Sehat Rakyat: Jurnal Kesehatan Masyarakat
Sehat Rakyat adalah Jurnal Kesehatan Masyarakat yang diterbitkan 4 (empat) kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Februari, Mei, Agustus dan November oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Penelitian Pengabdian Algero. Jurnal ini merupakan jurnal yang dapat akses secara terbuka bagi para Peneliti, Mahasiswa dan Dosen yang ingin mempublikasikan hasil penelitiannya pada bidang kesehatan. Jurnal Sehat Rakyat mempublikasikan artikel-artikel kajian empiris dan teoritis dalam bidang kesehatan lingkungan, kesehatan reproduksi, nutrisi kesehatan masyarakat, epidemiologi terapan, kesehatan ibu dan anak, hukum dan etika kesehatan masyarakat, penilaian kebutuhan atau dampak, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dan bidang penelitian lain yang berkaitan dalam kesehatan masyarakat.

<![CDATA[Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases. Efforts to control hypertension must start from the individual, so motivation is needed in carrying out the therapy program. Hypertension control also requires support from family, both morally and materially. The role of nurses as care givers, educators and health promoters can provide information to prevent complications. The research purpose to find out the correlation between family support and the role of nurses on the motivation to control blood pressure in hypertensive patients at UPT Rawat Inap Alabio Public Health Center. The research Methods was quantitative with a cross sectional design. The sample is hypertensive patients at UPT Rawat Inap Alabio Public Health Center on December 2021 - January 2022 totaling 306 people, that were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data was taken questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Chi-Square test. Research result most of the family support was good with the number of 162 people (52.9%), most of the respondents stated that the nurse's role was quite good with the number of 154 people (50.3%) and most of the motivation to control the respondent's blood pressure was good with the number of 206 people (67.3%). There was a correlation between family support (p-value = 0.000 <0.05) and the role of nurses (p-value = 0.039 <0.05) on the motivation to control blood pressure in hypertensive patients at UPT Rawat Inap Alabio Public Health Center. The results of this study show there was a correlation between family support and the role of nurses on the motivation to control blood pressure in hypertensive patients at UPT Rawat Inap Alabio Public Health Center.]]>

<![CDATA[Medical record form is a design tool with a predetermined filling limit to be used as one of the media. Inpatient discharge summary form is a brief record of the patient's condition during inpatient treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the inpatient discharge summary form design at the Bekasi District Hospital 2022. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method by re-examining the data that had been obtained in order to obtain valid data and classifying the data that had been obtained by entering it into a data table. then redesigned the form as a suggestion for the Bekasi District Hospital. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that the Bekasi District Hospital has an SOP for Changes in Form Design which is used as a guide for any form design changes in the Bekasi District Hospital which has been determined by the Director of the Bekasi District Hospital on December 27, 2017. The results of the analysis carried out on Inpatient discharge summary form on physical, anatomical and content aspects shows that the paper used is still using NCR 55 gsm, the title of the form is still using an Inpatient Medical Resume not using the title of the Inpatient Discharge Summary form, on the form there is no edition number and page number, no there are instructions in filling out the form, there are unusual abbreviations such as ICD-9 CM and ICD-10 CM and there is a "/" symbol which means or.]]>

<![CDATA[A flood is a natural phenomenon related to human behavior that occurs due to the accumulation of various factors. Generally, floods are caused by high rainfall which causes waterways to be unable to accommodate so that they overflow. The number of flood events in Central Java in 2018 was 82 times and in 2019 102 times. Based on the BPBD of Sragen Regency in 2018, 14 sub-districts in Sragen experienced flooding. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards community preparedness to face flood disasters in Brangkal Village. This research is quantitative with the method of Cross-Sectional. The sampling technique in research with the method of cluster sampling of as many as 60 respondents according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study was univariate and bivariate using the test Chi-Squared. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (ρ value 0.000 <0.05) and attitude (ρ value 0.001 <0.05) with community preparedness in facing flood disasters in Brangkal Village, Sragen. This study concludes that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with community preparedness to face flood disasters in Brangkal Village. This research is expected to add insight and increase public awareness about disasters to improve community preparedness, especially floods.]]>

<![CDATA[Breast milk is the best source of nutrition to give to babies. Sustainability of breastfeeding during the COVID-19 pandemic is influenced by various factors, including knowledge and compliance with health protocols when breastfeeding, the Covid-19 pandemic makes the psychological condition of breastfeeding mothers disturbed. Mothers are worried that breastfeeding can transmit the virus to their babies. Problems will arise if the mother does not understand and do not have compliance with health protocols in breastfeeding during a pandemic. The purpose of the study was to determine the description of knowledge and compliance with health protocols in breastfeeding during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Gilingan Health Center. This type of descriptive research uses a retrospective approach. The population is 149 breastfeeding mothers with babies aged 0-6 months at the Gilingan Health Center. The sample in the study was 60 respondents with random sampling data collection techniques according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire. Univariate data analysis. The results showed that almost half of the respondents had less knowledge in breastfeeding, namely 25 respondents (41.7%) and most of the respondents did not comply with the health protocol in breastfeeding, namely 38 respondents (63.3%).]]>

<![CDATA[Hypertension is a condition where there is an abnormal increase in blood pressure in arteries and occurs continuously. The purpose of the study was to determine affecting incidence of hypertension. This study uses an Analytical Survey research with a Cross Sectional design. Total sampling technique was used in taking the sample, with a total of 23 respondents. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. The results showed age factor with p value =0.068 (> 0.05), obesity factor with p value = 1,000 (< 0.05), history of diabetes mellitus factor with p value = 0.253 (< 0.05). It was found that there was an influence of age on the incidence of hypertension and there was no effect of obesity and a history of diabetes mellitus on the incidence of hypertension.]]>

<![CDATA[Physical activity is a body movement produced by muscles that requires energy expenditure, including activities performed while playing, working, engaging in recreational activities, and doing household chores. Adolescence is a period of self-transition from children to adults in the age range of 10-19 years and is a period of growth and development that is quite meaningful physically, biologically, psychologically, and intellectually. The change in the learning system to online during the pandemic caused a decrease in activity. Objective: To identify the characteristics of physical activity and the level of physical activity of adolescents during online learning at Citra Medika Health Vocational School Sukoharjo. This type of research is descriptive retrospective with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all students of class X and XI SMK Kesehatan Citra Medika Sukoharjo. Data collection techniques using the Physical Activity Questioner-Addolenst (PAQ-A) questionnaire. sample selection using Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results of the level of physical activity of adolescents during online learning at Citra Medika Health Vocational School Sukoharjo had a light physical activity level of 176 students (93.1%) and a moderate activity level of 13 students (6.9%). Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the level of physical activity of adolescents during online learning was light.]]>

<![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic has affected various fields globally, not only the health sector but also the education sector. Online learning is learning without meeting in person but virtually through intermediaries. Central Java is a province that occupies the third position with high Covid cases, namely 138,547 (11.7%) of the total cases in Indonesia. The Surakarta region itself occupies the 23rd position out of 35 regions in Central Java, however, the Surakarta Region experienced the highest deflation compared to other regions on the island of Java. The limitations of adaptation to the online learning process during a pandemic have a negative impact, one of which is anxiety. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of anxiety of undergraduate nursing students during online learning at the University of 'Aisyiyah Surakarta. This type of research is descriptive. Sampling technique using stratified random sampling. The sample in the study was 84 respondents. The instrument in this study used an anxiety questionnaireZung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). The results showed that the level of anxiety in undergraduate nursing students was in the category of moderate anxiety in as much as 1 respondent (1.2%), mild anxiety in 21 respondents (25%), and no anxiety in 62 respondents (73.8%). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the majority of respondents are in the age range of 19-20 years, as many as 39 respondents (46.4%), and the majority of respondents are female, as many as 50 respondents (59.5%). The description of the anxiety level of undergraduate nursing students during online learning at the University of 'Aisyiyah Surakarta is a majority in the no anxiety category as many as 62 respondents (73.8%).]]>

<![CDATA[The biggest problem experienced by children during learning is lack of concentration. The survey results showed that 73% of elementary school children felt less concentrated. This can be prevented by increasing movement and thought activities that involve the right and left brain. One of them is the brain gym method. Brain gym is a collection of simple movements that aim to connect or unite the mind and body. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of brain gym on concentration in children at SD Negeri Kerten II Surakarta. The research method is Quasi Experimental Design with a research design of One Group Pre-test and Post-test Design. The sampling technique is total sampling with a total of 36 samples. The research instrument used the Grid Concentration Test. Univariate and bivariate data analysis. The results showed that the majority before the intervention was in the category of very low concentration after the intervention was in the moderate concentration category. The conclusion of the study is that there is an effect of brain gym on concentration in children at SD Negeri Kerten II Surakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[The background in this study is that the affective function of the family is an internal function of the family, if it cannot carry out this function, problems will arise such as divorce, delinquency in children such as drinking, promiscuity, sexual behavior and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family affective function and sexual behavior in SMK Islamiyah Widodaren. The design in this study is in the form of a correlational study with a cross sectional approach. Sampling using stratified random sampling technique, with a total sample of 67 respondents, the sample of this study were students of SMK Islamiyah Widodaren. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The method in this study uses chi-square analysis. The results of this study indicate that the affective function of the family at SMK Islamiyah Widodaren is mostly in the good category, namely 30 respondents (44.8%). Most of the sexual behavior in SMK Islamiyah Widodaren was in the mild category, namely 49 respondents (73.1%). There is a relationship between family affective function and sexual behavior in adolescents at SMK Islamiyah Widodaren, with a p-value of 0.000, which means that the p-value is <0.001. Teenagers should be more open in communicating with their families so that when teenagers get problems they can be resolved properly and not vent to negative things such as sexual behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[Disaster preparedness is a series of activities implemented to anticipate disasters by virtue of organization, and efficient and effective steps. Disaster preparedness may reduce the anxiety level in dealing with natural disasters. The purpose of this study is to understand the correlation between disaster preparedness and the level of mothers' anxiety in dealing with floods in Sangkrah village. This study is a quantitative research using a descriptive correlational method and a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used is the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The sample of this study are mothers affected by floods in Sangkrah village since 2021. The data analysis technique used is Spearman's rho metric. The results of this study indicate that the majority of maternal disaster preparedness in Sangkrah Village is in the high category, namely 257 respondents (70.4%). The majority of maternal anxiety in Sangkrah Village is in the moderate category, namely 244 respondents (66.8%). The Spearman Rho test results obtained a value of 0.000 which means a value <0.05. This study concludes that there is a relationship between disaster preparedness and the level of maternal anxiety in dealing with flooding in Sangkrah Village.]]>
