Abstract

A secretary is responsible for coordinating and attending board and committee meetings, producing minutes, acting as a liaison between directors, officers, and shareholders, and directing activities related to the annual shareholders' meeting. The presence of sexual harassment or an intimate relationship with a married supervisor is one of the challenges a woman encounters at work. Consequently, the secretary role and the term secretary are frequently used negatively. This research seeks to do a Twitter-based sentiment analysis of the secretary's words and position. Using the Tweppy API, the sentiment analysis method was applied to the research by analyzing phrases on Twitter. This investigation makes use of five keyword instances. There are 31.73 percent favorable answers to scenarios involving the words "boss-secretary," 29.72 percent negative responses, and 38.55 percent neutral replies. There are 45.97% positive answers, 19.18% negative responses, and 34.85% neutral responses to scenarios containing the keyword "secretary position." 42.11 percent of answers to scenarios including the keyword "female secretary" are favorable, 17.22 percent are negative, and 40.67 percent are neutral. 35.44 percent of replies to scenarios including the keyword "office secretary" are positive, 17.84 percent are negative, and 46.72 percent are neutral. Responses to the fifth scenario were 36.60 percent positive, 19.35 percent negative, and 44.06 percent neutral. According to the results of the sentiment analysis of the five scenarios containing varied keywords, the negative connotations in each scenario never outweigh the positive ones. Each scenario indicates that the proportion of positive response values is consistently more significant than the proportion of negative response values. This implies that the word secretary and the office position of secretaries continue to trigger positive feelings from users.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Team-Based Project Learning method in Public Relations learning for Office Administration students of the Economics Faculty at Universitas Negeri Semarang. Some difficulties faced by office administration students in developing their skills become more complicated after the pandemic due to online learning. Online learning focuses more on lecturers than students, so it has not been able to solve the difficulties in developing their public relations skills. Team-Based Project Learning is implemented because it demands the ability of the students themselves to solve problems in working as public relations, while teachers as facilitators of ideas for problems that must be solved through PR-Campaign Video. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis uses Milles and Huberman with data collection, data reduction, and conclusion. The data sources used are observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that students who usually learn passively, produce active abilities in their groups because each of the students has a role in the groups to analyze the PR-Campaign video. Each group in team-based project learning has various ways of analyzing the project and has different creativity to present the results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the logistics and supply chain management included in the independent curriculum in phase F for the Office Automation and Management Expertise Program for Vocational High School students with job needs in the industry. This is important because the main goal of the Vocational High School is to create graduates who are ready to work according to industry needs. This research was conducted using the Miles and Hubberman Model qualitative research, where this research was conducted at one of the well-known logistics and supply chain companies in Indonesia, namely J&T. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation, and interview techniques conducted by researchers directly to the objects studied at the J&T company. The results of this study indicate that in general the independent curriculum in phase F for the Office and Business Service Management Expertise Program on logistics and supply chain management is not fully following industry needs, a study on J&T companies. However, there are several job specifications and organizational structures that need to be understood by prospective graduates so that the skills learned at school can fully match the needs of the industry. In addition, teachers and students must learn the special characteristics possessed by logistics and supply chain companies in Indonesia so that specializing in concentration can help students prepare their skills to be fully absorbed by the workforce.

Abstract

Education is a learning process that produces intelligent and educated individuals. The learning process is supported by lesson plans, media, and teaching materials. The development of teaching materials for E-Modules based on Articulate Storyline 3 is motivated by the limited ability of students to comprehend learning materials used in the form of printed books in Public Relations and Protocol subjects in class XII automation of office administration at state vocational high school 2 Buduran Sidoarjo, so that development is needed to support the learning process and make it easier for students to understand the material. It can be applied as teaching materials for class XII students in Public Relations and Protocol subjects. This development research uses the ADDIE development model, but is modified into Four (4) stages, namely:  1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, and (4) Implementation. Based on the results of the material expert validation, the Articulate Storyline 3-based Public Relations e-module obtained a score of 67 which was included in the " Appropriate " criteria. The results of linguist validation obtained a score 62, which was included in the "Appropriate" criteria. The results of the graphic expert validation obtained a score of 84 which is included in the "Very Appropriate" criteria. The results of student responses obtained a score of 94 including the criteria "Very Appropriate". Based on the results of expert validation and student responses, the Public Relations and Protocol e-module based on Articulate Storyline 3 is declared suitable for use as teaching material.

Mail management has the same stages as records management: creation and storage, distribution and use, maintenance, and disposition. Coordination of mail management in the Sisumaker application is present at every stage of mail management and involves several components, namely goals, activities, actors, and interdependence. All components complement each other in every stage of records management within the application.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of learning modules based on Augmented Reality (AR), determine the feasibility of modules for office technology and correspondence subjects, and determine student responses to the development of learning modules. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) type of research with a 4-D development model from Thiagarajan which consists of 4 stages of development namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The advantages of learning modules have been adapted to an Merdeka curriculum based on Augmented Reality (AR) technology. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire. Research on the development of this learning module uses two data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the development of Augmented Reality (AR) based office and correspondence technology learning modules are in accordance with the Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP) and BNSP criteria. The results of the validation of learning modules from material experts, linguists, and graphics experts amounted to 95% with the proper category. The results of the trial were limited to 20 students obtaining a percentage of 85.9% in the very good category. Based on this explanation, the learning module for class X MPLB office technology and correspondence subjects that has been developed is feasible and very good for use in learning activities.
