Pusat Pelatihan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer (PPTIK) STIKI Malang is an institution that organizes courses and training in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Courses and training programs at PPTIK STIKI Malang are held face-to-face, where PPTIK STIKI Malang provides the place, facilities and infrastructure to held it. Therefore, a mobile learning platform is needed that can be used to access course learning by online. Online course is one of the platforms that can be used as learning media. With the online course application, teaching materials can be accessed online anytime and anywhere. Although learning is held online, there are still costs that must be incurred by students to purchase course packages and access learning materials online. Therefore, a secure and practical online payment transaction technology is also needed. Midtrans is one of the payment gateway technologies in Indonesia that facilitates online payment transactions with complete payment methods such as bank transfers, e-wallet and others. By utilizing both technologies above, PPTIK STIKI Malang can increase the course learning services and minimize the use of place, time and cost along provide secure and complete payment transactions, so that can be easier for public to access course learning and purchase course.

Degenerative disease is a condition in which the function or structure of the affected tissue or organ has decreased over time. Degenerative diseases can be prevented by minimizing risk factors in individuals and one of them is by arranging a balanced and good diet in terms of nutrition or nutrition. This study aims to create a smartphone-based application that aims to determine the diet of people with degenerative diseases. Early detection of degenerative diseases is carried out using the forward chaining method, which is a rule-based system where the system will provide questions that represent a symptom in a particular disease. From the questions given, users get answers that will lead to other questions by forward chaining according to the symptoms (knowledge base) as facts of certain degenerative diseases. The final result of the forward chaining is the result of early detection or diagnosis by the system. The results of the initial detection or diagnosis are then used as food taboos. The diet is carried out independently by the user, where the food contained in the system is adjusted to meal times, food content, and degenerative diseases. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the application can perform early detection of degenerative diseases and can display the diet according to the results of the forward chaining method.

The poor population grouping aims to differentiate the population with the highest or the most appropriate level of poverty to get assistance specifically for the population with the highest level of poverty. Grouping is done by using the k-means method. Grouping with the k-means method will increase the level of similarity in groups and reduce the level of similarity between groups. Random grouping on k-means will be applied systematic random sampling methods that will influence and narrow down the possibility of many initial centroid values ??to be generated, while speeding up the computation process for random grouping. Furthermore, the silhouette coefficient is validated to determine the best group in grouping the poor population. The number of groups determined is 2 clusters, 3 clusters, and 4 clusters. The results obtained are the number of groups of 2 clusters is better than 3 clusters and 4 clusters with a value of 2 clusters namely 0.435489, while in 3 clusters 0.434857 and 4 clusters 0.30832.

Rainfall is the amount of rain that pours or falls within a certain period of time in an area. Rainfall information is useful in many areas. Therefore, fast, accurate and detailed information is indispensable. The method used to predict rainfall is the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) by utilizing daily rainfall data. Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method is a combination of artificial neural network and fuzzy logic. In the learning process, Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method is used LSE Recursive algorithm for advanced learning. The research phase starts from rainfall data collection, learning data, functional and non-functional analysis, ERD, Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method, and Root Means Squared Error (RMSE) calculation and the program is created using PHP and MYSQL as database storage. In this study, two input variables used in the form of rainfall data one day before and rainfall data two days earlier, obtained root means square error (RMSE) results of 17.7 in 1200 training data and 9.4 in 200 test data.

Web and Mobile-Based Attendance System Design at PT. Bintang Millennium Perkasa, the author tries to do research to design a web-based information system for PT. Mighty Millennium Star. The main problem of this research is the difficulty of calculating food and transportation fees because there is no real-time recording of attendance. The system development method uses RAD and ISO 9126 testing and system security testing tools with Acunetix, Loic tools, and Hoic tools. By using the Research Methodology Rapid Application Development (RAD). The author's goal is to create an information system that makes it easier for the Human Resources Management (HRD) section to manage employee administration to the company, as a tool for the HRD section and employees to carry out employee administrative processes for the company. As well as displaying employee data, leave and attendance on this website. The result of this research is a Web and Mobile-based attendance system with the main modules are employee data, leave management, and attendance management. The test results with ISO 9126 are good and the acunetix test results are good, Loic is good, Xoic is also good. So it can be concluded that the resulting value still shows the feasibility of the system to be implemented in accordance with the real system in the design of the Human Resource Management information system web and the administrative management of employees towards the company.

Designing Web-Based Shop Inventory Information System at PT. Rudy Soetadi, the writer tries to do research to make a web based desktop information system design for PT. Rudy Soetadi. The data collection method used by the authors in this study is to use the method of literature study, interviews and observation. By using the RAD Research Methodology. The aim of the author is to reduce the problems that exist in the research area, as a tool for cheap shop administrators to see information on all transactions in low-cost stores. As well as income and expense reports on this desktop website. The results of this study indicate that this desktop web can make it easier for low-cost shopkeepers to do bookkeeping and manage low-cost stores. So it can be concluded that the resulting value still shows the feasibility of the system to be implemented in accordance with the real system for web desktop web design and low-cost store inventory management.

Testing is an important thing to do for a software. Early stage testing can be done through unit testing. The unit testing uses whitebox testing with the basis path analysis method. This method using the program structure from a flowchart program and then it will be converted into a flowgraph, but actually there are so much program code that is divided into many files that do not allow for flowgraphs to be created. This research aims to apply the basis path analysis method for the white box testing in the expert system of diagnosing heart disease by using the flowchart system to overcome the problem of the number of program code files that resulted in the difficulty of making flowgraphs. The Basis Path Analysis method consists of four stages, namely: flowgraph creation, calculation of cyclomatic complexity (CC), independent path determination, and finally test case testing. The test results showed that the system procedures were more complex with the risk level being at medium levels and all the tested pathways in the form of test cases were appropriate. This research contribution is expected to help software developers in testing whitebox by using flowchart system.

Wayang kulit is a native Indonesian culture that was recognized by UNESCO in 2003. As the next generation, the Indonesian people should be able to preserve Indonesian culture so that it does not become extinct or be stolen by other countries. This makes researchers get the idea to preserve culture in an easy-to-understand way, by creating an application for introducing wayang kulit on smartphones using virtual reality technology. In this study, the researcher applied the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) research procedure and collected data by observation and literature study. Researchers use Unity 3D as a game engine and Blender as a 3D object modeling. The basic concept of this application is that the user will be in a virtual room that has several wayang kulit in it so that users can feel the atmosphere in the wayang kulit gallery. This application has 3 main features: viewing; reading the information; and holding wayang kulit. To run this application better, users are advised to use VR glasses and a VR remote. Researchers hope that this application can be used as a medium for introducing wayang kulit for Indonesian people, especially for the younger generation.

Mall Olympic Garden is a mall located in Malang city with more than 50 outlets. The main objective of this research is to present a way to facilitate the search and navigation for a particular outlet in the mall. The method used in this research is direct observation and sampling and then use this information to build a navigation android application with augmented reality features. The application was then tested with the help of several visitors at the Mall Olympic Garden. The average of the research results shows that the respondents feel helped by this application through this research
