Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has been largely facilitated by the presence of e-marketplaces. The e-marketplace trend in Indonesia continues to develop along with the development of technology and the internet. During its development, e-marketplaces offer more and more products. As a result, buyers need more effort to find the product they want. In order to facilitate the search for these products, a product classification is carried out. This study classifies products in the Shopee emarketplace using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. The product data used comes from web scraping in the categories of cellphones and accessories, Muslim fashion, and home appliances. The stages of the classification system begin with the preprocessing stage, then the term weighting stage uses the TF-IDF method, then cosine similarity to calculate the similarity distance between documents, and then sorting the results of the cosine similarity to retrieve data for the number of k values. Based on testing on 9 product data with three different k values. Obtained an average that shows the lowest accuracy, precision, and recall results when the value of k = 3. The accuracy result is 88.89%, precision is 83.33%, and a recall of 100% is obtained when using the value of k = 5 or k = 7.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the use of information technology in all fields is growing rapidly, because it really helps humans to process data and obtain information quickly, precisely and accurately. Geographic information system is one of the uses of information technology to process maps in digital form, making it easier for the map to be manipulated and processed its data. To find out the spread of Covid 19, it is necessary to develop a system that is able to collect, store, manipulate and display geographic information of the virus distribution area. Through GIS, information on areas affected by the Covid 19 virus can be easily seen on a map view. The description of the distribution of areas of positive patients infected with the virus, patients under surveillance (PDP) and people under surveillance (ODP) is well presented on the map. This distribution map can describe the level of vulnerability of areas exposed to Covid 19 at the city, sub-district and village levels. The grouping in each area is taken based on certain characteristics so that the resulting output is expected to make it easier for users to distinguish the level of vulnerability between one area and another and also display graphs and calculate the number of cases that occurred. The existence of this Geographic Information System can be useful for the community and for policy makers, both the Regional Government, the Ministry of Health, BNPB and other Ministries to increase awareness and self-anticipation in areas prone to the Covid 19 virus.

Abstract

This study explores conversations on Twitter related to Otonomi Khusus Papua. Twitter users in Indonesia are fewer compared to the USA, even the minimum number of Twitter users in Papua. However, topics related to Otonomi Khusus Papua are intense on Twitter. The author's hypothesis talks about the Otonomi Khusus Papua are not Papuan people. This is interesting for the author to look further at sentiment analysis related to the topic of Otonomi Khusus Papua (otsus) on Twitter. This research uses a data science approach utilizing machine learning with drone emprit. Data retrieved via Twitter API is filtered, retrieved, and analyzed. The results show that Otonomi Khusus Papua topics contain more positive narratives but users who raise these positive narratives are bots.

Abstract

At the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics at the Politeknik Negeri Medan, there is no digital technology-based system in handling archives, such as handling incoming letters, outgoing letters, assignments, etc. As an effort to increase the digitization of all forms of existing processes in the academic system in the Department of Computer and Informatics Engineering, digital archive management is needed. With a system that is able to manage archives in digital form, it can help the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics in improving the quality and quality of study programs and departments to produce better accreditation of Study Programs for the future and become a major that is digitized in its academic system.

Abstract

Information systems have been implemented in various fields, one of which aims to facilitate human activities, the same thing must also be found in health services such as hospitals and health centers. Although in a small scope and sometimes far from the city center, puskesmas have a big role in ensuring the availability of public health services. For this reason, it is necessary for this system to be created and developed at the puskesmas, especially at the Halaban puskesmas. The method used in the design and development of this system uses the waterfall model. The data are taken directly from the Halaban health center and general data can be obtained from various reference reviews that are on the same topic as this research. The results after the trial, this system can run as expected and can be implemented directly at the puskesmas, so that the service process is much easier. It's just that the system still needs to be developed so that it can be integrated again with other systems.

Abstract

Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) is growing rapidly and the benefits are very broad, especially in the business sector. Plantshopedia as one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has 4 (four) core business processes that able to be supported by the use of IS/IT will have a major impact on the achievement of its business goals. However, currently, Plantshopedia does not have IS/IT capable of supporting its business processes, especially in product inventory management. Therefore, a product inventory management information system was developed using the Scrum method by going through several stages, including: project initiation, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The results obtained are that a system has been developed, namely Management Information Systems of Plantshopedia (MISoP) which is the result of implementing a product backlog consisting of 32 backlog items with a total of 4 (four) sprint rounds in system development for 4 (four) months. In addition, an assessment of the level of satisfaction with the use of MISoP has also been made through a questionnaire with respondents from internal Plantshopedia. The results obtained from the questionnaire are 3 respondents from Plantshopedia internal who have agreed that the MISoP system is easy to operate and able to assist in solving problems experienced by Plantshopedia so that they are satisfied with the benefits of the system.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is built to facilitate an agency or company in making a decision, as is the case in the selection of drivers in the XYZ application. In the selection of drivers, quick and precise decisions are needed by considering the criteria that have been set. One of the algorithms that can be used to make a decision is the simple additive weighting (SAW) algorithm. The simple additive weighting (SAW) algorithm is applied in the driver selection process for the XYZ application. By entering several weighted value criteria such as distance, driver rating, and total driver order. After applying this algorithm, the driver search results are more optimal than before.

Abstract

Pondok Modern Asy-Syifa Balikpapan is one of the organizations engaged in education based on Islamic boarding education that is independent, private and legally incorporated. Apart from its private status, it does not make the achievement and application of student discipline lagging behind other educational institutions. The problems that occur are the processing of achievement data, violations and permits which are still done manually and do not use automatic data storage (databases), as well as the need for monitoring of achievements, violations and permits carried out by students to determine the level of student activity. Sistem Informasi Monitoring Santri (SIMS) is an application developed as a solution to these problems. SIMS was developed using the agile software development method with the scrum model which has stages in the form of sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective. Laravel framework is used for system development by applying the concept of model, view and controller (MVC). There are 36 product backlogs carried out in 6 sprints with the main features to manage student data, achievements, violations, permits, and monitor students. It is hoped that the SIMS can assist in recording and monitoring student achievements, violations and licensing at Pondok Modern Asy-Syifa Balikpapan.

Abstract

Carbon dioxide Test Equipment on Brewed Coffee Powder as an Indicator of Feasibility for Consumption Free Microcontroller is a tool used to measure carbon dioxide levels of roasted coffee and which will be consumed. This tool uses the MG-811 as a sensor to determine the carbon dioxide level in the brewed coffee, and is also equipped with a buzzer that will turn on when the carbon dioxide level in the coffee is high or unfit for consumption. Then there is an LCD that will display the level of carbon dioxide in the coffee and there is also an LED consisting of 3 colors, if it is red then the carbon dioxide level is too high and not suitable for consumption, if it is yellow then the carbon dioxide level is not too high but not feasible for consumption and the green color indicates low carbon dioxide levels and coffee is suitable for use. For the controller of this tool using Arduino UNO.

Abstract

Santri is a term for someone who is doing education in a boarding school. every year an event is held for students who graduate from their educational activities. the management of the boarding school will choose the best students each year they graduate. To find the best students needed more because of the criteria needed. The decision support system provides an alternative in determining who the best students will be. Due to the nature of the decision support system that is objective, fast, accurate and computer-based, making it easier to select the best students. The Weighted Product method is part of the concept of Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) where a normalization process is needed in calculating the normalization. This method specifically calculates the weight of the value in each of the existing criteria. This decision support system is a solution tool that can provide solutions that can assist in the process of selecting the best students computerized to be more effective and efficient. The results of the study prove that this application is able to help companies in the process of selecting the best students with product weighting methods, as well as providing information on the best students effectively and efficiently.
