The Computer-Based Writing Exam (UTBK) is a selection to enter State Universities (PTN) through the joint selection to enter State Universities (SBMPTN). The UTBK test material consists of a Scholastic Potential Test (TPS) and an Academic Competency Test (TKA) consisting of Science and Technology and Social Sciences. The UTBK material has a high level of difficulty, but not many high school students have prepared themselves from the start. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the ability of the Scholastic Potential Test and the academic competence of the 12th graders of SMA Negeri 1 Situbondo. This research is a survey research, with respondents from all 12th grade students majoring in science and social studies who are willing to take part in the UTBK Try Out, namely 65 science students and 50 social studies students. The results of the t-test statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference (p > 0.05) in the ability of science and social studies students to the ability of TPS in the components of General Knowledge, reading and writing ability, and English language ability. Meanwhile, the reasoning and numeric abilities of science students were significantly (p < 0.05) higher than social studies students. The results of Pearson's correlation analysis show that there is a significant positive correlation (p = 0.000) between TPS scores and science and technology academic competence in science students. However, TPS scores on social studies students do not correlate with Soshum's academic competence. Conclusion: the readiness of science students is higher than social studies students in facing the 2022 UTBK.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the response of students of physics education at the University of Jember to a virtual laboratory assisted by scratch on the subject of circular motion. The method used is descriptive and the sample is 93 students of the Physics Education Class of 2021/2022. The data collection technique is in the form of student response questionnaires made using google forms. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the average percentage result is 83.1%, which is included in the very feasible category. Thus, it can be concluded that the virtual scratch laboratory on the subject of circular motion is very suitable to be used during physics practicum.

The problem in this study is how to manage the physics laboratory at A Samarinda Senior High School and B Samarinda Senior High School. The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the management of physics laboratories in A Samarinda Senior High School and B Samarinda High School. This study used descriptive research with data collection techniques carried out by means of documentation and interviews. The results of this study generally concluded that the management of physics laboratories at A Samarinda Senior High School and B Samarinda High School is quite good and supports physics learning. This can be seen from the laboratory planning that has been carried out optimally even though there are still many limitations, the implementation of the planning has been done well.

Analysis of the effectiveness of learning using static fluid modules in fish cage buildings is carried out by collecting data through the results of the students' Pre-test and Post-test which then determines the level of effectiveness through the N-Gain test. This study has a goal, namely to find out how the effectiveness of learning by using static fluid modules in fish cage buildings for students of SMA Negeri 5 Jember. The type of research used is an experiment, with a pretest-posttest control group design. Respondents in the study were students of class XI MIPA 2 as the control class and students of class XI MIPA 3 as the experimental class. The research results obtained in the experimental class with learning using the static fluid module of fish cage buildings obtained an N-Gain value of 69.4% in the "Moderate" category with an effectiveness interpretation of "Effective enough", while the results for the control class obtained an N-Gain value of 36 % category "Moderate" with the interpretation "Not Effective". The conclusions that can be obtained in this study are based on hypothesis testing, so there is a significant effectiveness of learning using static fluid modules in fish cage buildings.

In the 21st century critical thinking skills are needed by students. Critical thinking skills have several indicators, including: interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference, ability to explain and self regulation. In this research, the indicators that measured was analytical indicators. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of practicum method on analytical skills. The research is an experimental research with post-test only control group design. The post-test questions used are 10 UN questions given at the end of te lesson. Location was at SMAN 5 Jember with research sample from class X1 and X4 wich were selected based on the smallest average value of midterm exam. The results of this research indicate that the practicum method has an effect on analytical skills’s student, it is known based on tested by non parametric Mann-Whitney U..

Physics subjects are not liked by student because it have a high level ofdifficulty. The impact is that student learning outcomes in physics subjects aregenerally low. The solution is an application of a learning model with picture mediaor picture and picture. This study aims to improve a student learning outcomes, aswell as analyze student respons to the picture and picture learning model applied. Thisresearch is an experimental research with a posttest-only control design. The dataanalysis technique of this study is to use the normality test and T-Test. The resultsthrough the Mann Whitney U-Test is 0.000<0.05 which indicated that there was asignificant difference in post-test results. While the student response obtained a 85%and get a “very positif” category.Key words : Learning model, Learning Outcomes, Picture and Picture

Parabolic motion is the curved motion of an object whose trajectory is a parabola. In objects that experience parabolic motion, objects will experience the farthest distance and the highest point. The farthest distance traveled by an object in motion with a parabolic trajectory is influenced by the elevation angle formed, this is because the velocity in the direction of the x-axis and the velocity in the direction of the y-axis are affected by the magnitude of the angle of elevation formed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the motion of the parabola on the volleyball serve with a variety of different angles so that volleyball players can find out the ideal angle for the under serve so that the ball can fall on target and over the net. This research is using experimental method. The results of a good and ideal angle when serving under a volleyball so that the ball falls on target and crosses the net using an initial angle of 600, a falling angle of 250, and with a speed of 11.2 m/s which is analyzed using a tracker.

Fisika dianggap pelajaran yang sulit dan kurang menarik. Namun pada kenyataannya siswa sering beranggapan bahwa fisika adalah mata pelajaran yang sulit dan kurang menarik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya rumus dalam menyelesaikan soal fisika sehingga membuat siswa bingung untuk menentukan rumus mana yang akan digunakan untuk menyelesaikan soal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi dalam menganalisis konsep teori kinetik gas. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian posttest only control group design. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa dalam menganalisis konsep teori kinetik gas. Pro-environmental Behavior (PEB) yang diterapkan dalam kurikulum merupakan upaya percepatan perbaikan lingkungan. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran kategori PEB calon guru Fisika yang telah mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan kurikulum terintegrasi PEB. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan merupakan angket dua dimensi 2-Major Environmental Values (2-MEV) yang telah dialihbahasakan dan disesuaikan dengan konteks Indonesia. Secara keseluruhan, responden yang telah mengisi angket sejumlah 63 calon guru Fisika yang telah menempuh mata kuliah berbasis lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas calon guru Fisika berada pada kategori Tinggi, dan tidak ada calon guru yang berada pada kategori rendah. Temuan ini mampu memperkuat bahwa aspek pendidikan, yang dalam hal ini diimplementasikan dalam kurikulum berbasis Hutan Tropika Basah dan Lingkungannya (HTB+L) ditambah dengan pembiasaan di lingkungan Universitas mampu berdampak positif terhadap PEB. Pada lingkup universitas mulawarman telah dilakukan upaya pembiasaan PEB melalui disediakannya sarana dan prasarana ramah lingkungan, hingga berbagai kegiatan terintegrasi PEB. Kurikulum berbasis lingkungan memiliki potensi dalam peningkatan PEB calon guru, baik melalui pembelajaran di kelas, dan berbagai kegiatan yang bersifat pembiasaan. Selain implementasi kurikulum yang mampu memperkuat pengetahuan lingkungan calon guru, perlu untuk dilengkapi dengan kegiatan kemahasiswaan atau pembiasaan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungn. Pada penelitian ini masih terbatas pada analisis aspek pengetahuan dalam kurikulum terhadap PEB, sehingga diperlukan penelitian lanjutan yang mengkaji aspek-aspek lain pembentuk PEB secara teoretis.

Alternating current circuits are one of the physics taught in senior high school. Alternating current (AC) circuits are material related to mathematical equations so that to study this material students must have good mathematical abilities. This research will discuss the improvement of test results for AC circuit material, especially in the RL series, RC series, and RLC series using an alternative method in the form of the Pythagorean theorem on the impedance and voltage equations. This is because the Pythagorean theorem has a mathematical equation that is identical to the impedance and voltage equations in AC circuits. This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Jember using two classes, namely XII MIPA 5 and XII MIPA 7 classes. Based on the research that has been done, the result is an increase in test results in class XII MIPA 5 of 0.54 in the medium category and an increase in test results in class XII MIPA 7 of 0.30 in the medium category. Therefore student responses indicate that the Pythagorean theorem can attract students' interest, provide motivation with positive student responses and students are satisfied in applying it in solving AC circuit problems.
