Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, ticket prices, facilities, and destination image on the decision to visit the Pandanaran Hills swimming pool. The population in this study is unknown or cannot be determined, while the sample is 100 respondents. The method used in this research is a quantitative method involving visitors to the Pandanaran Hills Swimming Pool. The data collection technique in this research is nonprobability sampling with the accidental sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is Ordinal Logistic Regression using SPSS software. The research results show that based on the results of the w test, service quality has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions with value and with significant value. Ticket prices have a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions. Facilities have a positive and significant influence on the decision to visit. Destination image has a positive and significant influence on the decision to visit. Simultaneously, Service Quality, Ticket Prices, Facilities and Destination Image have a positive and significant influence on the decision to visit visitors to the Pandanaran Hills Swimming Pool. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of toxic liquidity with the Current Ratio, Solvency with the Debt to Equity Ratio, Effectiveness of Working Capital with Working Capital Turnover on Profitability in Pharmaceutical Sub Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period which totals 36 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25 as an aid in calculations. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Profitability with a significant p-value of 0,001 (<0,005). Solvability has a negative and significant effect on Profitability with a significant p-value of 0,001 (<0,05. The effectiveness of Working Capital has a positive and insignificant effect on Profitability with a significant p-value of 0,927 (> 0,05). significant to Profitability.The results of the R Square analysis of 0,707, this indicates Liquidity, Solvability and Effectiveness of Working Capital jointly affect Profitability of 70,7% and the remaining 29,3% is explained by other variables not analyzed in this study. Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of promotion, income, and brand image on the decision to purchase tickets for the Indonesian Kuby bird competition in Semarang. The population in this study were participants in the Kuby Cup bird competition. The sample used in this research was 100 people. Data analysis was carried out using ordinal logistic regression analysis with SPSS 27. The results of this research analysis show that the promotion variable has a positive influence on purchasing decisions, the income variable has an influence on purchasing decisions, the brand image variable has an influence on purchasing decisions, and the promotion, income and brand image variables simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Abstract

Livestock farming is one of the agricultural sectors that has an important role in supporting people's need for consumption of animal protein. Animal husbandry is not only directed at increasing production but is expanded into processing and marketing (Agribusiness). Goats are one of the small ruminant livestock that has great potential to be developed in Indonesia, especially in Gisting District because it has enormous potential to be developed in Indonesia, apart from providing animal protein needs, but also as a way to improve the community's economy. Goats are small ruminants that are relatively easy to maintain and can eat a variety of forages, especially young leaves. Goats also adapt very quickly to the place where they are kept so that goats can also live in rocky areas, forests and mountains. BPS 2018, the goat population in Indonesia reached 18,720,706 heads, 53.76% of which were found on the island of Java and the rest were spread outside Java, including in Lampung Province. Lampung Province is the province with the highest goat population compared to other regions outside Java. The population reached 1,297,872 individuals. The population of Saburai goats alone in 2018 reached 3000 heads. Marketing is a process and managerial process that enables individuals or groups to get what they need by creating, offering and exchanging products of value to other parties or all activities related to the delivery of products or services from producers to consumers. Research Objectives: To determine the characteristics of marketing institutions involved in marketing Saburai goats, to understand marketing functions, to understand marketing efficiency analysis and price determination at Saburai goat farmers in Gisting District. The method used in this research is a survey method with respondents who are marketing goats. saburai are breeders and buyers. Surveys are a method of collecting primary data by asking individual respondents questions in the form of a questionnaire. Keywords: marketing, saburai goat

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of service quality and price level on customer loyalty at AHASS 7662 Simongan Jaya Semarang. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires via googleform to 100 respondents and processed with the help of IBM SPSS version 26. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer loyalty with the value of tcount> ttable, namely 5.799> 1.984, (2) There is a positive and significant effect of price level on customer loyalty, the value of tcount> ttable, namely 10.124> 1.984, (3) There is a positive and significant effect of service quality and price level simultaneously on customer loyalty with the value of Fcount> Ftabel, namely 10.124> 3.09. Suggestions in this study are (1) Service providers are expected to complete the availability of motorbike or spearpat products so that customers can easily reach the services needed, (2) Service providers are expected to review and consider the price level given to customers with competitor price levels for similar services. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Excellent and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction (Y) on economy class passengers at Poncol Station PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang. This research uses descriptive research type. The population in this study consisted of economy class train passengers at Poncol Station which amounted to 919,357 passengers. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of statistical analysis show that Service Excellent has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 and t count of 8.452, which exceeds the t table value of 1.984. Similarly, the effect of Facilities on Customer Satisfaction is also proven to be significant, with a significance value of 0.000 and a t-statistic of 3.887, which exceeds the t table value of 1.984. The Coefficient of Determination analysis shows that 71.2% of Customer Satisfaction can be explained by Service Excellent and Facilities, while the remaining 28.8% is influenced by other variables. In addition, the F test results show that the Service Excellent and Facility variables simultaneously (together) have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, with a calculated f value of 120.040 which exceeds the f table value of 3.09. In conclusion, this study confirms that Service Excellent and Facilities have an important role in increasing Customer Satisfaction on economy class passengers at Poncol Station PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang. These findings can provide valuable insights for companies in improving service quality and facilities to meet customer expectations and satisfaction. Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the tax revenue projection of land and building sector rural and urban during 2021-2023 at Finance and Asset Management Agency Bengkulu City. This study uses quantitative method. The data used in this study is secondary data, which includes data report on the realization budget of land tax and buildings sector rural and urban 2016-2020. Documentation is used as technique of data collecting method. Analysis method used in this research is trends analysis method of least square. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the realization growth of Land and Building Sector Rural and Urban Tax Revenue in 2016-2020 has fluctuated where in 2016 its revenue amounted to RP 10.810.375.613, in 2017 increased so that Rp16.778.098.917, and in 2018 decreased to Rp 6.968.054.346, in 2019 increased to Rp 7.637.001.135, then in 2020 increased again to Rp 8.502.110.732 resulting in the projection trends of tax revenues of land and building sector rural and urban in Bengkulu City 2021-2023 respectively as follows: in 2021 amounting to Rp 26.186.120.521, 2022 amounting to Rp 29.107.242.309, in 2023 amounting to Rp 32.028.364.096 Keywords: Tax of Land and Building, Sector Rural and Urban, BPKAD

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of product innovation and market orientation on sales performance, by taking a case study of the Banana Chips Center on Jalan Za. Pagar Alam Gang Pu, Bandar Lampung. Product innovation is identified as a key factor that is able to provide a company with a competitive advantage, while market orientation reflects the company's suitability in understanding and meeting market needs. In the context of the typical banana chips industry in Bandar Lampung, this study is relevant to explore the extent of the role of product innovation and market orientation in developing sales performance. This research uses a quantitative approach involving owners and managers of banana chip businesses and consumers as respondents. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations and questionnaires. Regression analysis is used to test hypotheses and analyze the extent of the influence of product innovation and market orientation on sales performance. Abstract

In the competitive landscape of the snack industry, every business player is required to possess a strong entrepreneurial orientation to achieve the desired goals. Entrepreneurial orientation in the context of snack sales involves the ability to create new and different things. This includes creative thinking and innovative action to generate new opportunities. Thus, this effort encourages individuals to have enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, adaptive behavior, and the necessary skills to manage a business or activity focused on the exploration, creation, and implementation of new ways of working, technologies, and products. Data collection was carried out directly using questionnaires and interviews with employees at UD Sanjaya. The analysis used to determine the influence of independent variables on dependent variables is quantitative statistical analysis. The results of the study are as follows: Entrepreneurial orientation (X1) partially influences business performance, Competitiveness (X2) partially influences business performance (Y), and Entrepreneurial orientation (X1) and competitiveness (X2) simultaneously influence business performance (Y). Abstract

Furniture refers to objects used to support human activities indoors, such as sitting, sleeping, eating, cooking, working and storing things. Furniture is an important part of a room because, apart from its practical function, furniture provides beauty and an atmosphere that suits the style and purpose of the room, thus making the house more lively and comfortable. This research was conducte to find out how digital market and product quality influence decisions to purchase household products at Tafsir Furniture in Bandar Lampung. The methode use in this researchs is a quantitativ descriptiv methode. Sampling was carried out using the purposiv sampling method. The data collections techniq uses a tool in the form of a questionnaired. The number of respondents used as a sample was 35 people. The data analys techniqued uses multiples linear regressions analys with SPSS 19. Based on the t test results, it is known that digital marketing variable have a significant influence on purchassing decision. The product quality variable is proven to have a significan influence on purchase decision and digital marketing and product quality simultaneous has a positive and significans influence on purchasing decision for products.
