Buletin Abdi Masyarakat (BAM) merupakan terbitan berkala ilmiah setahun dua kali yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas YPPI Rembang. Penerbitan BAM bertujuan sebagai wadah bagi akademisi yang melakukan pengabdian masyarakat dan perlu media untuk mewujudkannya dalam bentu kajian ilmiah. Artikel penelitian yang disampaikan ke jurnal online ini akan review sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) reviewer. Artikel penelitian yang diterima akan tersedia secara online mengikuti proses peer review jurnal. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Swamp wader chips are one of the snacks or snacks made from wader fish. The nutritional content of swamp wader fish is very high, this can be used as an alternative to providing nutritious food at affordable prices for all people. Some of the wader swamp iwak chips businesses are still on the scale of home industries or micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). One of the SMEs that sells wader swamp fish chips is the SMEs "Kriwakz". The production process is still done traditionally. The selling price of Kriwakz chips has not carefully calculated the cost of production. Packaging of wader Kriwakz fish chips using a sealer adhesive manually. The existence of the covid 19 pandemic is a blessing for Kriwakz SMEs because the demand for Kriwakz chips has increased sharply. Consumers prefer to make purchases online, so buyers of Kriwakz chips are spread from Sabang to Merauke. Kriwakz SMEs require understanding and training on digital marketing in the creation of social media content. The first priority solution is to facilitate Kriwakz SMEs in making digital marketing, training content creation to be uploaded on social media Facebook and Instagram. Second, the procurement of automatic packing tools to overcome the speed of sales service to consumers. Abstract

This community service program aims to provide skills for shrimp paste business actors in Leran Village, Sluke District, Rembang Regency. The problems faced by the shrimp paste business group are: (1) Low understanding of the importance of financial management, (2) Low implementation of good financial administration, (3) Irregular financial administration. The solutions offered are in accordance with the priority issues agreed upon with partners are: (1) Organizing financial management and financial administration training, (2) Providing training in financial management and financial administration training. The output targets of the shrimp paste business community service activities are: (1) The business group has financial administration documentation (2) The business group has regular and complete bookkeeping, so that its business financial circulation can be seen (3) The business group is able to compile its own financial statements. Abstract

This community service aims to optimize business management through improved financialmanagement in the Kartini Gold Chain Group II in Pasar Banggi village, Rembang Regency. Based oninterviews and analysis of the situation carried out, the problems that can be identified are as follows: 1)Has not been able to manage financial administration optimally, because of limited knowledge andbusiness management that is still simple. 2) Don't have a good financial report 3) Don't have knowledgeabout business management, namely financial management and internal control systems so thatadministrative management is still poor. Based on the problems faced by partners, the solutions offeredare by: 1) Providing knowledge and skills regarding good financial administration governance. 2)Provide knowledge, skills and assistance in preparing good financial reports 3) Provide knowledge, skillsand assistance regarding good business management and internal control. Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) adalah seperangkat pedoman untuk memutuskan suatu tindakan. SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) adalah pedoman yang menjelaskan tata cara yang harus diikuti oleh pekerja atau petugas dalam melakukan tugasnya. Instansi pemerintah diharuskan untuk menerapkan SOP berdasarkan peraturan pemerintah dan Aparatur Negara No. 35 Tahun 2012. SOP penting dalam skenario ini untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja pemerintah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji penerapan standar operasional prosedur pada bagian perekonomian Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta. Memahami bagaimana instansi pemerintah menginginkan SOP diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya, dan apakah SOP merupakan cara yang baik untuk meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract

The existence of innovation in the home industry needs to be studied in the form of a business model to describe the business processes that will be implemented. A business model describes the rationale for how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value. Economically, the implementation of a good Business Model Canvas can provide an overview of the response to the products produced and the overall business implementation, making it easier for business actors to make decisions regarding business development. This stage aims to describe the business actors of processed food and beverage products of mango fruit creating, delivering, and capturing a value. Determination of business development strategy is carried out based on a SWOT analysis on each component of the Business Model canvas. Application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for the development of processed food and beverage products in Pawidean Village, Kec. Jatibarang, Kab. Indramayu is able to provide insight to business actors Processing mango fruit food and drinks so that their business can continue and develop. However, the development of these businesses requires support not only from the Cooperatives and UMKM Service, but also other related agencies. Such as the Department of Industry and Trade for the use of mango tree nursery cultivation and the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy for the development of educational tours for the manufacture of processed food and beverage products based on local wisdom. Keywords: Business Model Canvas, Business Development, Mango Fruit.

PKM aims to provide counseling on business management in the marketing sector, especially the online marketing of SME products in Pedurungan Tengah Village, Semarang, so that their products are better known to the wider market. The main problem of partners is that they have not been able to market their products optimally and reach a wider market and they also do not know the importance of being online for a product marketing. The solution offered is the provision of counseling regarding business management in the field of marketing, especially the marketing of SME products online, so that business operations can take place. perfect. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk pengalaman Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi bagi dosen program studi DIII Teknik Mesin Politeknik Harapan Bersama, Memberikan pengetahuan pemahaman tentang mesin yang menggunakan teknologi EFI dan sebagai penunjang tambahan media dalam pembelajaran melalui praktek sistem EFI. Khalayak sasaran yang ditunjukan pada kegiatan ini adalah: Siswa SMK Ma’arif Nu Talang dengan jurusan  Teknik Kendaraan Ringan dengan menambah ilmu pengetahuan pada kompetensi sistem bahan bakar injeksi, menambah ketrampilan dan mengembangkan potensi ilmu dalam perawatan EFI, melatih ketrampilan yang dimiliki siswa sehingga pada saat bekerja dibengkel lebih baik, menambah kreatifitas siswa agar dapat mengembangkan bakat mekanik yang terdapat dalam Solusi yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan permasalahan prioritas yang disepakati dengan smk adalah: (1) Tahapan pengenalan dilakukan dibengkel tersebut, (2) Tahapan pelatihan ini diselenggarakan di lab bengkel teknik kendaraan ringan. Adapun target luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah:  Peningkatan pelatihan pemahaman system bahan bakar injeksi ini diharapkan dapat dipahami cara perawatanya dengan standar operasional prosedur. Abstract

Entrepreneurship in this activity is defined as the ability to create something new and different from others, so the team decided to disseminate information about the importance of entrepreneurship in the post-covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, this product manufacturing program is an activity to create new products so the team decides to carry out product manufacturing practices.In the product marketing program, this activity is directed to market products to social media so that it is announced to do product marketing through social media by residents. Increasing public awareness of the Entrepreneurship program which is quite encouraging.The entrepreneurship program can be said to be successful because of the 30% of residents who have not dared to carry out entrepreneurial activities after entrepreneurship socialization, it can increase to 70%. This is based on observations by the service team. The increase in public awareness of the product manufacturing program can be said to be successful because of the 50% of residents who have not yet made the product, it has increased to 70% after the team has practiced product making. This is based on observations by the service team.Increasing public awareness of the product marketing program can be said to be successful because from 30% of residents who do not understand online marketing, it has increased to 80% after the team has practiced marketing through social media. Abstract

Sekarsari Village is one of the villages located in Sumber District, Rembang Regency. Sekarsari Village has 5 hamlets, Sekararum, Klampok, Semendangsapi, Deresan, and Kaligenting. The ares of Sekarsari Village is approximately 10,000 hectares with a population of 3,500 people. There is alot of potential in Sekarsari Village, namely, plants of chilies, tomatoes, shallots, empon-empon, bamboo crafts and rabbits livestock. Based on the result of field observations that have been carried out, there are several problems faced by Kelompok Wanita Tani Sekararum Desa Sekarsari Kecamatan Sumber, namely: lackof product promotion so that marketing is hampered, lack of knowledge of appropriate marketing strategies, lack of pages or social media specifically to promote products, lack of skills in presenting product photos that are able to attract consumer tastes, there is no business financial accounting. The objectives of this program are: increasing knowledge and skills in implementing online produst marketing strategies, increasing kowledge and managing social media accounts for promotion, increasing knowledge and skills in using mobile phones as a promotional support tool, conducting training and mentoring to improve the management system to make it more planned and measureable. The output of this program is: increased turnover, having social media accounts, publications of scientific journals, and mass media publications, the method of implementations is by holding online and offline marketing training as well as direct business management assistance to members of the Kelompok Wanita Tani Sekar Arum.Keywords : Online Marketing, Sekarsari, Sekararum, Farmer Woman

Abstract

Tingginya penggunaan energi tak terbarukan menjadi masalah nasional yang harus segera dipecahkan. Biogas dapat menjadi solusi sebagai energi alternatif yang menghasilkan gas metansebagai pengganti bahan bakar khususnya minyak tanah dan dapat dipergunakan untuk memasak.Tim Program Pengabdian UIN Walisongo Semarang melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat di DesaSelotumpeng Kecamatan Mirit, Kabupaten Kebumen dalam pemanfaatan kotoran ternak sapimenjadi biogas sebagai sumber energi alternatif. Pelakasaan program ini menggunakan metodeABCD (Asset-based community development) dengan menfokuskan pada pengembangan aset SumberDaya Alam (SDA) yang dimiliki oleh desa tersebut, yaitu limbah ternak sapi untuk menjadi energialternatif dan dapat mengembangkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian diawalidengan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan, pembuatan instalasi biogas dan uji coba Instalasi biogas. Kata Kunci : Energi, Biogas, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat
