. The method used is qualitative and quantitative with the determination of respondents in purposive sampling. This data is processed using SWOT analysis as a formulation of strategy and QSPM as a decision strategy. The results of this study indicate that UD. Terobos has 4 strengths, 2 weaknesses, 4 opportunities, and 3 threats. The IFAS evaluation value in this study was 2.813 and the EFAS evaluation value was 2.851. The results of the IE matrix show UD. The breakthrough is in the V quadrant position, this condition is classified into grow and stability. This shows that the company needs a strategy to grow better. The results of the SWOT analysis show 4 alternative strategies that can be recommended for the development of UD. Break through. The results of the QSPM priority marketing strategy suggested are holding regular livestock program training by the government to increase the scale of beef cattle business to become more advanced (S-O) with a TAS (Total Attractive Score) value of 5.393.

In today's globalized era, a company's competitiveness is largely determined by its environment, both the internal environment and the external environment. The competition certainly involves various assets. Company PT. XYZ is a large company engaged in the procurement of goods in East Java Province, as a large company, of course, it will pay close attention to the assets it owns. Security handling of assets is closely related to the various risks faced. Therefore, the security of these assets is included in risk management. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of asset-based risk management in PT. XYZ. The method used in this study is a literature study which will later be compared with the results obtained. This study also uses a qualitative approach that aims to understand the implementation of risk management at PT. XYZ. The results of this study are the application of risk management that has been carried out by PT. XYZ is going well. The existence of standard SOPs/procedures that already exist and regular evaluations/reviews can minimize the occurrence of risks in business processes that will occur in the future.

Business competition makes entrepreneurs must be careful in managing strategies in order to compete with their competitors and attract consumers to buy their products. This study aims to determine the effect between Brand Ambassador and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 103 respondents through questionnaires. In the test the coefficient of determination was obtained (R2) of 0.582, which implies that the influence of the independent variables (brand ambassadors and brand image) on the dependent variable (purchasing decision) is 58.2%, while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by factors other factors outside the variable x. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study state that: The results of the partial test (t test) show that (1) brand ambassadors influence purchasing decisions, (2) brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) that brand ambassadors and brand image simultaneously (f test ) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Lemonilo noodle products.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Top Swalayan Kolaka. This research is survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all consumers at the Top Swalayan Kolaka and taken as many as 90 respondents using accidental sampling, namely anyone who coincidentally met a researcher who was known to have used the product of Top Swalayan Kolaka. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS analysis techniques through SmartPLS software. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t-count or t-statistic which is 6.288 higher than the t-table value of 1.662 and the price also has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction because the t-count or t-statistic value is 7.450 higher than the t-table value. which is 1,662. The service quality and price variables have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction of 74.2%.
