Abstract

21st century learning is characterized by digital media used in the learning process or often called the industrial revolution 4.0. The use of digital media in the 21st century does not mean that conventional media is not good or suitable for use in learning. When teachers can make the most of these media, conventional media can also bring their own positive values to students. Like learning to write description text. The learning process of this material can use conventional media such as Tamia Furniture. Furniture Tamia stands for Taman Learning Miniature Media can help students in the learning process of writing description texts in the form of historical buildings in Pasuruan City.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning achievement and mastery of BK-ICT subject material for eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sekaran. This research is included in class action research. Where the improvement activities carried out as many as three cycles. Data obtained from this study in the form of increased achievement and mastery of students BK_TIK material by using projector media and student learning outcomes using projector media. Research data were obtained using observation sheets and formative tests. From the research that has been done, it is obtained data that the use of projector media can have a positive influence on student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increasing understanding and mastery of students on the material that has been delivered by the teacher so far (mastery learning increases from cycles I, II, and III), each of which are 55%, 70%, and 90%. In cycle III students' classical learning completeness has been achieved. In addition, the learning model using projector media can be used as an alternative learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of natural science learning achievement in the human motion system by using the Diversity of Student Strategic Learning method (Learning Strategies that take account of student diversity). This research was included in a class action research that was designed into two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Based on the results of research that has been done, the results obtained, namely the basic capabilities of the material motion system in humans can be achieved properly. This can be seen in the results of student evaluations that reach 78.25% completeness. The data is used as a basis for designing cycle 1, so as to obtain the results of the activities of students who have good activities in learning activities as many as 17 (68%) and as many as 4 (16%) and as many as 4 (16%) indicate less activity. While observations from the point of view of students' attention in learning activities, students who have good attention are 9 (36%), who have attention as much as 6 (24%) and less attention is 10 (40%). The use of the Diversity of Student Strategic Learning method can increase the activities and attention of students in Biology / Natural Sciences lessons yet to be declared Completed. then the research activities need to be held in the second cycle, so that the results obtained by students who have good activities in learning activities as many as 21 (84%) and as many as 2 (8%) and as many as 2 (8%) indicate less activity. While observations from the point of view of students 'attention in learning activities, students who have good attention are 19 (76%), parents' attention are 4 (16%) and attention is less 2 (8%). So, it can be concluded that the Diversity of Student Strategic Learning method (Learning Strategies that considers student diversity) can increase student activities and attention in Biology / Natural Sciences. By using the Diversity of Student Strategic Learning method.

Abstract

Writing learning activities, students still experience many difficulties because teachers use conventional learning methods. So that causes the interest and enthusiasm of students in learning to be less, and the results achieved are not optimal. With media in the form of images will make it easier for students to express their ideas. Therefore, this research aims to improve students' poetry writing skills by using picture media. Because media images can stimulate students to give imagination and make students creative in writing poetry. The research method used is qualitative. The subject of this research is grade V. The results of the study indicate that the ability to write poetry based on image media can improve students' poetry writing skills. Students can make poetry titles from predetermined themes, can choose new and creative words (diction), and can use speech. The creativity of students writing poetry uses two types of majors, and they are contrasting forms and comparison forms

Abstract

This research aimed to know the use of modified domino card game as media to increase students understanding of the application of possessive adjective. The method of this research was classroom action research design proposed by Ferrance. The subjects were students of junior high school at MTs. Bahrul Ulum Turi Lamongan consisted of 28 students. The result showed that media domino card could stimulate students to be active and pay more attention. It effectively affected students’ achievement. The data showed that students’ achievement increase significantly from 57.86 in preliminary test to 76.57 in final test. Thus, it could be concluded that modified domino card could increase students understanding of the use of possessive adjective. It could also stimulate young students to be active and pay more attention to the lesson given

Abstract

This study aims to improve understanding of the concept of biology using chart media, models, and power points in class XI-IPA students for the 2018/2019 academic year. This research is a type of action research designed in the form of a cycle. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, self-reflection. From each cycle that has been implemented, the results obtained are: the completeness of student learning outcomes until cycle III with classical learning outcomes reaching 90%. Meanwhile, the teacher's ability to manage learning using chart media, models, and power points in each cycle has increased. This has a positive impact on student achievement, which can be shown by the increase in the average score of students in each cycle which continues to increase. In terms of teacher and student activities in learning, it can be seen from the activities of teachers that appear including activities to guide and observe students in doing power point activities / finding concepts, explaining / training using tools, giving feedback / evaluation / question and answer where the percentage for the above activities is sufficient big.

Abstract

This research is aiming to: 1) analyze the effect of PBM model, 2) analyze interaction between learning method and self-regulated learning on students’ mathematic representative ability, 3) analyze the difference between the effect of PBM method and conventional method on students’ mathematic representative ability, specifically on those who have high self-regulated learning, and 4) analyze different effects of students’ mathematic representative ability, particularly on those who have low self-regulated learning. This experiment research employed 2x2 factorial design to analyze between PBM learning method and conventional learning method, and between high self-regulated learning and low self-regulated learning on senior high school students’ (SMA) representative learning ability. The research’s population consisted on seven (7) classes with 198 students enrolled. Cluster random sampling was employed to choose sample of the study therefore two classes were chosen randomly.This research was held in SMA Negeri 03 Bombana. Research hypotheses were analyzed using two- ways ANOVA and followed by t-test. The results of this study show that: 1) There is a significant effect on students’ mathematic representative ability between students who learn with PBM method and those who learn with conventional method); 2) There is an effect on interaction between learning method and self-regulated learning on students’ mathematic representative ability ; 3) there is a significant effect on students’ mathematic representative ability between students (with low self-regulated learning) who learn with PBM method and those who study with conventional; however, 4) There is not a significant effect on the result of students’ mathematic representative ability of those with low self-regulated learning who are taught with PBL and those who are taught in conventional way shows.

Abstract

This research is motivated by reading the koran is an obligation that we must do as Muslim. However, unfortunately in this modern era and technologi Cellphones, Television, and Gadget have become an options to spend hours instead of having to spend a few minutes reading the koran. Therefore, habituation reding the koran are applied in schools is one of the activities has a positive impact on the formation of student character. The purpose of this study was`to determine the influence of habituation reading the koran on the formation of student character. The research method uses descriftive quantitative research methods, namely the research method used to exsamine thing that occur in the field, to provide a systematic and logical picture according to actual facts with certain population characteristics, and to provide and idea that this study is designed to obtain information about the deccription of the phenomenon of the vareables under study, therefore Researchers are required to go directly to the field. In this study, the validity and reliability of the instrument were tested using the pearson product moment and cronbach alpha formulas, the prerequisite analysis consisted of linearity testing, and hypothesis testing using regression correlation analysis with a significance level of 5%. By using documentation and questionnaire data collection techniques, from a sample of 83 students, the research results showed that the influence of al-Qur'an recitation habituation on the formation of student character. This is indicated by the correlation value (r) = 54.5% and from the results of the regression analysis with the t test it is obtained t count > t table or 5.843 > 1.664 (hypothesis H1 is accepted). The amount of contribution to the habituation of reading the koran recitations that can affect the character building of students is 29.7%, and the remaining 70.3% is by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of using this screen recording application is to improve the ability of physics knowledge class XII-MIPA.3 students of SMAN 2 Bangkalan 2020/2021. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. Each cycle in CAR begins with a plan, then continues with implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 34 students of class XII-MIPA.3 Sman 2 Bangkalan. Data were collected using the results of student knowledge tests, and analyzed descriptively quantitative. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of video screen record can improve the ability of students of class XII-MIPA knowledge.3 SMAN 2 Bangkalan in the learning process of physics. By providing variations of learning using video screen record and encouraging students to study groups an increase in the results of students' abilities in the first, second, and third cycle. By limiting the KKM 70, the percentage of completeness of knowledge 17.64% in the initial stages becomes 45% as a result of the first action. This result is still very far from the target of 75% completeness. So in the second action many improvements were made, including by preparing material in the form of power points and explaining them using screen record video. In addition, there is also an emphasis on optimizing the use of available learning resources, both from books and the internet. This step has a very significant influence on students 'knowledge abilities, as evidenced by completeness of students' knowledge abilities as a result of this second action increased sharply to 69%. The third action was carried out many improvements, including by simplifying the summary of material, and repeated emphasis on understanding rather complex concepts by using screen recordings, especially in the discussion of questions. This shows that there is always an increase in the percentage of completeness in the value of students 'knowledge ability to be 89% Similarly, aspects of students' knowledge ability is always increasing.
