Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian kwalitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskritip yaitu memberikan Gambaran Efikasi Diri Penyandang DM Dalam Melakukan Manajemen Perawatan Diri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan cara trianggulasi atau gabungan. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. analisi data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. dimana tujuanya adalah untuk mengetahui secara sistematis tentang fokus penelitian yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian di Karakteristik partisipan berdasarkan usia menunjukan umur 40-60 tahun atau lansia awal adalah yang paling dominan yaitu sebanyak 4 orang (80%), Karakteristik partisipan berdasarkan lama menderita diabetes menunjukkan lama menderita diabetes paling dominan adalah 5-10 tahun sebanyak 4 orang (80%), Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa rasa sabar pasien diabetes mellitus meliputi hubungan pasien dengan tuhan adalah suatu hal yang sangan penting dimana para partisipan mengaku bahwa Tuhan dan doa sebagai sumber kekuatan, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa diabetes dapat mempengaruhi rasa sabar partisipan meliputi hubungan partisipan dengan lingkungan seperti partisipan menyatakan bahwa diabetes sangat mempengaruhi pekerjaan dan kegiatan aktivitas sehari-hari.

Abstract

Mandailing Natal Regency is one of the coffee-producing areas in North Sumatra Province. The largest community coffee plantation in Mandailing Natal Regency belongs to Pagur Village, which is located in East Panyabungan District. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and analyzing internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) of arabica coffee farming in Pagur Village, Panyabungan Timur District and to analyze the right strategy to be implemented in developing coffee farming in Pagur Village. The survey method is the method chosen in carrying out this research. A total of 39 people from Pagur Village were chosen to be respondents or samples in the study. The analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis using SWOT analysis, Position Matrix and SWOT Matrix, to formulate "Arabica Coffee (Coffea arabica) Farming Development Strategy in Pagur Village, Panyabungan Timur District, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra", so that the results obtained are that alternative strategies that can be utilized in this research, namely by maximizing the use of coffee land owned by arabica coffee farmers in Pagur Village, repairing roads or access to Arabica coffee farming locations to make it easier for farmers to go to their business locations, as well as facilitating and minimizing the distribution costs of Arabica coffee. , maximizing the use of existing technology to obtain a higher selling price of coffee

Abstract

This research aims to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment in the indirect influence of spiritual leadership and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior of teachers at Paiton Islamic Middle School and Insan Terpadu Middle School. The population in this study were all 56 teachers. The sample uses a saturated sampling technique because the population is relatively small. So the sample used in this research was 56 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that spiritual leadership is unable to improve organizational citizenship behavior. Spiritual leadership is able to increase organizational commitment. Quality of work life is unable to improve organizational citizenship behavior. Quality of work life is able to increase organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is able to increase organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to play a role in mediating the indirect influence of spiritual leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to play a role in mediating the indirect influence of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Bank BTN experienced a fairly high increase in non-performing loans during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2019 because many customers were unable to repay their credit, this triggered researchers to want to know what the health level of Bank BTN was before the pandemic and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this research is to determine the health level of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk for the 2018-2022 period using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). This type of research uses quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in the research is Bank BTN's financial reports and the sample for this research is the period of analyzing Bank BTN's financial reports, namely for five years (2018-2022) and the sample was obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that the overall financial performance of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk during the 2018-2022 period using the RGEC method, namely obtaining an average of 76.67% to 80.00%, the composite rating obtained by Bank BTN is at (PK-2) which can be seen from the four aspects measured in the Risk Profile, GCG, Earnings, and Capital as a whole are in a Healthy rating

Abstract

Penyandang Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan penyakit kronis yang terjadi ketika pankreas tidak menghasilkan insulin yang cukup atau ketika tubuh tidak dapat secara efektif menggunakan insulin, ditandai adanya peningkatan kadar glukosa dalam darah (Hiperglikemia) disertai munculnya gejala khas yakni urin yang keluar dalam jumlah banyak. Mengidentifikasi hubungan antara foot self-care dan neuropati perifer pada diabetisi di wilayah kerja puskesmas poriaha kabupaten tapanuli tengah 2023 Penelitian ini dilakukan pada penderita diabetes di wilayah kerja puskesmas poriaha. Pengumpulan data Variabel dan pemberian intervensi dilakukan pada 7 Agustus sampai dengan 27 Agustus 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif Korelasi Sampel adalah populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi yaitu sebanyak 40 sampel. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi-square menujukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara foot self care dan neuropati perifer pada pasien diabetes melitus di Puskesmas Poriaha. dengan p-value = 0,000<(0,01)

Abstract

The sensory representation system is how people perceive what comes in through the three senses, visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic (Vaknin, 2008). This study aims to analyze the sensory representation systems in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) found in consumers’ responses to celebrity endorsement Nagita Slavina in a post on Instagram account @buttonscarvesbeauty. This study used qualitative textual analysis using the theory of sensory representation systems by Vaknin (2008). This study showed that there were 300 data found. 70 (23.3%) data as visual, 16 (5.3%) data as auditory, and 214 (71.4%) data as kinaesthetic. NLP sensory representation system has benefits in making marketing communications more effective and also helps simplify communication messages so that the messages can be conveyed well to the consumers. Celebrity endorsement Nagita Slavina has a very significant impact on consumers in providing responses. It is hoped that the results of this research will be useful for everyone who wants to study sensory representation systems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of vermicompost fertilizer and tuber cutting and the interaction of the two treatments on growth and production on the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.)". The research has been carried out in Sidorejo Village, Langsa Lama District, Langsa City, from October to December 2022. This study used a factorial pattern Group Randomized Design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors, namely vermicompost fertilizer (K) which consisted of 4 levels, namely: K 0: Control, K 1 : 2 kg / plot, K 2 : 4.1 kg / plot, K4 : 6.1 kg / plot. The cutting factor of tubers (U) consists of 3 levels, namely, U0 : No Cutting, U 1 : Cutting 1/4, U2 : Cutting 1/3. The parameters observed in this study include: plant height (cm) and number of leaves (strands) aged 15, 30 and 45 HST, number of tubers per sample (cloves), weight of fresh plant tubers per sample and per plot (g), weight of dried plant tubers per sample and per plot (g) at the age of 60 HST

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of work conflict, work stress and workload on Turnover intention in the E2 Production Engineering Division at PT. INDONESIA EPSON INDUSTRY. By using a quantitative method, data from this study were collected from 61 E2 Production Engineering employees. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling category. The analytical method used in this study is the data/instrument quantity test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software as a tool for analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work conflict variable has a significance value (0.025) < (0.05), work stress has a significance value (0.298) > (0.05) and workload has a significant value (0.000) > (0.05), so it can be concluded that only one independent variable, namely work conflict, has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while the variables work stress and workload have no significant effect. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) have a significance value (28.227) > (0.05) and (t test) obtained ttable (0.2564). a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.773 or 77.3% of the Turnover intention variable is influenced by work conflict, while the remaining 22.7% is explained by other variables not used in this study

Abstract

This research aims to analyze effect of marketing mix (7P) on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. The methodology used in this research is a quantitative methodology. The customers who visited Cafe Palapa were the population that the researchers used, which was 5,890 people. The Slovin technique was used to calculate 100 Cafe Palapa samples to obtain fairly representative results with an error rate of 10%. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression to test the hypothesis partially (t). The research results show that product has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. Price has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. Place has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. People has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. Process has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa. Physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision at Cafe Palapa
