Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh experiential marketing, customer experience, dan ekuitas merek terhadap minat beli ulang produk MS Glow (studi kasus masyarakat dikota Padag). Sampel dalmam penelitian ini terdiri dari 90 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program Smart PLS. dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan experiential marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang, sedangkan customer experience berpengaruh negetif terhadap minat beli ulang dan ekuitas merek berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat beli ulang.

Abstract

In the e-marketplace, trust consists of two categories, namely trust in intermediaries and trust in sellers. This research aims to empirically examine the influence of these two types of consumer trust on purchasing behavior and determine which one is more dominant in explaining purchasing behavior. The research objectives were achieved by conducting a survey among e-marketplace users in Indonesia who have experience shopping on websites such as TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, Shopee, Bukalapak, and similar platforms that facilitate trading without selling their own products. The sample in this study consisted of 31 e-marketplace users in Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) version 7.0 software was used to test the hypotheses. The results of this study indicate a significant influence of benevolence and integrity on trust in intermediaries, while competence does not have a significant influence on trust in intermediaries. Trust in intermediaries has a significant influence on trust in the seller community, and trust in intermediaries has a significant influence on the intention to repurchase on the e-marketplace. Trust in the seller community does not have a significant influence on the intention to repurchase on the e-marketplace. Trust in intermediaries does not mediate the influence of trust in sellers on the intention to repurchase in the e-marketplace.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the analysis of the influence of production costs and social media on the demand for fast food products in Medan city post-COVID-19 pandemic, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection using the Likert scale method. The subjects used in this study were 100 people from Locabite Burger Box, taken using the Purposive Sampling Technique. Data analysis techniques were conducted through the IBM SPSS statistic 25 program. The results of this study indicate that first, the production cost variable has a significant influence on the demand for fast food products as seen from the statistical results showing a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable, which is 7.176 > 1.661. Second, the social media variable has a significant influence on the demand for fast food products as seen from the statistical results showing a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable, which is 7.428 > 1.661. And third, simultaneous results show that there is a joint influence of production costs and social media on the demand for fast food products as seen from the statistical results showing a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 and fcount > ftable, which is 11.251 > 3.088.

Abstract

In carrying out the main duties of the agency, the government requires a procurement system to meet operational needs. One of the procurements carried out is the procurement of operational service vehicles. This research is descriptive qualitative by using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, studying existing documents and conducting case studies in the field to obtain conclusions about the procurement system used and provide suggestions for future program development.The results showed that the two-wheeled service vehicle procurement system through the purchasing system was effective and provided benefits. While the procurement of four-wheeled official vehicles through the purchasing system has not been effective and efficient, therefore an alternative rental system is needed to provide many benefits.

Abstract

An archive storage system is a system used for document storage to make it easier to store and quickly find documents that have been stored if needed at any time. Proper storage of government archives is very necessary to maintain and preserve documents so they can be used and found again in the future. Some of the obstacles faced by the Administration and Personnel Subdivision of the West Sumatra Province Regional People's Representative Council Secretariat in managing incoming and outgoing letters is that it takes quite a long time to search for certain letters. The research method used is data collection through observation . Archives at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of West Sumatra Province are stored in a filing cabinet, this functions to save archive storage space.

Abstract

One of the information systems that is really needed in companies, without good information, company management will experience difficulties in making decisions. The information system needed in a company is an accounting information system, because basically an Accounting Information System (AIS) is a system that processes data and transactions to produce information that is useful for planning, controlling and operating a business. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of information systems. Accounting for Revenue from Goods Safekeeping Services at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) UPS Sibuhuan. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a field approach through interviews and documentation, then analysis is carried out. The results of this research indicate that the accounting information system for goods deposit services revenue has been implemented effectively at PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPS Sihubuan. PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPS Sihubuan uses source documents to collect initial data about business activities, and then transfers the data to a computer. With well-designed source documents, data entry can be used properly for speed in recording business activities. When data about business activities has been collected, the next step is the process of updating previously stored information about the resources affected by these activities. The updating process is carried out directly, transactions occur and then produce output, namely financial reports. There is an accounting information system reporting process for deposit service revenues in the form of recognition, measurement, disclosure, reporting and accounting report notes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention to use the Gojek application with attitude towards using as an intervening variable among Gojek application service users in the city of Padang. The population in this study is all users of the Gojek application service in the city of Padang, the exact number of which is unknown with a sample size of 246 people. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of this research, the results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards using the Gojek application. 2) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use the Gojek application. 3) Attitude towards using has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use the Gojek application. 4) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use the Gojek application with attitude towards using as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Job stress, as a major well-being issue in the contemporary world of work, is attracting increasing attention from researchers, especially in the context of its effects on women. Women often fulfill dual roles as professional workers and household leaders, presenting unique challenges in managing multiple demands both at work and within the family sphere. This research discusses how the imbalance between work life and personal life, especially work-life conflict, influences work stress levels in career women. This research involved 200 women who had worked for at least 6 months. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method with the help of the SmartPLS application, this research discusses the influence of Work-Life Conflict (WLC) on women's work stress levels. The findings highlight the importance of conflict management between work and personal life, with implications for organizational policies in supporting such balance. Although Perceived Social Support (PSS) was not proven to be a significant mediator, this research contributes to the understanding of the complexity of the dynamics between these variables, providing a basis for further research and practical implementation. These findings also emphasize the important role of leadership in creating an organizational culture that supports work-life balance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) as a raw material budgeting in Batik Sekar Jati. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the raw material inventory control applied by UKM Batik Sekar Jati has optimal in emphasizing production costs, and to determine the minimum total inventory cost. This research uses descriptive method that is quantitative in nature. Descriptive analysis techniques used to analyze data on the problem of controlling the raw material budget in an effort to reduce production costs are using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The results showed that the company can save costs if the company uses the EOQ method, where the ordering cost was lower than the ordering cost according to the method that the company was currently running. The optimal purchase of raw materials according to the company's actual data was more than the purchase according to EOQ which purchases less. For budget control of raw materials Batik Sekar Jati can use Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) analysis, Safety Stock (SS), Reorder Point (ROP) and Total Cost (TC).

Abstract

This research aims to prove and analyze the contribution of perceived organizational support in strengthening the relationship between exploitative leadership and employee green innovativeness behavior. This research was conducted on 121 ASN who work within the West Sumatra Provincial Health Service. The sample collection method used in Lacuna is a census. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly, through field observations carried out directly by researchers. The data analysis method used is Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) which is processed using Stata. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that perceived organizational support had a positive effect on employee green innovativeness behavior, apart from that it was also found that exploitative leadership had a negative effect on employee green innovativeness behavior. Furthermore, it was also found that perceived organizational support was no able to moderate the relationship between exploitative leadership and employee green innovativeness behavior, in terms of Perceived organizational behavior actually weakens the implementation of exploitative leadership with employee green innovativeness behavior in ASN within the West Sumatra Provincial Health Service.
