Abstract

The tourism village development program is a form of community empowerment program to maximize the village's potential in improving people's welfare. The development of Patuguran village tourism towards a tourist village will have a positive impact on the economic development of local communities by increasing people's income, being able to provide job opportunities and provide additional income for the village government through the collection of levies. This research was conducted to find out the form of community empowerment action in the tourism village development program. This research uses a qualitative approach through case studies. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, and document studies. Community empowerment is carried out by optimizing tourism village development programs to become tourism commodities based on local potential in the form of mangrove forests. The development of the Patuguran tourism village, Rejoso sub-district, Pasuruan Regency will provide changes for the community, especially in increasing their knowledge and economy. Therefore, the community empowerment program in Patuguran village can be used as a reference in ecotourism-based community empowerment activities.

Abstract

Cendawan genus Beauveria merupakan salah satu cendawan entomopatogen yang paling sering diisolasi dan memiliki penyebaran yang kosmopolitan. Serangga terinfeksi memperlihatkan gejala awal yang sama, yaitu tidak mau makan, lemah, dan kurang orientasi hingga lama kelamaan diam dan mati. Selain menginfeksi larva, cendawan Beauveria juga virulen terhadap nyamuk dewasa. Umumnya produk B. bassiana diformulasi dalam bentuk bubuk (powder) dan merupakan formulasi paling efektif memicu kontak dengan serangga sasaran.

Abstract

Complaints in the musculoskeletal system are complaints that a person feels in their skeletal muscles, starting from mild to severe complaints. The purpose of this study is to relationship age, repetitive activities, work posture and length of work to MSDs complaints experienced in Laundry workers in Jambi City in 2022. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. This study was conducted at a laundry business in Jambi City with a sample of 42 workers. Sampling using the total sampling technique. Primary data were taken using NBM questionnaires, interviews, measurements with REBA and video/stopwatches. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. As many as 11.9% of respondents experienced musculoskeletal complaints in the high category, 52.4% of respondents experienced a risky age, 31% of respondents experienced repetitive activity, 42.9% of respondents with moderate work posture and 7.1% had a long working life. The bivariate results showed that there was a relationship between age and MSDs complaints (p-value 0.023), there was no relationship between repeated activities and MSDs complaints (p-value 0.134), there was no relationship between work posture and MSDs complaints (p-value 0.074) and no contact between length of service and MSDs complaints (p-value 0.509).

Abstract

Konsep perdagangan dalam islam harus dilandasi oleh nilai-nilai dan etika yang bersumber dari nilai-nilai dasar agama yang menjunjung tinggi kejujuran dan keadilan. Nabi telah meletakkan prinsip dasar bagaimana pelaksanaan perdagangan yang adil dan jujur. Prinsip dasar yang digariskan oleh Nabi berkaitan dengan mekanisme pasar dalam perdagangan, dimana kedua belah pihak dapat menjual dan membeli barang secara langsung sehingga tidak ada campur tangan dan campur tangan pihak lain dalam menentukan harga barang. Dengan kejujuran diharapkan usaha dagang seorang muslim akan semakin maju dan berkembang, karena akan diridhoi Allah di dunia dan di akhirat.

Abstract

This study has the objective of conducting a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Finance (NPF), Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing Deposit To Ratio (FDR) on Profitability at Bank Syariah Indonesia in 2017- 2022[A1]. This review uses data collection methods from journals related to CAR, NPF, BOPO and to the Profitability of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The results of the research question (RQ: 1) on the method that is often used to conduct research related to the influence of CAR, NPF, BOPO and FDR on Profitability in Islamic Banks in Indonesia, the results obtained are the paper category based on the data collection technique using secondary data collection techniques in the form of Annual Report on Islamic banks through the official website as well as data in OJK (Financial Services Authority) publications. Furthermore, the results of the research question (RQ: 2), namely the journal that has the most significant effect of financial ratios on the profitability of Islamic Banks, there are 12 journals that analyze that every year there are journals that discuss this matter, even the most in 2022 are several journals with a quantitative approach. The results for the research question (RQ: 3) are about the factors that influence financial ratios on profitability, the results obtained are paper categories based on factors that affect profitability. That the greater the CAR value, the higher the NPF level, the lower the costs incurred and the amount of income or BOPO and the suitability of raising funds and distributing financing or FDR has an effect on the Profitability of Islamic Banks in Indonesia based on research in these papers.

Abstract

Keberagamaan merupakan sesuatu yang tidak mungkin bisa dihindari, keberagaman menghasilkan warna dalam realitas sosial, tetapi keberagaman juga sering menimbulkan pertikaian, konflik. Walapun demikian usaha menciptakan kembali perdamaian, kerukunan sesuai kalam Tuhan merupakan tugas yang harus dilaksanakan oleh manusia sebagai umat yang berakal. Pluralisme lahir dengan wacana dialog antar agama merupakan sarana mewujudkan keharmonisan, kerukunan, mengurangi egoistik, fanatik dalam beragama demi menghindari konflik yang tak berkesudahan atas nama agama. tulisan ini akan membedah wacana dialog keagamaan dalam pluralisme dengan pisau analisis hermeneutika Gadamer yaitu teori dialektika teks, yakni berupaya demi mencari makna yang diinginkan oleh teks dengan proses dialog.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual pada perempuan hingga saat ini masih terus terjadi, maraknya kasus kekerasan seksual yang dialami oleh perempuan menjadi salah satu topik yang selalu diperbicangkan untuk dikaji. Berbagai upaya dan kajian terus dilakukan untuk menanggulangi maupun menekan angka kekerasan seksual pada perempuan. Artikel ini memaparkan tentang kekerasan seksual yang dialami oleh perempuan dan juga membahas kekerasan seksual dalam pandangan hukum islam serta faktor yang menyebabkan adanya kekerasan seksual dan upaya mengatasi kekerasan seksual pada perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian yuridis normatif (metode penelitian hukum normative). Metode penelitian yuridis normatif adalah penelitian hukum kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan-bahan kepustakaan atau data sekunder belaka.

Abstract

This research is aimed at: (1) examine the reasons for the fourth grade teacher at MI NW Karang Bata to apply a humanistic approach to the study of Islam in learning aqidah morals, (2) to examine the implementation of the humanistic approach in Islamic studies at MI NW Karang Bata. The research method in this article uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. This research was conducted at MI NW Karang Bata, Mataram City, Lombok. The research phase consists of: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, (4) drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: 1) there are reasons why teachers apply a humanistic approach in studying Islam because a) the humanistic approach in education becomes more meaningful, b) creates harmonious, comfortable and happy interactions with students, and c) students become more valued. 2) The implementation of a humanistic approach in Islamic studies at MI NW Karang Bata has been implemented through the madrasa culture, namely the "Acimas" I Love Healthy Food Movement program, the clean Friday program, and the imtaq program every morning.

Abstract

The use of bunascan drugs was carried out when the Bontang Islamic Hospital was established, while the levica drug is still relatively new and has not been widely used in caesarean section surgery. This study aims to determine the comparison of levica with bunascan in spinal anesthesia on the onset of action and blockade of sensory analgesia in cesarean section patients at the Bontang Islamic Hospital. This research method uses a pre-experimental design with a type of one-shot case study. sampling technique with accidental sampling of as many as 78 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant difference between bunascan and levica on the onset of action and blockade of sensory analgesia, with a sensory block p-value of 0.007 and an onset of action p-value of 0.024. The average value of bunascan drugs is 62.9 seconds (sensory block) and 84.78 seconds (start of action), while levica is 87.3 seconds (sensory block) and 102.4 seconds (start of action). So the drug levica 15 mg has a sensory block of analgesia and a slower onset of action than bunascan 15 mg for spinal anesthesia in caesarean section.

Abstract

Skizofrenia merupakan penyakit yang sulit disembuhkan namun dapat dikontrol dengan terapi farmakologi dan psikoterapi. Untuk mengontrol klien skizofrenia agar tidak terjadi kekambuhan yaitu dengan kepatuhan dalam terapi pengobatan merupakan kunci utama. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien skizofrenia. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yaitu klien dengan skizofrenia yang menjalani terapi pengobatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan 33 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner MMAS-8 (Medication Morisky Adherence Scale). Analisa data menggunakan analisis univariat dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruh klien skizofrenia di Desa Kersamanah memiliki kepatuhan yang rendah sebanyak 30 orang (90,9 %), sehingga disarankan agar pihak puskesmas dapat memberikan penyuluhan atau pendidikan kesehatan tentang kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien skizofrenia pada keluarga pasien dan kader di Desa Kersamanah.
