Abstract

Taxation means that people's contributions to the state treasury are personally influenced by the law to give up part of their own wealth. The survey explains that tax socialization is positively affected by mandatory compliance with motor vehicle taxation, awareness of taxpayers and tax penalties is affected by taxpayer compliance when paying taxes on motorized vehicles. The survey uses a quantitative approach that focuses on breadth and objectivity. As a result, the survey can be used to reveal the reality when an area is out of sync. The population in the survey is all mandatory motor vehicle taxation. The sample in the survey is taxpayers who have one or more motorized vehicles and are in the Bandar Lampung area. In Lampung Province alone, the total number of motorized vehicles is 3,679,741 units. This indicates that 6.13% of taxpayers who own two-wheeled vehicles must participate in the whitening and 31.32% of taxpayers who own four-wheeled vehicles must participate in the whitening. This indicates that if the taxpayer is still not aware of the need to pay motor vehicle taxation. The conclusion of the survey is that the introduction of taxation is not affected by mandatory tax compliance, awareness of taxpayers is affected by mandatory tax compliance, tax penalties are not affected by taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

In the development of research carried out to find out and analyze efforts to overcome work stress at Bakso Haji Sony. This examination is a type of subjective exploration, so the investigation of the information applied is spellbinding. Information sorting is an action to describe or collect all the information that has been obtained from the field as perception, encounter and information as a particular record no matter what. Show of information, an effort to introduce research data through data descriptions. Information reduction is the most common way of paying attention to the simplification, abstraction, and alteration of information in the field. End and check is to observe data in the field. Considering the hypothetical investigation and the consequences of examining the information, it tends to be concluded that: the three research subjects experienced job stress while working at Bakso Haji Sony. The stressor is different for each subject.

Abstract

Era of globalization current, especially in sector, tourism is growing, of which is in the food industry. This survey was conducted to find out the influence of price and product quality on Satisfaction of Consumer at Restaurant. Titian Akar partially and simultan eously the population in this research is 2,407 with a research sample of 100 respondents based on consumer data from Titian Akar Restaurant by filling out a questionnaire. Normality is technique is in the form of validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, classical assumptions (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis ofmultiple linearregression: Y= 23.896 + 0.104X1 + 0.166X2 + The results of the T test are Price Variable (X1) the t-count value is 2.974 > from the t-table value of 1.984. Product Quality Variable (X2) with a t-value of worth 3.927 > from the t-table value of 1.984.) So that a significant which is < from a determined value of 0.05 so that it can be declared significant. Simultaneous testobtained F count (12,881) > F table (3,089). The results of the coefficient of determination R square) are obtained worth 0.418 or (41.8%,) Price and product qualityproduct has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the level of consumer satisfaction with the services provided by Caffe Ayang Beib Steak. This research uses quantitative methods. In this study, data were collected using a questionnaire from 100 respondents, where the respondents were consumers of Caffe Ayang Beib Steak. The analytical tools used are Level of Conformity Analysis and Cartesian Diagram Analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the result of the highest average level of conformity is 79.35%, where there are still 7 attributes that are below the average level of conformity. The calculation result of Importance-Performance Analysis is known that the average service quality is 3.14 and the average level of customer satisfaction is 4.58. This shows that 3.14 < 4.58 which means that the quality of service provided by Caffe Ayang Beib Steak during the covid-19 pandemic has not fully satisfied consumers. Meanwhile, the results of the Cartesian Diagram measurement show that there are 4 attributes in quadrant A that must be prioritized by Caffe Ayang Beib Steak. Based on the results of the level of conformity approach, the importance-performance analysis table, and the Cartesian diagram, it can be concluded that the quality of service provided has not been able to meet consumer satisfaction at Caffe Ayang Beib Steak.

Abstract

This purpose of this research to determine the effect of perceived quality on purchase intention through brand trust on Asus laptops. Respondents in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Esa Unggul University Jakarta batch 2018-2021, with the criteria that they had seen and knew about the specifications and features of the Asus laptop brand. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique of 180 respondents using the formula Hair et.al (2013). The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the strength of direct and indirect relationships between various variables. The results of this study indicate that perceived quality has a positive effect on purchase intentions on Asus laptops. Brand trust has a positive effect on purchase intentions on Asus laptops. Perception of quality has a positive effect on brand trust on Asus laptops. Perception of quality on purchase intention has a positive effect mediated by brand trust on Asus laptops.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitude, financial technology, financial self-efficacy, and locus of control on saving decisions. The object of this research is college students who live in Madiun city. The type of research used in this study is Quantitative Explanatory Research with non-probability sampling data collection techniques. Meanwhile, the data collection methods used were questionnaire interviews and literature study. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to college in students Madiun via Google Form which was then processed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). From the tests carried out, the results show that financial knowledge and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on saving decisions. Meanwhile, financial attitude, financial technology, and financial self-efficacy have no effect.

Abstract

A business conducted online via the internet, social media, or e-commerce is known as an online business. Due to advancements in information and communication technologies, online commerce is fast expanding. The internet phenomena that exists in the community also exists in the collegiate setting. In general, students in metropolitan regions have greater access to the internet. They use the internet, social media, and e-commerce to promote their products and services. As students and members of the community, welfare is a way of life that performs effectively and in harmony in the physical, psychological, social, personal, and career sectors. This study was carried out in Medan, which is one of Indonesia's major cities. The Lemeshow formula was utilized as a sample in this study's quantitative research approach, which utilised accidental sampling. The distribution of questionnaires utilizing the Likert scale answer guidelines was utilized as the research instrument.Validity, reliability, and normalcy tests are performed to evaluate the instrument, after which the data is analyzed using basic linear regression analysis in IBM SPSS 24, which yields a F value of 10.697 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 and the regression model may then be used or the Online Business (X) has an impact on the Student Welfare variable (Y), hence hypothesis Ha is confirmed and hypothesis H0 is rejected. The effect of internet on student wellbeing 32,1%, according to the findings of basic linear regression testing. So there are still additional elements that have a 67,9% impact on student wellbeing.

Abstract

This study analyzes several things about sharia auditing in sharia banking, including: the concept of supervision, sharia audit framework and governance of Islamic financial institutions; the role of sharia auditors in the Halal Assurance System in Sharia Banks; the role and competence of sharia auditors in supporting sharia banking performance; effectiveness of sharia audit in Indonesia and perspective according to Al-Quran and Hadith; sharia audit challenges; and Islamic bank audits. This research method uses qualitative methods, namely library research by selecting 5 (five) journals and 1 (one) book on sharia auditing. Audits in Islamic banks and conventional banks are very different, so that effective supervision is needed on Islamic banks, in this case a sharia auditor is needed. Sharia auditors have a broader scope, sharia auditors must review sharia compliance to ensure that all operational activities of sharia financial institutions are in accordance with sharia principles. A sharia auditor must also have competence that can be proven through a special certification exam for sharia auditors.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on people's lives, including businesspeople, one of which is in hospitality services. Hotel Sulthan Darussalam is one of the hotels affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In achieving a success Hotel Sulthan Darussalam has prepared several marketing communication strategies. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing communication strategy carried out by Hotel Sulthan Darussalam in increasing the number of room occupancy after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach using the theory of innovation duffusion and Lasswell. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communications carried out by Hotel Sulthan Darussalam in the post-Covid-19 pandemic have referred to promotions carried out directly or through social media, maintaining good relations with several companies in collaborating, and offering several facilities via online. travel agent (OTA) to increase the number of room occupancy.

Abstract

This research is about the effect of Bank Soundness level which is measured using the CAMEL ratio with Profitability of Conventional Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this study, the Capital is proxied by the CAR ratio, Earning is proxied by the NPL ratio, the Management is proxied by the NIM ratio, the Equity is proxied by the BOPO ratio, Liquidity is proxied by the LDR ratio, as a dependent variable, and profitability is proxied by ROA (Return on Assets) as an independent variable. The object of research in this study is Conventional Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2019-2021, with 30 Conventional Banks. The data of this research is from the annual financial reports of each bank. Which is processed by using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The result of research is that CAR affects profitability, this means that banks can manage capital to generate profits. NPL does not affect profitability because every year there are bad loans, so the NPL value is uncertain. NIM does not affect profitability because the bank can minimize bad loans with its productive assets. BOPO has a negative effect on profitability because with minimal costs it can generate maximum income. LDR has no effect on profitability because lending is not proportional to credit quality.
