Abstract

The livestock subsector in Lampung Province is the subsector with the largest economic growth compared to other subsectors. The average economic growth of the livestock subsector is 6.2%, and it is the largest compared to other subsectors. This indicates that this subsector plays a crucial role in Lampung's economy. The purpose of this research is to analyze the livestock subsector's role in the Economy of Lampung Province during the 2020–2023 period. This study employs a quantitative descriptive method using a secondary data analysis approach. The research location is focused on Lampung Province. The secondary data utilized are the value of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) for all sectors and the GRDP of the livestock subsector in Lampung Province, presented at constant prices (ADHK/Constant Price Basis). The data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Provincial Livestock and Animal Health Office of Lampung. Data analysis was performed using the Location Quotient (LQ) method. The research findings indicate that the livestock subsector constitutes a base and leading sector in the economic structure of Lampung Province. Abstract

Digitalization has become a crucial driver for improving efficiency and strengthening regional economic integration. This study aims to examine the role of accelerated digital adoption in enhancing public service effectiveness, improving business productivity, and fostering economic integration in Lampung Province. Using the theoretical frameworks of Digital Transformation, Digital Economy, and Diffusion of Innovation, this research evaluates how Lampung’s digital ecosystem contributes to creating economic value and reducing transaction costs. The results indicate that digitalization significantly improves administrative efficiency, supply chain connectivity, and access to economic services. However, its success is strongly influenced by infrastructure readiness, human resource capability, and regional government policy support. These findings affirm that digitalization is not merely a tool but a foundational element for strengthening Lampung’s economic integration and regional competitiveness. Abstract

The promotion of traditional batik through social media has become a vital strategy for enhancing brand awareness and preserving local cultural heritage. This study aims to analyze the visual and aesthetic strategies used to promote Lampung Batik on Instagram, focusing on three primary accounts: @batiksiger, @deandrabatiklampung, and @batik_gabovira. The research addresses the issue of inconsistent and suboptimal use of visual elements in enhancing brand awareness and audience engagement on social media. This study employed a qualitative content analysis method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through direct observation of visual content, including photos, videos, color schemes, and aesthetic compositions. The study also examined the use of interactive features and audience responses to each type of content to assess the effectiveness of promotional strategies. The findings reveal that vibrant colors, cultural backgrounds, and consistent storytelling are the most effective visual elements for increasing awareness of Lampung Batik. The three Instagram accounts utilized these elements with varying levels of success, with @batiksiger and @deandrabatiklampung demonstrating greater visual consistency and audience engagement. However, improvements can be made in using advanced Instagram features such as IG Live and cross-account collaborations to further enhance promotional efforts. The study concludes that well-structured visual elements and compelling cultural storytelling significantly improve the effectiveness of Lampung Batik promotion on Instagram. It is recommended that batik UMKM adopt these insights to develop more diverse and interactive content strategies to strengthen audience engagement and cultural identity. Future research could explore the use of narrative video formats and conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of different visual promotional strategies. Abstract

Leadership is expected to be able to mobilize all components and regulate the actions of all members in the organization. Work quality is a result that can be measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of a job. Work performance is the result of work achieved by someone in carrying out the tasks assigned to him. The purpose of the study is as follows: To determine whether together the influence of Leadership and Work Quality on the Work Performance of Police Personnel at Densus 88 AT, Ditidensos Division, National Police Headquarters.The sampling technique used in this study, the author used the Random Sampling technique or randomly from the existing population of 89 Police Personnel who were sampled referring to the Slovin formula in Husein Umar, 2017, 48 samples were obtained. Based on the results of the analysis of the positive influence of Leadership on the Work Performance of Police Personnel, a partial value of 0.925 is obtained, meaning there is a very strong influence or influence with a coefficient of determination of 83.6%. This is proven by the hypothesis test of the Leadership variable on the Work Performance of Police Personnel, the value of to = 8.701> t0.05 (46) = 1.681 is obtained, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a very significant influence. Based on the results of the calculation, there is a positive influence of Work Quality on the Work Performance of Police Personnel, the partial value of 0.859 is obtained, meaning there is a very strong influence or influence with a coefficient of determination of 73.8%. This is proven by the hypothesis test of the Work Quality variable on the Work Performance of Police Personnel, the value of to = 4.575> t0.05 (46) = 1.681 is obtained, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence. Simultaneously, the positive influence of the Leadership and Work Quality variables on the Work Performance variable of the Police Personnel with a simultaneous correlation value or Summary Model produces an R value of 0.950 and while the R Square value is 0.902 or 90.2%, this can be stated that the results of the analysis together the Leadership and Work Quality variables on the Work Performance variable of the Police Personnel have a very strong influence. Proven through the results of the F test (ANOVA) or F count obtained a value of 207.133 which is greater than Ftable (47) of 2.800 with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, then it can be said that the Leadership and Work Quality variables together or simultaneously on the Work Performance of the Police Personnel have a very significant influence. Abstract

After-sales service is a service provided by a company after a customer purchases a product or service. After-sales service is one of the supporting factors in increasing people's buying interest in Honda motorbikes. PT. Bina Eka Sahada Trading Jatimulyo is a company operating in the automotive trading sector, and is an official Honda motorbike dealer with one of the largest sales in Lampung. This research aims to analyze the after-sales service strategy for Honda motorbikes implemented by PT. Bina Eka Sahada Trading Jatimulyo in increasing consumer buying interest. This research uses qualitative methods with data obtained through in-depth interviews with management, after-sales service staff, and consumers who have used Honda motorbike products. The research results show that an after-sales service strategy which includes a guarantee provided, availability of spare parts, adequate service and facilities can increase consumer satisfaction which has an impact on consumer buying interest in Honda motorbike products.
