Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Leadership and Work Motivation partially and together on Employee Performance, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between Leadership and Work Motivation partially and together on Employee Performance. This research uses descriptive and inferential quantitative methods. The research population was all IAKN Tarutung employees, totaling 113 people with a sample of 43 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire, which was prepared by the researcher based on research variable indicators. The results of data analysis show: 1). Obtained a coefficient of determination of 45.15% and Fcount>Ftable, namely 33.22>4.08, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership on employee performance of 45.15%; 2). Obtained a coefficient of determination of 36.12% and Fcount>Ftable, namely 22.95>4.08, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee performance of 36.12%; 3). Obtained a multiple correlation coefficient of R = 0.729 and a multiple determination coefficient of 53.14%, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership and work motivation together on employee performance of 53.14%, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded Leadership and work motivation influence the performance of IAKN Tarutung employees positively and significantly because they have been empirically tested. Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the influence of family guidance on students' effectiveness in learning Christian education, professional competence on students' effectiveness in learning Christian education and determine the influence of family guidance and the professional competence of Christian education teachers on students' effectiveness in learning Christian education. This research uses descriptive and inferential quantitative methods. The population of this study was 212 people with a sample of 66 people taken randomly. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire, which was prepared by the researcher based on research variable indicators. There is a positive and significant influence between the professional competence of Christian education teachers on students' effectiveness in learning Christian education of 53.29% with Fcount > Ftable, namely 42.97 > 4.08. 3). There is a positive and significant influence between family guidance and the professional competence of  teachers together on student effectiveness in learning Christian education by 57.45% with Fcount > Ftable, namely 42.77 > 3.15, with the regression equation Ŷ= 6, 85 + 0.27 X1 + 0.55 X2 thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The concept of Person Centered Care (PCC) is a revolutionary approach in the world of health care that emerged from a strong argumentative foundation. PCC firmly recognizes that patients are not simply passive objects in the care process, but have the unique potential to be actively involved in managing their own health. This is based on deep psychological theories, one of which is the "self-efficacy" theory put forward by Albert Bandura. The Ecological Health Model is an approach that views a person's health from a more comprehensive and scientific perspective. This model explains that a person's health is not only influenced by physical factors, but also by a number of complex and interrelated social, psychological and environmental factors. In this understanding of health, socioeconomic conditions, social support, physical environment, and psychological factors all play an important role. A holistic approach to cancer patients that combines therapeutic gardens and person-centered care can provide substantial benefits. However, it requires active participation from patients, designers, healthcare professionals, and perhaps family members, to create a space that is truly healing and meets the unique needs of each individual on their healing journey.

Abstract

This research examined the impact of the HTML-based simulation game "BIOMAN: Enzymatic" on first-year students' grasp and retention of enzyme-related biology concepts. In the academic year 2022-2023, 70 students participated in the study. The game effectively improved student performance across three classes, evidenced by significant increases in mean scores from pre-tests to post-tests. Statistical analyses, including paired t-tests and ANOVA, confirmed the significance of these improvements, ruling out chance as the cause. These findings emphasize the value of simulation games in science education, boosting engagement, motivation, and understanding. The study encourages educators to integrate such technology into teaching, advocating for personalized learning, active methods, and ongoing innovation.

Abstract

Pakchoi (Brassica rapa L.) has experienced a decline in productivity due to plant pests. The objective of this research was to determine the effect of papaya leaf extract and the optimal concentration that can control pest infestation. This study utilized a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 4 treatments with 5 replications, with the tested concentrations being: P0 = control, P1 = 200 ml L-1, P2 = 400 ml L-1, P3 = 600 ml L-1. The research results indicated that papaya leaf extract significantly influenced pest attacks, with the best concentration being 600 ml L-1, resulting in a pest attack intensity of 18.75%.

Abstract

The register book is used by the doctor to keep a record of the disease that finds and what action should be taken. This research goal is to develop e-registry web application has been created for registering shoulder and elbow surgery based on existing web based application. According to the problems mentioned, it is proposed to apply an e-registry shoulder and elbow surgery mobile-based using Flutter technology. The mobile application will be connected to the e-registry web application using the API concept. This application development uses the Incremental method with sequential development activities in two iterations. The research focused on developing mobile-based using reverse engineering method, and the finding of this research, using reverse engineering is more practical in its use.  The type of test used to test the result of this result which is the application is unit testing with a black box approach which serves to determine the suitability of the input and output produced.
