Abstract

PT. Global Welindo Batam merupakan bagian dari Golden Group Batam, perusahaan yang berbasis general supplier atau kita ketahui sebagai pemasok berbagai jenis barang yang dibutuhkan oleh pelanggan. PT. Global Welindo Batam berdiri pada bulan November tahun 2014. PT. Global Welindo Batam didirikan oleh seorang direktur yang berasal dari kota Tanjung Balai Karimun, Kepulauan Riau. Teori yang digunakan adalah Dimensions of Culture, Biz Communication, Barrier in Communicating, Type Of Corporate Culture. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara pada salah satu karyawan PT. Global Welindo Batam. Pada perusahaan Global Welindo Batam ini, pemimpinnya tidak menerapkan culture power distance yang dimana culture tersebut membuat karyawannya seolah-olah menjadi orang lain dan tidak terlalu memiliki hubungan yang dekat. Perusahaan Global Welindo Batam ini juga mempunyai gaya hidup yang lebih bersosialisasi dengan para karyawannya dibandingkan dengan negara barat yang cenderung lebih menyukai hidup sendiri. Perusahaan Global Welindo Batam lebih mengarah ke culture barat karena mempunyai karyawan yang sangat menghargai waktu dimana karyawan absen dengan tepat waktu. Perusahaan Global Welindo Batam lebih mengarah ke family culture dimana culture ini merupakan tipe figur ayah yang kuat dalam memimpin karyawannya untuk jangka panjang Solusi yang dapat diberikan kepada perusahaan Global Welindo Batam adalah harus lebih perdalam lagi hubungan antar karyawan sehingga dapat lebih baik, maju, dan berkembang lebih pesat lagi kedepannya.

Abstract

Human resources play an important role in a company, because the human factor (employees) is the prime mover in every activity within the company, because employees carry out company activities from planning, implementing, to controlling every activity and activity of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of wages on employee performance at the Insan Mega Mulia Brebes Foundation. The research conducted was descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Insan Mega Mulia Brebes Foundation. Sampling using saturated sampling technique, with a total sample of 18 respondents. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study uses descriptive statistics using scores, percentages, and tables. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that wages have an effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the average percentage of the wage variable as much as 85% positive response and the employee performance variable as much as 97% positive response given by respondents. This shows that the better the level of remuneration by the company, the better the level of employee performance. The results of this study indicate that wages affect employee performance.

Abstract

Penderita diabetes melitus di Indonesia menempati peringkat ke-5 di dunia. Kandungan nutrisi makanan perlu diperhatikan bagi penderita diabetes melitus. Dim sum merupakan makanan yang digemari masyarakat, namun seringkali dibuat dengan bahan yang tinggi kalori dan lemak. Salah satu konsep penting pemilihan jenis makanan bagi penderita diabetes melitus adalah makanan yang memiliki indeks glikemik rendah. Pada penelitian ini tempe dibuat sebagai isian dim sum serta bayam dan tepung MOCAF sebagai kulit dim sum. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui manfaat produk berbahan dasar tempe dengan penambahan bayam dan tepung MOCAF sebagai makanan alternatif bagi penderita diabetes melitus serta mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tempe pada dim sum dengan uji organoleptik. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan yaitu P0: tanpa tempe, P1: 25% tempe, P2: 50% tempe, P3: 75% tempe. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA dan Duncan. Berdasarkan uji ANOVA berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap warna dan rasa sedangkan pada tekstur dan aroma tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05). Dim sum yang paling disukai panelis adalah dim sum dengan penambahan 25% tempe (P1), sedangkan yang paling tidak disukai panelis adalah dim sum dengan penambahan 75% tempe (P3). Berdasarkan studi literatur, tempe, bayam dan tepung MOCAF merupakan bahan yang bermanfaat dan aman bagi penderita diabetes melitus.

Abstract

Autis merupakan suatu kondisi dimana anak menunjukkan gangguan yang ditandai oleh terganggunya kognisi sosial, keterampilan sosial, dan interaksi sosial. Interaksi sosial merupakan kesulitan yang nyata bagi anak autis untuk melakukan hubungan sosial dengan lingkungannya. Gangguan yang terjadi pada anak autis dapat menghalangi anak untuk berinteraksi sosial atau melakukan hubungan sosial. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memahami dukungan seorang ibu terhadap pengetahuan dan persepsi pada anak yang terdiagnosa Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) dan hubungannya dengan strategi seorang ibu dengan anak ASD. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh terapi ABA terhadap interaksi sosial anak autis. metode ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis). Metode ABA adalah metode tata laksana perilaku menggunakan metode mengajar tanpa kekerasan (Hanhojo, 2009). Metode ABA dapat membantu anak autis mempelajari keterampilan sosial seperti memperhatikan, mempertahankan, kontak mata, dan dapat membantu mengontrol masalah perilaku (Handojo, 2008). Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis subyek penelitian pada salah satu anak ASD yang telah diberikan terapi ABA. Metode ini dapat melatih setiap keterampilan yang tidak dimiliki anak, mulai dari respon sederhana, misalnya memandang orang sekitarnya atau kontak mata, sampai keterampilan kompleks misalnya komunikasi spontan atau interaksi sosial. Terdapat perbedaan dalam hal strategi yang dilakukan seorang ibu yang mana sebagian besar untuk menjaga stabilitas keluarga, optimisme dan kerja sama saat ini, padahal sebelumnya kebanyakan mencari bantuan untuk berobat.

Abstract

Sewing is one of the risky jobs to experience low back pain (LBP) this is due to working with long sitting and non-ergonomic work positions. The Jambi City Children's Palace Market is the central tailor in Jambi City. The results of the observation showed that from 10 tailors, 7 experienced pain in the lower back when sewing. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with complaints of LBP on tailors at the Children's Palace Market. The study used a cross sectional design. The research was conducted at the Istana Children's Market in Jambi City on 10-31 May 2022. The research population was all tailors at the Istana Anak Market. The research sample was 30 tailors at the Children's Palace Market in Jambi City. The research instrument was a questionnaire and RULA. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations of respondents' work attitudes. Data were analyzed using chi square test. As many as 53.3% of respondents have complaints of low back pain, 53.3% of respondents work with high-risk work attitudes, 60.0% of respondents work with risky work durations and 63.3% of respondents have long tenures. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between work attitude (p=0.000) and tenure (p=0.011) with complaints of low back pain in tailors at the Children's Palace Market, Jambi City. There is no relationship between work duration (p-0.159) and complaints of low back pain in tailors at the Children's Palace Market, Jambi City.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan kegiatan usaha yang dapat dilakukan oleh semua orang. UMKM Nuriza Snack merupakan salah satu bisnis yang bergerak di bidang makanan ringan “keripik” dengan berbagai macam pilihan rasa dan jenisnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana UMKM Nuriza Snack dapat meningkatkan brand awareness di sosial media dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode ini dilakukan dengan cara membuat sosial media Facebook Page dan Instagram. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada pelanggan dan calon pelanggan Nuriza Snack di seluruh Kota Batam. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat keberhasilan dalam memasarkan produk Nuriza Snack melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Washing hands has proven to be one of the most crucial ways of preventing diseases from entering our body, as it is an effort to kill the pathogenic microorganisms that come in contact with the body surface. However, due to its simplicity in doing, the behavior of proper hand washing has been ignored by many, leading to increased susceptibility of diseases, particularly of the gastrointestinal system, including diarrhea. This study is done to measure the knowledge of elementary and high school students of SD and SMP Advent Setiabudi on proper hand washing, including 13 participants, extracted from 195 students as population. It is done systematically utilizing the qualitative method. It is found that the knowledge of handwashing and its procedure have been introduced to most of the students yet some participants have been found to not apply the behavior of washing hands with soap which have been proven to kill more microorganisms than just flowing water without soap. It is concluded that the application of proper handwashing must be promoted more among the general population as knowing is not enough. The researchers then recommend for the healthcare and school personnel to hold community health educations as a contribution in raising the awareness which can raise the implementation of proper hand washing with soap in order to prevent diseases from happening.

Abstract

A company is founded with the aim of increasing its value, as indicated by the share price. Complete and accurate information is needed for rational decision making to produce the desired results. Businesses can leak information that will increase their value to attract investors. As a result, businesses often release information they perceive as increasing their value, which can drive up their share price. This study aims to find out the effect of Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility on company value mediated by Profitability in real estate and property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 - 2022. The results show that Intellectual Capital (IC) has a negative effect on Company Value, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has no effect on Company Value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has no effect on company value. Profitability has a positive effect on firm value. Intellectual Capital (IC) does not affect Profitability. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) harms profitability. Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) does not affect profitability. Profitability does not mediate the relationship between Intellectual Capital (IC) and Firm Value. Profitability does not mediate the relationship between Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Values. Profitability does not mediate the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Company Value.

Abstract

This thesis is motivated by the number of competition among entrepreneurs, especially traders to attract consumers so that it can increase sales. And one way is to implement a marketing strategy. Marketing strategy must be done effectively so that sales can increase. Marketing activities geneally focus on products ,pricing ,distributed policies, and promotional ways in which this is known as the marketing mix . Marketing mix activity plays an important role for the survival of a company. Marketing strategy is choosing market, product, distribution and promotion; the most effective marketingstrategy is promotion, promotion through social media and radio; Vanhelenshop marketing strategy is seen from the perspective of Islamic already according to this matter seen from the products sold already halal, buyers can choose the product according to taste and in promotion is not exaggerate and does not cover product defect.
