Abstract

Berpikir kritis adalah salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki peserta didik pada abad 21. Penggunaan media pembelajaran berupa LKPD yang memadukan disiplin ilmu sains, teknologi, teknik, dan matematika dapat melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas LKPD berbasis STEM, mengukur keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada pokok bahasan gerak lurus dengan menggunakan media berupa LKPD, dan respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan LKPD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis STEM sangat valid dengan nilai 90,7%, keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas X di SMA Pancasila tergolong sedang dengan nilai 58,38, dan LKPD termasuk dalam kategori menarik yang dikatahui dari respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan LKPD berbasis STEM. Kata kunci : Berpikir kritis, LKPD berbasis STEM, Respon peserta didik.

Abstract

Lettuce is a horticultural crop that has many enthusiasts and is widely cultivated using hydroponic systems. One important factor for plant growth is the need for sufficient light to support the process of photosynthesis. Efforts to overcome the lack of light is to use artificial light that comes from LED lights. This study aims to determine the effect of ultraviolet LED growth lamp power on the growth of lettuce plants. This study was divided into two groups: the control group without irradiating LED growth lamps and the experimental group using irradiation of LED growth lamps with a duration of irradiation of 4 hours at night. Parameters observed included plant height, leaf length, leaf width, number of leaves and leaf color in the third week. Analysis of research data used a non-parametric statistical test, namely the Kruskal Wallis test with the help of SPSS 23. The results showed that the power treatment of LED growth lamps had a significant effect on plant height, leaf length, leaf width and number of leaves. However, the power treatment of LED growth lamps did not significantly affect leaf color. The results showed that the best treatment was obtained at 18 watts of power.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze whether attaching a reward sticker in a physics class increases motivation for learning. This research uses the quantitative descriptive method. The type of study is classroom action research in two phases, cycle 1 and cycle 2. The study subjects were up to 34 students from class X4 SMAN 5 Jember. Data collection techniques using Google forms, observations, questionnaires packaged in documents. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis. The study showed a 9% increase in the highly motivated category and a 76% increase in the very motivated category. The conclusion of this study was that rewarding stickers can increase students' motivation to learn during the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran PBL berbantuan E-LKPD terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajarserta respon siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan model PBL berbantuanE-LKPD pada pokok bahasan besaran dan satuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalaheksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Jember tahunajaran 2022/2023 dengan menggunakan dua sampel penelitian yaitu kelaskontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas danjika data terdistribusi normal akan dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesismenggunakan uji independent sampel t test, sedangkan jika data tidakterdistribusi normal maka akan dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan mannwhitney u. Setelah dilakukan analisis data diperoleh hasil untuk aktivitas belajardilakukan uji t dan menghasilkan signifikan sebesar 0,000 yang artinya tesdinyatakan signifikan dan untuk hasil belajar dilakukan uji mann whitney ukarena data tidak terdistribusi normal dan didapatkan hasil signifikan sebesar0,000 yang artinya tes dinyatakan signifikan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkanterdapat pengaruh model PBL berbantuan E-LKPD terhadap aktivitas dan hasilbelajar siswa SMA pada pokok bahasan besaran dan satuan.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research with the aim of improving students' cognitive learning outcomes in the material of sound waves. The physics material in this even semester for class XI is sound waves. The physical material a fits perfectly with the PBL model. This is evidenced by the increase in learning outcomes with the PBL model. The subjects of this study were all 34 students in class XI MIPA 2 at SMAN 4 Situbondo. Data obtained from the results of learning physics in the form of cognitive tests. qualitative descriptive analysis and gain-test analysis. This research was conducted in two cycles. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the PBL model in physics learning can improve student learning outcomes. This is shown from the results of the average N-Gain score increasing from cycle I to cycle II. Cycle I and cycle II were 0.31 and 0.55 respectively in the moderate category.

Abstract

Diagnostic Reference Level (DRL) is a method of optimizing patient doses in diagnostic and intervention procedures. The DRL value is obtained from the Volumetric Computed Tomography Dose Index (CTDIvol) which is obtained from a phantom with a diameter of 16 cm or 32 cm, so it is not yet possible to accurately estimate the dose for each patient, especially pediatric patients. The American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) then issued a water equivalent diameter (Dw) parameter to calibrate the CTDIvol to obtain a Size-Specific Dose Estimate (SSDE) so that it is more specific and effective. This study aims to obtain local DRL values ​​and compare local DRL values ​​in two pediatric age groups. This study used data from 25 pediatric abdominal CT scan patients aged <15 years, divided into two groups, ages 0-4 years and ages 5-15 years. The results of this study showed that typical DRLCTDIvol values ​​for ages 0-4 years and 5-15 years were 3.09 mGy and 4.39 mGy respectively, while DRLSSDE for the two age groups were 3.25 mGy and 3.54 mGy respectively. There is a difference of 5.27% and 19.36% respectively from the local DRL value based on CTDIvol and SSDE for the two age groups. It can be seen that in the 0-4 year age group, the DRLSSDE value is greater than the DRLCTDIvol, conversely in the 5-15 year age group the DRLSSDE value is lower than the DRLCTDIvol which indicates that the dimensional factor affects the dose received by the patient.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research with the aim of improving students' cognitive learning outcomes on alternative energy material. The subjects of this study were all 34 students of class X2 at SMAN 1 Genteng. Data collection techniques using observation methods, tests with cognitive test instruments, and documentation. Then the data was analyzed by descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The conclusion of this study is that the use of PBL model-based worksheets assisted by PhET simulations is proven to be effective in increasing students' cognitive learning outcomes. This is seen from the results of the average N-Gain scores in each cycle, namely I and II, which are 0.54 and 0.56. Both values ​​are included in the medium category, but there is an increase.

Abstract

The lack of motivation of students due to physics learning tends to be saturated with the many formulas taught and the use of learning media by teachers who do not attract the attention of students underlies this research. This research focuses to determine whether the use of wordwall media in Physics class can increase students' learning motivation. This study uses a classroom action research method, which includes pre-learning cycles and learning cycles I and II using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research was conducted on 35 students of class X-3 at SMA Negeri 5 Jember. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and observation, which categorised students into five groups based on their motivation level. The results showed that the use of wordwall application learning media had a significant positive effect on student motivation, which resulted in an increase in motivation in the very high and high learning motivation categories in learning cycles I and II. The study also found an increase of 37.14% with 13 students in the very high learning motivation category and an increase of 54.29% with 21 students in the high learning motivation category after the application of wordwall application in Physics learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKS) assisted by liveworksheets based on the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving critical thinking skills and learning outcomes. This research is Classroom Action Research with a One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this research were all 36 students of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Jember for the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection for the critical thinking ability variable was obtained through a three-item essay test and for the learning outcome variable through a 15-item multiple choice test. The data obtained was analyzed using the N-Gain formula and the classical completeness formula. Based on the analysis, the N-Gain value for critical thinking skills was 0.531 (medium category) and learning outcomes increased with an N-Gain value of 0.26 (low category) in cycle I and 0.67 (medium category) in cycle II. Based on the results obtained, the use of multi-representation E-LKS assisted by live worksheets based on the PBL model has an effect on critical thinking skills and physics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Deuterium adalah isotop atom hidrogen yang memiliki struktur sederhana dan memiliki sifat kuantum yang sama dengan atom hidrogen. Dalam hal ini solusi persamaan yang akan digunakan sebagai solusi adalah persamaan Schrodinger dari koordinat bola. Posisi elektron dalam atom tidak dapat ditentukan dengan pasti, tetapi kita dapat menentukan probabilitas dengan menggunakan fungsi radial atom deuterium. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pendekatan ketidakpastian Hesenberg dalam menentukan momentum dan spektrum energi atom deuterium n=4. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian non eksperimen berupa pengembangan teori yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi (1) data distribusi probabilitas, ekspektasi, ketidakpastian momentum, dan simulasi keluaran grafik ketidakpastian momentum atom deuterium tergantung pada bilangan kuantum utama dan azimuth-nya, (2) data distribusi spektrum energi n≤4. Semakin besar nilai bilangan kuantum utama dan azimuth-nya akan mengakibatkan peningkatan nilai ketidakpastian momentumnya dan mengakibatkan penurunan nilai ketidakpastian posisinya, sehingga semakin akurat pengukuran posisi akan menghasilkan pengukuran momentum yang lebih tidak akurat. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar tingkat energinya, maka energi atom Deutrium yang diperoleh akan semakin kecil. Ini karena semakin banyak lintasan kulit atom akan menghasilkan lebih sedikit energi.
