Abstract

The aim of this research is to empirically analyze the influence of quality of work life and work discipline on employee performance which is mediated by work motivation (Study of Bank BPD Bali State Branch Employees). In this research, researchers used a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of Bank BPD Bali State Branch, totaling 76 employees. The researcher chose the sample using a saturated sampling technique because the population was relatively small. So the sample used in this research was 76 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that quality of work life is unable to improve employee performance. Quality of work life is unable to increase work motivation. Work discipline is able to improve employee performance. Work discipline is able to increase work motivation. Work motivation is able to improve employee performance. Work motivation does not play a role in mediating quality of work life in improving employee performance. Work motivation plays a role in mediating work discipline in improving the performance of Bank BPD Bali State branch employees.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically analyze the role of understanding good corporate governance in mediating the influence of organizational culture and ethical behavior on the performance of Bank BPD Bali employees. A quantitative approach is used as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. The population in this study was all employees, totaling 1,374 employees. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with the technique taken, namely proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of 93 employees as respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that organizational culture is unable to improve employee performance. Organizational culture is able to increase understanding of good corporate governance. Ethical behavior is unable to improve employee performance. Ethical behavior is able to increase understanding of good corporate governance. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of leadership and integrity on the performance of Bappeda Litbang Jembrana Regency employees. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all 34 employees. The sample uses nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that leadership plays a role in improving employee performance. Leadership plays a role in increasing organizational commitment. Integrity plays a role in improving employee performance. Integrity plays a role in increasing organizational commitment. Organizational commitment plays a role in improving employee performance. Organizational commitment plays a role in mediating leadership in improving employee performance. Organizational commitment plays a role in mediating integrity in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of resilience and commitment to encourage increased employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of employee engagement. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 64 employees of CV Bumi Buana Citra Malang. Empirical evidence shows that the two independent variables, namely resilience and commitment, are both able to encourage increased employee performance. The mediating role of employee engagement is also strong, both in terms of the influence of resilience on employee performance, as well as the influence of commitment on employee performance at CV Bumi Buana Citra Malang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of income from static rice milling and mobile rice milling in manyak payed sub-districts, aceh tamiang district. the method of determining the sample using a sampling technique, namely quota sampling as many as 20 respondents, static rice milling as many as 10 respondents and mobile rice milling as many as 10 respondents. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this study are cost analysis, revenue analysis, income analysis and also use the Mann-Whitney test.The results showed that the average income earned by the static rice milling business was Rp.269.307.185 per month, while the average income earned by mobile rice milling business is Rp. 280.420.417 per month. Data processing is carried out using SPSS version 16 computer software. The results of the calculation of the difference in the average income of a static (fixed) rice milling business and a mobile (mobile) rice milling business, with an Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) value or a P Value of 0.545 greater than 0.05 (0.545>0.05). then these results indicate that H0 is accepted, meaning that there is no difference in income from static (fixed) and mobile (mobile) rice milling operations where the P-value (sig.2-tailed) obtained is greater than 0.05 (>0 ,05).

Abstract

Impulse buying is a purchase made without careful consideration or prior planning. This is the act of purchasing a product or service on a whim, often due to emotional or impulsive impulses, without carefully considering whether the purchase is truly necessary or meets actual needs or desires. Impulsive purchases are often triggered by factors such as attractive promotions, peer or environmental pressure, or a person's impulsiveness in making decisions. This research focuses on the influence of hedonic shopping motivation which is based on pleasure and external stimuli, one of which is the shop environment which can increase consumers' opportunities to make purchases. This research aims to see the influence of Hedonic Shopping Motivation on impulse buying among young women in Tasikmalaya. The population in this study were young women in Tasikmalaya with sample determination using incidental sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. The measuring instruments used are the Hedonic Shopping Motivation scale, Store Atmosphere scale and Impulsive Buying. The results of data analysis show that Hedonic Shopping Motivation and store atmosphere have a significant effect on impulse buying. The results of the multiple regression analysis test show that, Hedonic Shopping Motivation and store atmosphere together have an influence of 50.7% on impulsive buying among young women in Tasikmalaya

Abstract

Bubur Instan Fungsional untuk Penderita Diabetes Tife-2 (BIFUD), dibuat dari buah labu kuning, kedelai, ciplukan dan Cassea vera yang telah mengalami proses instanisasi. BIFUD mempunyai kelebihan yaitu diversifikasi pangan berbahan baku lokal dan mengandung berbagai senyawa fitokimia. Produk BIFUD telah diuji pada tikus diabetes, dengan hasil bahwa BIFUD ini mampu menurunkan gula darah, memperbaiki sel β - pangreas, serta memiliki indek glisemik rendah (55), dan di dalam penyajian tidak diperlukan proses pemasakan. Penyajian BIFUD dilakukan hanya dengan menambahkan air ataupun susu pada suhu 60 oC sesuai selera, sehingga BIFUD berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi produk instan komersil yang mudah di dalam penyajian dan memberikan sifat fungsional untuk kesehatan terutama bagi penderita diabetes tife-2. Namun permsalahan yang sering tejadi pada produk instan (tepung-tepungan) sifatnya yang higroskopis. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi adalah dengan cara di kemas, sehingga dapat memperpanjang umur simpan. Umur simpan dari produk dapat ditetapkan berdasarkan pada titik kritis produk yaitu faktor utama yang sangat sensitif yang dapat menimbulkan terjadinya perubahan mutu produk. Di dalam penetapan titik kritis BIFUD di dasarkan pada perubahan bentuk bubur akibat absorbs air, pertumbuhan kapang dan penampilan organoleptik. Untuk itu perlu data awal mutu BIFUD di tetapkan guna untuk penentuan titik kritis. Mutu awal produk BIFUD adalah kadar air 9,64 %, kadar abu 3,46 %, kadar protein 15,30, kadar lemak 8,57 %, karbohidrat 62,24 %, Betakarotin 6262,00 mg/100g, antioksidan 36,90 %, dan uji organoleptik untuk Wana 4,8 (sangat suka), Rasa 4,2 (suka), Aroma 4,6 (sangat suka), Tekstur 4,6 9 sangat suka)

Abstract

Pasien dengan gagal ginjal kronik / CKD stadium akhir perlu menjalani hemodialisis secara rutin dan permanen atau sampai keputusan transplantasi ginjal telah ditentukan. Sebagian besar pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis perlu untuk menjalani terapi ini dengan frekuensi 3 hari perminggu selama 3 hingga 5 jam setiap kali terapi. Hemodialisis menjadi teknik yang dipilih untuk membantu pasien dalam mengontrol tekanan darah serta keseimbangan mineral dalam tubuh. Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu adakah hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan menjalani hemodialisis pada pasien CKD Stadium V di RSU X Denpasar. Mengidentifikasi hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan penderita CKD stadium V dalam menjalani hemodialisis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian observasional analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Identifikasi hubungan hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan menjalani hemodialisis ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik dukungan keluarga maka semakin patuh dalam menjalani terapi hemodialisis

Abstract

Assessment must be conducted in the classroom and carried out as an integrated part of the teaching and learning process. This study determines the types and challenges of implementing classroom assessments in senior high schools. This qualitative study was conducted by interviewing selected high school teachers, and direct classroom observation was conducted to ensure the validity and reliability of the information related to the classroom assessment. This study found that teachers intensively conducted classroom assessments to know the student's learning progress and to maintain the high quality of learning and teaching processes. The teachers conduct Several types of assessments, such as performance Assessments, self-assessments, essays, portfolios, and project-based assessments. This study implies that teachers should continually implement classroom assessment intensively to improve students' achievement in learning.

Abstract

Ada fenomena menarik mengenai kinerja saham perusahaan pada situasi bisnis yang tidak stabil saat pandemi Kovid 19. Secara umum kinerja saham perusahaan-perusahaan di kawasan ASEAN mengalami penurunan, sebagian besar perusahaan mengalami kesulitan untuk bisa dengan cepat memulihkan performa nya. Sementara ada sebagian perusahaan di kawasan ASEAN berhasil dengan cepat memperbaiki kinerja saham nya, dan pulih kembali saat memasuki masa new era. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menemukan bukti empiris bahwa: persistensi laba perusahaan, kebijakan dividen perusahaan dan prediktabilitas arus kas memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kinerja saham perusahaan-perusahaan kelas asset ASEAN pada masa pandemi Kovid 19 dan masa new era. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan yang masuk dalam kategori ASEAN Asset Class (aset berkelas) yang merupakan perusahaan dengan tata kelola perusahaan terbaik di ASEAN. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode analisis yang terdiri dari statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : pada perusahaan kelas asset ASEAN persistensi laba memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan.Hal ini bisa disebabkan tingkat persistensi laba yang sangat rendah, sehingga sinya tersebut cenderung diabaikan oleh pemegang saham juga para investor. Pada perusahaan kelas asset ASEAN kebijakan dividen memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan.Hal ini bisa disebabkan meski semua peusahaan sampel tetap membayarkan dividen tunai kepada pemegang sahamnya, namun sebagian besar menurunkan besarnya dividen yang dibarkan selama pandemi.
