Abstract

Pusat Teknologi Informasi on Indonesian Transaction Report and Analysis Center (INTRAC) have the task of implementing development and management of the processing system data and information system. Knowledge that is at Pusat Teknologi Informasi enough, but to walk slowly and tended to static. This research is focused on the knowledge that it had many shaped tacit and are stored in everyone, this research also to design a knowledge management who in accordance with their needs and can accommodate as well as turning knowledge from tacit become be explicit knowledge. Methodology this research done by means of observed and study literarur using framework tiwana model, as for the formation of knowledge using a Choo Sense Making Model that at the knowledge creation combined with a model SECI Nonaka. This research has produced a draft web base application knowledge management system that is easy to use in share knowledge through the application. The conclusion from this research that the use of Choo Sense Making Model is one of the model knowledge management system that was felt appropriate, where in the collection knowledge is to understand information is not only in internal environment but also external performed on stage sense making and in the formation the knowledge which was could be done through the approach to daily activities as discussion formal and informal or commonly called knowledge creation, so that the displacement of tacit become be explicit knowledge it is much easier.

Abstract

The Integrated Information and Communication Technology Lab (ICT Lab) at Budi Luhur University is one of the independent institutions that serve laboratory needs for learning as well as Tridarma application within the university. At the moment, the knowledge inside the ICT lab is not yet well distributed so that it tends to rely on one lab assistant who knows the answer to a certain issue. Furthermore, the high turnover causes the ineffectiveness of the assistant’s knowledge distribution due to lack of knowledge management that can further cause knowledge loss because the tacit knowledge is not yet well-documented. Therefore, there needs to be an information system to manage each assistant’s knowledge to foster knowledge sharing. In this research, the author develops a knowledge management system model that fits the needs of the ICT lab through the knowledge formation using Socialization, Externalization, Combination and Internalization (SECI) model. System testing was done using blackbox testing and path analysis approach using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model. The result of the knowledge management system’s analysis shows that it support the SECI process in knowledge sharing within the ICT Lab. The test results using 5 variables show scores of above 70% which means the knowledge management system used in this research can be applied to the Integrated ICT Lab of Budi Luhur University.

Abstract

Unit of Information Technology Algorithm Certification Services Universitas Budi Luhur is one of the work units that handle algorithm ` present the knowledge in the certification service unit algorithm is slow and static, so that in dealing with a problem tends to depend only on one person who controls a particular job, plus a term that does not necessarily cause the knowledge possessed by an employee to be poorly managed and it is feared that it will disappear because the knowledge is only stored in the brain and has not been properly documented. Therefore, there needs to be an application that can manage the knowledge possessed by each employee so that it can be shared with other employees (knowledge sharing) related to algorithm certification services. In this study, the authors developed a knowledge management system model that is in accordance with the conditions of the algorithm certification service using the Tiwana model framework, the development of knowledge management system using the Becerra-Fernandez development framework, the formation of knowledge using the SECI Nonaka model, testing the system prototype using the Forum method Group Discussion (FGD) and the ISO 9126 method, and the scoring method of the system testing results using a Likert measurement scale. From the results of this analysis will be obtained a knowledge management system model and later will be developed a prototype knowledge management system.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing is an important step in knowledge management because it can enable organizations to utilize the most valuable assets of employees to share knowledge with others. Without effective knowledge sharing, organizations may not be able to integrate knowledge, skills and abilities to achieve work innovation. Thus, how to encourage employees to conduct knowledge sharing is an important research problem in knowledge management. There are differences in knowledge in each individual contained in PT. Tri Nindya Utama, who created the knowledge, caused a difference in the knowledge conveyed. This is because the culture of sharing between employees is not going well so that the knowledge possessed by employees becomes less developed. Busy work from each of these employees also hinders the knowledge sharing process, especially when employees are sent out of service. Knowledge creation is done with the SECI model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination and Internalization). System development methods with the Framework for the Application of Systems Technique (FAST) and modeled using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) analysis system. Validation testing uses Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Software testing techniques using ISO 9126. Therefore, handling clients often becomes slow. With this knowledge sharing system, employees can use the system well, and also accelerate service to clients because each individual will have the same knowledge.. Knowledge management is done by creating knowledge, sharing knowledge and applying knowledge.

Abstract

If the server room temperature is too hot it will cause damage to the existing hardware in the server room, whereas if the gas threshold is too high it will be able to indicate that a fire has occurred in the server room. One way to maintain the temperature level of 20-21ºC / (68-71ºF) and 350 ppm - 1000 ppm gas levels in the server room is to periodically monitor the temperature and gas content whether it is within the threshold that we specify ... So that if one day there is a deviation temperatures outside the tolerance range can be immediately taken responsive measures. Currently the server administrator must continue to monitor changes in temperature in the server room in stable condition and still manually. Temperature and gas monitoring systems and web-based control using DHT11 sensors and MQ-2 sensors can be one solution to monitor the temperature of the server room so that it is always in a conducive state, so as to minimize the occurrence of excess heat in devices in the server room . If there is a situation where changes in temperature and gas in the server room are detected, the system will send a notification to the user via SMS and automation of the additional air conditioning so that it can stabilize the room temperature again. Thus the temperature and gas of the server room will continue to be maintained and stable in full control by the server administrator without having to continue to be in the server room. The programming language used to create this system is the Arduino programming language whose syntax resembles the C language and for its visual appearance using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. From the observation of 23 days the application trial was able to run and give notification as much as 98% and system failure as much as 2%.

Abstract

The Internet has driven the development of e-commerce. Broadband access service providers are able to provide broad coverage and a variety of types of services at relatively low cost. Similar service providers have created competition. As part of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) a broadband access service provider, FirstMedia places the customer at the center of attention, so a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction needs to be achieved and maintained on an ongoing basis. To find out the factors that affect customer satisfaction is one of the issues in FirstMedia. Else is how to model the relationship between those factors with customer satisfaction. All direct service interactions between the company and the customer will have an impact on customer satisfaction level. It is necessary to identify all activities that occur direct interaction between the company and the customer also get a standard relationship model between these interactions and customer satisfaction. The model is based on theories: MoT (Moment of Truth), SERVQUAL (Service Quality) with RATER (Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, and CRM. There are MoT potential on FirstMedia services occurs: Broadband Access, Registration, Installation, Billing, Contact Center, Support Visit. Service quality indicators are built from the Registration, Installation, Billing, Contact Center, Support Visit service using RATER based on SERVQUAL, as a dimension to measure service quality. Broadband Access is a product which performance is used to measure customer satisfaction, because the product is a service, it also uses RATER from SERVQUAL theory to build indicators of Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

A good and quality workforce is obtained by selecting or selecting prospective workers. The process of selecting employees at PT. Qdc Technologies, still using conventional methods, this results in the processing of prospective employee data requiring a long time, frequent errors so that many prospective employees or applicants who do not fit the criteria or company needs can be accepted to work in the company. This research will build a recruitment selection system using the Technique for Order Performance Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method, the TOPSIS algorithm was chosen because it has several advantages, namely, the first concept is simple and easy to understand, the next is the efficient and efficient computation process. from the implementation and testing that has been done it is proven that by using a system that has been designed, it is proven that the data processing process of prospective employees becomes faster, and by using the TOPSIS algorithm it is proven to be able to minimize errors, so that only prospective employees or applicants who are in line with company needs can hired. After evaluating and calculating using the TOPSIS algorithm, the results obtained are Alternative Ridha Firyadi with the final value of 0.561 and the lowest value obtained by Laela Febriani with a value of 0.336. So that the alternative chosen to be an employee is Ridha Firyadi with a value of 0.561.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligent (AI) has been popular and applied in many areas nowdays. Many features can be built upon machines by learning the characters human did, and later to inference the tasks based on what it has been learned before. Human tasks that have been learned by machine can then be utilized to replace human itself in repetitive tasks. In this research journal, the researcher utilizes one of the AI technology, Support Vector Machine (SVM) based Machine Learning to learn manager’s characters in the approval activities. This later will be used by machine that acts as a manager in making approvals. To learn the manager’s characters in approving activities, researcher will use R language; it regularly fetchs the data from database, learning the pattern and update the prediction model. It can be interfaced to external Human Resources (HR) module on Management Information System (MIS) to predict the approval status. With minimum effort, this model can be implemented in current MIS-HR that owned by the company to conduct the automatic approval process without manager’s interference. Thus, manager can conduct more strategic activities rather than only do the approval process.

Abstract

HC-SR501 passive infrared sensor (PIR) is a sensor to detect the motion of an object that works when the object crosses the area or the vertex of the sensor, while ESP32-CAM is a microcontroller that works when given instructions by a programmer through the Arduino IDE editor. Both will work perfectly if given an ip address accompanied by Wi-Fi support to access it through internet media or known as an internet based things (IoT) smart home. The hardware is used in this study as a tool to detect housing security, especially housing in Perum Bumi Arumsari Sumber Cirebon District, most of the residents of the housing activities during the daytime. Technically both hardware will work optimally when the HC-SR501 passive infrared sensor (PIR) is connected via the ESP32-CAM microcontroller in charge of sending images or video, when the radius of the HC-SR501 passive infrared sensor (PIR) containing infrared radiation through Fresnel lenses and containing thermal energy regarding the pyroelectric sensor are met. Then the images or videos sent through ESP32-CAM that have been previously programmed through the Arduino IDE, are connected via Wi-Fi and received through a smartphone belonging to the householder to get a response to the results of the detection of HC-SR501 passive infrared sensor (PIR) and ESP32- CAM. The results obtained from this study are the effective distance from the HC-SR501 passive infrared sensor when the human detector is 0 meters to 5 meters, ESP32-CAM will send pictures or videos which means there are indications of thieves or unknown persons entering the house. Whereas at a distance of more than 5 meters, the HC-SR501 passive infrared sensor does not send images which means safe.

Abstract

The system of scheduling the physical activities of Nagari Ladang Laweh fund is the scheduling of activities carried out to build the infrastructure of the nagari in the form of Roads, Ditches, Bridges, Houses and other house renovations. During this time the project scheduling of the nagari fund physical activities is based on the analysis of the project implementer and the head of the project so there is no certainty on the duration of the project activities. In this study a measurable method is used in determining the scheduling of physical activities, namely the Flash (Fuzzy Logic Application For Schedulling) method where the Flash method can measure the duration needed for an activity that is able to accommodate uncertainty. The application of this flash method will be supported by an application program that will facilitate the Activity Implementing Team (PK) in determining the duration of an activity carried out. The use of application programs for the decision making process can be done well. From the results of a study of 1 (one) cor jalan Parik Lintang cast activity can be completed in the fastest duration of 58 days, the normal duration of 75 days and the longest duration of 170 days.
