Abstract

Society 5.0 adalah sebuah konsep yang berasal dari Jepang yang menggambarkan tahap evolusi masyarakat berdasarkan perkembangan teknologi. revolusi digital diharapkan dapat membuat banyak perubahan kepada UMKM dimana adanya pergeseran gaya belanja konsumen dari offline ke online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode library research atau studi kepustakaan. Penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk menentukan informasi sedetail-detailnya, semakin mendalam data yang diperoleh maka akan semakin bagus kualitas penelitian tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan didapatkan hasil bahwa transformasi bisnis di era digital bagi pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah sangatlah diperlukan untuk keberlangsungan bisnis yang mampu bersaing dalam pasar global. UMKM diharapkan mampu menuju masa depan yang lebih inklusif, aman, dan berkelanjutan dalam era digital yang dapat memberikan peluang besar bagi kemajuan, efisiensi, dan inovasi di berbagai sektor.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media assisted by the Canva application that is suitable for use in the thematic learning process on the theme "The Beauty of Diversity in My Country" in class IV elementary school. This research is development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development procedure which consists of 5 stages. The test subjects in this research were media experts, material experts, learning experts and student responses. The object in this research is learning media assisted by the Canva application which is suitable for use in the learning process. The instrument used to collect data was a validation questionnaire given to several expert validators, namely media expert validators, material expert validators and learning expert validators. The total score obtained from validation by media experts was 90.6, from validation by material experts, namely 87.2, from learning experts it was 93.2 and from student responses a score was obtained of 94.2. The average score from the validation results is 91.3. From this score, it can be said that the learning media assisted by the Canva application developed is "very suitable" for use in the thematic learning process in class IV at SD Fauzan Al Islamiyah Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to develop pop up book media that is suitable for use in thematic learning of Theme 8 Our Friend's Environment for Class V Elementary School. This research is development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development procedure which consists of 5 stages. The test subjects in this research were media experts, material experts, teacher responses and student responses. The object in this research is the Pop Up Book Media in Thematic Learning Theme 8 Our Friendly Environment which is suitable for use in the thematic learning process in class V. The instrument used to collect data is a validation questionnaire given to several expert validators, namely media expert validators, material expert validator and learning expert validator. The total score obtained from media expert validation was 89.4, from material expert validation, namely 87.5, from learning experts 86.5 and from student responses a score of 91.4 was obtained. The average score from the experts' assessments is 88.47. From these scores it can be said that the Pop Up Book media Theme 8 "Our Friend's Environment" which was developed is "Very Suitable" for use in the thematic learning process in class V UPTD SDN 010143 Perkebunan Aek Tarum.

Abstract

This research aims to develop picture card media based on local wisdom that is suitable for use in thematic learning on the theme "The Beauty of Diversity in My Country" in class IV elementary school. This research is development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development procedure which consists of 5 stages. The test subjects in this research were media experts, material experts, learning experts and student responses. The object of this research is picture card media based on local wisdom in thematic learning with the theme "The Beauty of Diversity in My Country" which is suitable for use in the learning process in class V. The instrument used to collect data is a validation questionnaire given to several expert validators, namely validators. media expert, material expert validator and learning expert validator. The total score obtained from validation by media experts was 97.6, from validation by material experts, namely 85.4, from learning experts it was 96.6 and from student responses a score was obtained of 94.2. The average score from the experts' assessments is 93.45. From this score, it can be said that the picture card media based on local wisdom that was developed is "very suitable" for use in the thematic learning process in class IV of SD Negeri 112137 Rantau Utara

Abstract

Tindakan episiotomi maupun robekan perineum yang terjadi spontan mempunyai dampak ketidaknyamanan pada ibu postpartum. Ketidaknyamanan berupa nyeri perineum, inkontinensia urin dan dyspareunia. Laid back position dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif bagi ibu menyusui pasca kelahiran seksio sesarea dan nyeri laserasi. Laid back position yaitu posisi menyusui dengan ibu yang bersandar pada bantal yang diletakkan di atas kursi, tempat tidur, maupun dinding. di Puskesmas Mandiraja 1 terdapat 25 ibu post partum dengan laserasi dan 15 diantaranya mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusui anaknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Laid Back Position Terhadap Nyeri Laserasi Pada Ibu Post Partum. Metode penelitian Quasy Eksperimental dengan pendekatan One Group Pre Test Post Test Design. Penelitian menggunakan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah ibu primipara dan multipara dengan persalinan normal, jumlah responden sebanyak 20 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan checklist Visual Analog Scale. Analisa data bivariate menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian karakteristik usia tertinggi adalah usia 21-35 tahun sejumlah 15 responden (75%), pendidikan tertinggi adalah pendidikan menengah (SLTA) sejumlah 12 responden (60%) dan paritas tertinggi adalah primipara sejumlah 11 responden (55%). Hasil uji wilcoxon test Pengaruh Laid Back Position Terhadap Nyeri Laserasi Pada Ibu Post Partum didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 (p<0,05) sehingga ada pengaruh Laid Back Position Terhadap Nyeri Laserasi Pada Ibu Post Partum. Dengan Laid Back Position responden merasa nyaman dan rileks sehingga mampu meminimalkan rasa nyeri pada luka jahitan

Abstract

One of the efforts of the Langkat Regency government in addressing sexual violence against children is the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2022 concerning Child-Friendly Regency Policy, which is carried out by the Population Control Family Planning and Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office of Langkat Regency. However, in implementing this policy, the office faces challenges. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to assess the implementation of Langkat Regency government's policy in addressing sexual violence against children and the obstacles faced by the Population Control Family Planning and Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office of Langkat Regency. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach supported by secondary data, including primary data from interviews and secondary data from observations. Data analysis involves collecting informant information through interviews and concluding findings. The research findings indicate that the Population Control Family Planning and Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office of Langkat Regency has implemented Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2022, but faces obstacles such as lack of community understanding of sexual violence against children and many people being unaware of the duties and functions of the office

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out how the Facebook users of English students at Faculty of Health Science Wiraraja University increase their vocabulary in English. The Method of this research was A qualitative Descriptive and used Blachowicz and Fisher’s theory to answer research question. The research took 25 students as samples. The data were taken through questionnaire and open ended questions (interview). The result shows that according to most of student’s perception student can be active in developing their understanding of words and ways to learn vocabulary, students can personalize word learning, can immerse in words through Facebook, can build on multiple sources of information to learn words through repeated exposure by reading texts in Facebook. This result supports the four principles which stated by Blachowicz and Fisher (2000), and it gives positive effect to students

Abstract

This study aims to design problem-based learning worksheets on KPK and FPB material that are suitable for use in the learning process in grade V SD. This study uses the ADDIE development procedure which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. However, in this study the ADDIE procedure was used only up to stage 4, namely Implementation. Data collection techniques carried out in this study, namely observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. From the results of the validation carried out on several expert validators, a percentage of 88% was obtained from the results of the material expert validation in the "Very Good" category. From the validation results of the design experts, a percentage of 90% was obtained in the "Very Good" category and from the validation results of the teacher's response, a percentage of 96% was obtained in the "Very Good" category. Based on the results of the assessment of the three expert validators, it can be said that the student worksheets based on problem-based learning on the developed KPK and FPB material are suitable for use in the learning process

Abstract

This research aims to produce Contextual-based LKPD that can stimulate students and increase student learning motivation on the theme of caring for living things in class IV elementary school and to determine the feasibility test of Contextual-based LKPD on the theme of caring for living things in class IV elementary school. This research produced a product in the form of a contextual-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) on the theme of caring for living creatures in class IV elementary school. The development model used is the ADDIE development model in the form of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The learning development model used is the ADDIE development model. The percentage obtained from each validator is 80% material experts, 85% design experts and 85% teacher responses, each of which is included in the valid category. Based on the class teacher response questionnaire distributed to researchers after using the LKPD, it shows that many students are interested in LKPD. This is shown by the average results obtained in the teacher response questionnaire being 96% which is included in the category of very practical to use

Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition where the systolic blood pressure is more than 140 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure is more than 90 mmHg, if not treated it will increase the risk of heart, brain, kidney and stroke disease. According to WHO (2019), the global prevalence of hypertension is 22%, the number of hypertension sufferers in Indonesia has reached 34.11% and continues to increase every year. Riskesdas, (2018) the prevalence of hypertension in West Java is 39.60%, while the measurement results in Purwakarta Regency are 36.79, this prevalence is greater than the prevalence in Indonesia. In the Plered Community Health Center area, data on outpatient hypertension patients was found to be 16.2% (Plered Community Health Center Annual Report, 2022). Researchers aim to provide complementary therapy application of cucumber juice in lowering blood pressure in family members with hypertension. The research used was a Quasi Experiment Design with the design used being a one group pretest – Posttest design. Research results Analysis of the effect of giving cucumber juice on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive families from statistical tests shows the difference between the average systolic blood pressure in the pre-test and post-test intervention groups. The results obtained were p value = 0.000 [p<α (α=0.05)], so it was concluded that there was a difference in the average systolic blood pressure before and after being given cucumber juice. Conclusion: One implementation of nursing in families with hypertension that can be applied by utilizing one of the family's roles and functions (family care function or health maintenance) can be the application of complementary therapy with cucumber juice. This therapy can be carried out independently by the family and even by the sufferer himself, but still with the guidelines taught by the nurse
