Abstract

The phenomena that occur in the world of work today are quite diverse according to Soedarsa (2014) The first phenomenon, the high rate of employee turnover, the second phenomenon, there are still many companies or offices that pay less attention to human resources, the third phenomenon, the mismatch between education and employee placement is also still a problem. This study aims to determine the Effect of Internal Control, Work Environment and Operational Audit on Employee Performance (Empirical Study at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia). This kind of study employs quantitative techniques. Employees of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry make up the study's population. This study used simple random sampling, which is a method of selecting participants from the population at random without taking into account the population's strata. Seventy respondents made up the study's sample. The author disseminated the survey directly to respondents as part of the data gathering strategy. Descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing are all used in this study's data analysis methodology. Internal control, the work environment, and operational audit all had a simultaneous impact on employee performance, according to the findings of the SPSS version 26 test administered after the study was completed. Employee performance was slightly impacted by the internal control variable, whereas operational audit had an impact and the work environment variable had no discernible influence.

Abstract

Inclusive economic growth is one of the priorities in Indonesia's national development, emphasizing that the benefits of growth should be felt equally by all segments of society. Macroeconomic policies play a crucial role as a tool to achieve these goals thru inflation control, sustainable fiscal management, consistent monetary policy, and public investment plans focused on welfare and food security. This research aims to examine the integration of macroeconomic policies in supporting inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. The method applied is descriptive-qualitative analysis, referring to 20 scientific articles published between 2022 and 2025, which are related to fiscal policy, monetary policy, price stability, income inequality, job creation, and food security. The results of the search indicate that expansionary fiscal policies, particularly thru spending on social needs, infrastructure development, and support for the agricultural sector, can reduce inequality, strengthen food security, and improve public access to various economic opportunities. Consistent monetary policy serves to protect the purchasing power of low-income communities by regulating inflation, maintaining stable food prices, and strengthening the exchange rate, which supports financial stability and creates a more open investment climate. Nevertheless, there are obstacles in coordinating policies, particularly in maintaining a balance between growth, fair distribution, and food security at the national level. Therefore, it can be concluded that the integration of macroeconomic policies is an important factor in accelerating the achievement of inclusive economic growth in Indonesia, and provides recommendations for the government to strengthen cooperation in fiscal, monetary, and food policies.

Abstract

Fluctuations in inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates are macroeconomic indicators that can affect the performance of issuers' shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially when linked to internal conditions that vary between sectors. The instability of these macroeconomic variables creates uncertainty for investors and necessitates a more comprehensive study. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and internal company factors on the performance of listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method of 20 national scientific articles and 1 accredited international scientific journal from the period 2022–2025. The data were analyzed through document analysis by comparing and synthesizing the findings of previous studies. The results show that the influence of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on stock performance is inconsistent across industry sectors and research periods. Internal company factors, particularly profitability and company size, play an important role in determining stock performance and strengthening issuers' resilience to macroeconomic pressures. Simultaneously, macroeconomic variables and internal company factors interact with each other in influencing the stock performance of issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
