Abstract

The public relations course is a science and skill-based course in the Covid-19 pandemic, students are required to do independent learning at home. From this, preliminary research was conducted with the result that there was a high level of interest and perspective on achieving PR skills in attending public relations courses, but in this case, many students did not have books to support learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of developing a public relations pocketbook based on explicit instruction for Office Administration Education 2019 students who take public relations courses. The method used is the research and development method with five stages of research, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate. In conducting the research, the data collection instrument used a study sheet (material validation, graphic validation, and language validation) while the student assessment used a questionnaire with several assessment aspects, namely (content aspects, presentation aspects, and language aspects) and besides that, there was a questionnaire to measure skills. Public relations were formed as a result of the existence of a pocketbook. The results showed a positive response from expert lecturers and students with the "Very Good" category of eligibility be used as a learning medium for public relations courses. In addition, it was found that a pocketbook answered students' perspectives regarding the development of public relations skills (communication, managerial, social networking, honesty, and creativity) which were obtained in the "Very Good" category.

Abstract

The development research aims to develop E-Module teaching materials in office communication learning, office administration education study programs. In addition, research was conducted to determine the feasibility of e-modules and student responses to the developed e-modules. Thiagarajan's 4-D development model (Define-Design-Develop Desseminate) is used in the development of this e-module. This research was piloted on 20 students of the office administration education study program. The data collection instrument used a material expert validation sheet, a linguist, a media expert and a student response questionnaire sheet. Expert validation sheets and student response questionnaires were analyzed quantitatively using a Likert scale. The results showed the feasibility of expert validation of the e-module teaching materials developed, namely material validation obtained 84.34%, language validation 82.85%, and media validation 86.67% in the very strong interpretation category so that it can be used for learning activities. And the results of student responses obtained an assessment of 84.15% with very strong interpretation criteria.

Abstract

This development research aims to determine the development process, feasibility, and student responses to module-based teaching materials in the office communication course in the UNESA Office Administration Education undergraduate study program. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study stated that the development of e-module-based teaching materials was carried out according to the 4D development model which only reached the development stage. The results of expert validation and the results of a limited trial of e-module-based teaching materials for students are categorized as very feasible. This shows that the e-module-based teaching materials that have been developed by researchers are declared very suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Task Technology Fit (TTF) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on student attitudes in learning supported by Vinesa during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic demands various changes and innovations in the field of education and the implementation of the adaptive learning process continues to run well. The COVID-19 pandemic has pushed the world of education, especially universities, to change the learning process model from face-to-face learning in the classroom to online learning or distance learning. Vinesa is one of the applications used by the State University of Surabaya to support and manage online learning so that the teaching and learning process can still function properly during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The sample size is 281 respondents from the Office Administration Education Study Program consisting of students in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 at the State University of Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that task-technology fit (TTF) is an important role that influences students' attitudes towards online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Assignment technology suitability is considered when students try to use Vinesa to complete assignments. This study also proved that students responded with positive perceptions about task-technology suitability and had positive perceptions about ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), and behavioral intentions (BI) towards the use of Vinesa.

Abstract

Company PT. Winaros Kawula Bahari is a Vaname quality frozen shrimp export company. The registered office is Jl Raya Cangkring Malang Km 39.4, Pasuruan, East Java. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of work motivation, remuneration and work environment on employee productivity. In this quantitative study, the population was selected from 50 employees of the raw shrimp department. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling which is a type of saturated sampling. Multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25 was used as a research analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis of work motivation, compensation, and work environment variables partially have no effect on the productivity of PT. Winaros Kawula Bahari. The multiple linear regression model in this study is stated simultaneously have a significant effect between the independent variables of work motivation, compensation, and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Winaros Kawula Bahari.

Abstract

This research aims to develop (1) Interactive learning media facilities and infrastructure based on lectora inspire software, (2) Know the feasibility of interactive learning media based on lectora inspire software, and (3) Know the difference in learning outcomes before and after using interactive learning media products based on lectora inspire software in students of class XII OTKP. The subjects in this study are media experts, material experts, and students of class XII OTKP SMK PGRI 6 Malang. Development in this research in the form of learning media products based on the Lectora Inspire Authoring Tool software using research & development (R&D) methods that adapt the development procedures of Borg & Gall which has ten steps of research. The acquisition of data is taken from quantitative and qualitative data. The results of the data analysis showed that 1) Interactive learning media based on lectora inspire software that has been developed showed results worth using based on the percentage of success of media experts, material experts, and users, 2) Interactive learning media on materials implementing security and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure can improve learners' learning outcomes. So the use of learning media based on lectora inspire software is worth and can improve learners' learning outcomes.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the education sector. The implementation of distance learning (PJJ) has made students and parents worried about not getting a proper education. This is a separate obstacle for vocational schools that have to spend a lot of productive vocational learning with practice. In this case, Public Relations is required to create a new strategy to maintain its quality and competitiveness. This study aims to find out how the strategies and factors that support and hinder public relations in increasing a positive image and public trust during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the IPIEMS Vocational School's strategy in its success in increasing public image and trust during the COVID-19 pandemic is to meet all the needs and demands of the community for schools and actively publish through social media. The supporting factors are 1) harmonious and synergistic support from school principals and colleagues (wakasek and kaproli) in planning the implementation of public relations programs, 2) Loyalty of students and alumni in promoting schools, 3) Awareness of the important role of technology in education long before the COVID pandemic -19 . The inhibiting factor for achieving public relations goals is a common problem experienced by almost all schools.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the sector that absorbs the largest workforce in Indonesia up to 97% and is the most important part of the country's economy. When Indonesia experienced the monetary crisis in 1998, MSMEs were able to restore the Indonesian economy. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic that is currently hitting Indonesia, it causes a decline in production for MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency and contributes to the country's weak economy. This study aims to analyze and identify the factors that cause the decline in the existence of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency using SWOT analysis and analysis of internal and external factors, as well as strategies for developing MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which uses literature in the form of journals, papers, or seminar proceedings, and reports from government or private institutions, as a reference in data collection. The results of the research are in the form of development strategies according to the needs of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. Abstract

The significance of entrepreneurship education stems from the fact that the number of entrepreneurs is one indicator of a country's level of prosperity/progress, but since Covid-19 was declared a national disaster in Indonesia, the learning process shifted to an online format. The online learning process cannot be separated from the pros and cons, the use of online-based learning media, both synchronous and asynchronous online, including the emergence of new problems in online learning, namely learning loss or the loss of opportunities to gain knowledge and skills. The goal of this study was to explain how limited face-to-face learning affected students' interest in learning entrepreneurship at SMK Plus Umar Zahid. This type of research is quantitative with a simple linear regression analysis technique. This type of research is quantitative with a simple linear regression analysis technique. According to the findings of the study, limited face-to-face learning has an effect on entrepreneurship learning interest.

Abstract

This development research aims to develop contextual-based E-Module teaching materials for OTK sarana dan prasarana for class XI. In addition, this study aims to determine the feasibility of e-modules based on validation assessments and reviews by expert validators and to determine the level of practicality of e-modules developed based on teacher and student assessments after carrying out the trial phase. Thiagarajan's 4-D development model (Define-Design-Develop Disseminate) is used in the development of this e-module. This research was tested on 20 students of the OTKP expertise program class XI subjects OTK Sarana dan Prasarana. The data collection instrument used a material expert validation sheet, a linguist, a graphic expert, and a practicality questionnaire. Expert validation sheets and practicality questionnaires will be analyzed quantitatively using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, showed the feasibility of validating e-module teaching materials by expert validators categorized as very strong interpretation so that it was declared feasible to be used in learning activities, especially OTK Sarana dan Prasarana. Then based on the practicality assessment by teachers and students, the interpretation is categorized as very practical so that the e-module developed is stated to be very practical for use in OTK Sarana dan Prasarana.
