Abstract

As time progress, certain fashion trends that were previously only seen from clothing styles have evolved and developed into lifestyle entities, which are driven by the easy exchange of information and external references. Lifestyle and fashion trends are only to fulfill self-satisfaction. Especially Generation Z often buy goods without prioritizing their needs or just to show off on social media to be recognized by others. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of lifestyle and fashion trends on Generation Z purchasing decisions among TA Boutiques Kendal consumers. The data used in this research were 96 respondents aged 16-27 years and the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing uses validity, reliability, multiple linear and correlation tests using SPSS 25 software. The research results show that lifestyle has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, fashion trends have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, there is a joint influence between lifestyle and fashion trends on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of selling price and distribution channels on the sales volume of By.U starter packs at CV Sinar Telekom (Transputer) Lahat. The data analysis method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression, where the model equation is Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + eThe results of the t test analysis show that the selling price (X1) has a significant effect on sales volume (Y), while the distribution channel (X2) does not have a significant effect on buying interest (Y) for Telkomsel cards at CV. Sinar Telekom Lahat. Furthermore, the F test shows that simultaneously, selling price (X1) and distribution channel (X2) have a significant effect on sales volume interest (Y).. Conclusion, this research contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence the sales volume of Telkomsel cards in a specific business environment. The implications of the results of this research can be used as the basis for a more effective marketing strategy to increase interest in purchasing By.U Telkomsel starter cards in the local market. Abstract

Shopee officially entered Indonesia in 2015 and Shopee has become one of the most popular sites frequently visited. With Shopee, it makes it easier to shop online via gadgets anywhere and anytime as long as you have an internet connection. This research aims to determine the influence of trust and risk on Shopee online shopping interest among students at Tulang Bawang University, Lampung. The population of this research is students from Tulang Bawang University, Lampung with a sample of 100 respondents. The type of this research is quantitative with a causal associative approach using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of this study show that Trust has a positive and significant effect on Shopee online shopping interest among Tulang Bawang University Students in Lampung with a greater t value. from ttable 11.053>1.988 with a significance value of 0.0011.988 with a significance value of 0.0013.09 Ftable with a significance level of 0.001 Keywords: trust, shopee online shopping interest, risk

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the impact of Brand Awareness, Brand Trust, Brand Experience and Reference Group on Buying Decision mediated by Purchase Interest, both directly and indirectly. A total of 100 respondents were selected for this study using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used SPSS Version 22.0 with validity test, reliability test, Multiple Linear Analysis, Significance Test (t-Test), Path Analysis and Sobel. Brand Awareness (X1) shows a significant influence on Buying Decision (Y), Brand Trust (X2) shows no significant influence on Buying Decision (Y), Brand Experience (X3) shows a significant influence on Buying Decision (Y), Reference Group (X4) does not show a significant influence on Buying Decision (Y); but there is a significant influence on Buying Decision (Y) from Brand Awareness (X1) with Purchase Interest (Z) as a mediating variable; there is a significant influence from Brand Trust (X2) with Purchase Interest (Z) as a mediating variable; there is a significant influence of Brand Experience (X3) with Purchase Interest (Z) as a mediating variable; and there is a significant influence of Reference Group (X4) on Buying Decision (Y) with Purchase Interest (Z) as a mediating variable, Purchase Interest variable (Z) has a significant influence on Buying Decision (Y). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the behavior of coffee collectors in increasing the selling value of coffee for farmers in Kebun Tebu District, West Lampung Regency. The main issue raised is the dependence of farmers on collectors, which leads to suboptimal selling prices of coffee. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study included coffee collectors, coffee farmers, and representatives of the farmers’ association. The results show that collectors have sufficient knowledge regarding coffee quality standards, market prices, and the impact of post-harvest processes on selling value. In practice, collectors play a crucial role as intermediaries between farmers and broader markets. Their strategies to increase coffee value include educating farmers, sorting, drying, and packaging coffee. However, several challenges remain, such as price fluctuations, lack of transparency in pricing, and the uneven understanding among farmers regarding coffee quality. This study recommends the development of a more transparent distribution system and ongoing training for farmers to improve coffee quality and competitiveness. Establishing a fairer relationship between collectors and farmers is essential to enhancing the welfare of coffee farmers. Abstract

One of the applications of technology in improving the effectiveness of ASN performance and discipline in South Lampung Regency is to use an android-based online attendance system, and the recapitulation of absences is the basis for providing ASN performance allowances based on South Lampung Regent Regulation Number 10 of 2024. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the application of online attendance in determining the amount of performance allowance for employees of the Regional Secretariat of South Lampung Regency. The methode of this research is qualitative with data collection method using observation and interviews with informants. The results of the study were concluded based on the aspects of goals and objectives that most employees understand that policies to improve discipline and develop a fair and measurable benefit system. From the aspect of resources, the readiness in each work unit is still uneven. The attitude of the implementers towards this policy is generally positive. Many employees have accepted the online attendance system as an effort to improve discipline and as part of a more transparent assessment system. The effectiveness of information delivery is still uneven. Some employees feel that the information is clear enough, but others feel that the explanations received are still limited, especially related to technical aspects. The suggestion for this study is that it is necessary to add indicators other than attendance, such as work quality, productivity, individual performance achievements, and team contribution. Improving facilities and infrastructure so that technical obstacles can be overcome immediately and provide technical guidance in the form of videos/tutorials, digital questions and answers, and practical pocket books, which are easy to understand by all levels of Civil Servants. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of selling price and distribution channels on the sales This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and product design on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat brand motorbikes (case study of Ahass Lahat dealer customers). The number of samples in this research was 62 customers who bought Honda brand motorbikes at Ahhas dealers. The approach taken in this research was an associative approach and the type of data used was quantitative data using multiple regression analysis techniques which were processed using the SPSS version 24 application and produces the regression equation Y = 10,203 +0,284X_1 +〖0,330X〗_2 . The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between product quality and product design on the decision to purchase a Honda brand motorbike (case study on Ahass Lahat dealer customers), the f test shows that product quality and product design influence the decision to purchase a Honda brand motorbike (case study on ahass Lahat dealer customers). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at CV. Angga Trans Lahat. The variables in this research are Service Quality (X1), Price (X2), and Consumer Satisfaction (Y), The data analysis methods used are instrument Test (Reliability Test, Validity Test, Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (T test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that (1) Service quality has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the calculated t value > t table (12.723 – 1.986). (2) Price has a partially significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, this can be seen from the calculated t value > t table (2.030 1.986). (3) Service quality and price have a significant effect simultaneously on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the calculated f value of f table ( 129.039 – 3.097) and the significance value is smaller than the significance level (a) 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the SiKadir application (digital attendance) and work supervision on employee performance at Manggala Agni Daops Sumatera XVI/Lahat. The research employed a quantitative approach with a census method involving 60 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The findings reveal that both the SiKadir application and work supervision have a positive and significant effect, individually and simultaneously, on employee performance. The adjusted R² value of 0.892 indicates that the independent variables explain 89.2% of the variation in employee performance. Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology in today's digital era has influenced human behavior patterns in accessing diverse information and various electronic service features. One technological development currently under study in Indonesia is Financial Technology (FinTech). The purpose of this study is to determine 1) the influence of fintech on Customer Relationship Management, 2) the influence of Customer Relationship Management on Customer Loyalty, and 3) the influence of Customer Relationship Management on Customer Loyalty. This research method is library research, which is conducted using literature in the form of research books, journals, and previous research findings. The results of the literature review concluded that fintech influences Customer Relationship Management, CRM influences Customer Loyalty, and fintech influences Customer Loyalty.
