Abstract

Waste as the rest of artificial materials that have no utilization value, so at this time it is not utilized. Waste is often referred to as industrial waste, some consider it as crop residue. As indicated by PP No. 82 of 2001, liquid waste is the result of an action as a fluid. Liquid waste depends on its temperament, in particular the actual and total properties, metals, inorganic non-metals, natural totals, and microorganisms. Currently the world is facing a water crisis due to polluted waste. Some organizations are not rESPonsible for dumping their waste into the sea or waterways, depriving the oceans and rivers of their capacity. Waste that pollutes waterways can destroy the clarity of the water, thus making the water concentrated and polluted with various harmful microscopic organisms from the waste. Even the river cannot be used properly because it has been polluted by waste. So that wastewater does not pollute the environment and can still be reprocessed, it is necessary to monitor the level of acidity and the amount of dissolved minerals in the liquid waste. With the monitoring system, it will be known how high the acidity level in the waste is and whether the waste can still be processed and then used.

Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic disease characterized by high blood sugar (glucose) levels. This disease is often found in adults who are elderly, but this disease can also attack people who are still young. Along with advances in machine learning technology to support decision makers, many predictive models are made of whether a person can be classified as diabetic or not by using certain algorithms. In this study, a prediction model was made whether a person is classified as diabetic or not, based on parameters/variables, namely weight, height, cholesterol levels, fasting sugar, non-fasting sugar, uric acid levels and gender. Prediction model is made using K-NN, J48 (based on decision tree), Naive Bayes and logistic regression classification algorithms. Then a performance analysis was carried out on the testing results of each of these algorithms, and it was found that the K-NN algorithm produced a prediction model with the highest accuracy compared to the three algorithms used in this study.

Abstract

In this digital era, there are a lot of smartphone users, especially children and teenagers. With this smartphone, there are various kinds of information media that can be obtained easily through various online media such as online games, online information media, social media, pornography very easily. The ease of accessing various kinds of online media often occurs in technology such as for violence and for pornography. It is this background that requires a security system on cellphones/smartphones through words that apply the Levenshtein Distance method. The purpose of this study is to provide security for children to avoid accessing links that are not liked by children. The results of the research on testing the word assessment feature for each word typed into the keyboard by applying the Levenshtein Distance method. The filtered words are as expected, which is reaching 100%, which is very effective to use. So that the use of smartphones, especially among children and adolescents, can be more controlled in accessing information.

Abstract

The selection of the feasibility of building a building permit is one of the tasks of the Ternate City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service. In building feasibility selection is still done manually by going down a location survey assessing the criteria needed one by one for each proposal without a method that can provide an assessment priority with various criteria including type of building, foundation, building level, building area and walls, there are many criteria for proposals that are submitted to DPMPTSP. Decision Support System (SPK) is needed to facilitate the Investment and One Stop Integrated Service. The system that was built was web-based, in this research it was carried out through literature reviews and direct interviews with DMPTSP employees. The model used is the method of Multy Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis. The results of the Multy Objective Optimization Method On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis are considered to have a good level of selectivity in determining an alternative, easy to understand and flexible in separating objects to the evaluation process of the decision weight criteria.

Abstract

Employee performance assesment is one aspect that must be considered to achieve the goals of an institution. With the application of information technology, a decision support system can be used to provide an assessment. Currently, there are many methods that can be used to assess employee performance. One of them is the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. This method was chosen because of its advantages that able to solve problems using multicriteria so it is suitable for determining the employee performance assessment of an institution. The criteria used in the assessment are also important in determining the performance assesment. There are many criteria that can be used in determining employee performance assessment. In this study used five criteria, namely Discipline, Work Motivation, Responsibility, Leadership and Honesty. The research method used consists of the needs identification stage, needs analysis, SMART method analysis, and implementation in the form of testing the results of manual calculations applied to a web-based system. The calculation uses data from seven employees using five criteria. From the results of the tests carried out, it is known that the results of manual calculations are the same as the web system.

Abstract

Development in humans occurs from birth to adulthood, therefore parents have a very important role in paying attention to the development of children. The survey conducted by the author shows that not all parents will see a doctor to check their child's growth and development because they are busy working and will only go to the doctor when their child is in an unhealthy condition. From the survey data in the form of questionnaires collected, some parents also do not know what symptoms affect their child's growth and development. If a child has a developmental disorder and parents rarely consult to find out how high the level of the disorder is, it will worsen the growth and development of the child so that the number of developmental disorders in children will increase. Based on the problems above, an Early Childhood Development Expert System application was built using the Forward Chaining Method and the Backward Chaining Method, the reason for using both methods is to be different from previous research and the search process can be more varied. The forward chaining method looks for disorders based on the symptoms selected by the user. The backward chaining method is used to determine the level of disorders that occur in children based on the symptoms and disorders selected by the user. The application is built using the PHP programming language and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling tool. The results of the implementation of this scientific work are able to produce an early childhood development expert system application that can detect symptoms or disorders using the Forward Chaining and Backward Chaining methods. This application is ready and suitable for users to detect symptoms or disorders.

Abstract

PPATS (Temporary Land Deed Officials) are officials involved in human legal needs in the land sector. PPATS has the task of making land deeds and land administration activities at the sub-district level. Currently in Sukun District in the process of delivering information regarding the processes and administrative requirements of inheritance letters, power of attorney and searching for land history files, it is still an offline information system, namely with an announcement board. In this study, a website-based information system will be created that will feature the process of managing inheritance letters, power of attorney, land history, monthly reports and also there are terms and conditions that can display letter formats or provisions for managing land certificates. The method used in this study is the waterfall method which includes the requirements, design, implementation, integration and testing, and operation and maintenance stages. The system is developed based on a website so that it can attract public interest. The blackbox testing method is used in the process of testing system functionality which is designed to find out whether it is as expected or not. Based on the results of these tests, it was concluded that with this system it could facilitate the process of obtaining inheritance and power of attorney, facilitate the process of recording land history, facilitate the monthly reporting process to the Office/OPD, and facilitate conveying information about land to the public.

Abstract

There are many methods that can be used to pay tithe in the current digital era, but there are also many Indonesian people who still believe that zakat is carried out in mosques around their homes. Meanwhile, the data on the distribution of zakat in mosques has not been recorded properly, so there are often errors in the distribution of zakat to mustahik. So this research is intended to create a web application that can make it easier for amil in managing data on zakat received and zakat that has been distributed. The method of analysis and system development uses the prototyping method. Where this system is designed with UML (Uniefied Modeling Language) tools and compiled with HTML, PHP, and Javascript programming languages. In this system, amil can manage and calculate the zakat funds received and facilitate the process of distributing zakat evenly according to the zakat recipient data that has been previously entered in the system by the amil. In addition, this application can be use from anywhere and do not have to come to the destination mosque.This application also provided information about the amount of zakat that has been determined by each mosque.

Abstract

The Telaten Karya application is a medium for ordering tools and building materials at the Telaten Karya shop. Through this application, customers can order building materials anywhere and anytime, then make it easier for customers to get the latest product data updates. The development of this ordering application uses the Waterfall method, a storage system with a MySQL database, and uses the Application Programming Interface (API) as a communication medium between the system as a server and the android application as a client. After implementing this application, the promotion and customer service process becomes easier.

Abstract

The existence of a website in the current digitalization era has become a mandatory requirement for every Nagari (Village), as a promotional medium and an effort to digitize all business processes in the Nagari. For this reason, in this service activity an official village website was created and given website management training to village staff for digital promotion purposes. The website is equipped with menus that explain in detail the profile, potential, and facilities of the Nagari. Based on the results of a survey conducted after the training activities, it was concluded that an increase in the understanding of Nagari staff in managing the website was achieved by 90%, so that by utilizing the website media there was an increase in efficiency and effectiveness in digitally disseminating Nagari information to the wider community. This has a positive impact on the performance of the nagari government.
