Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior relate to each other and influence the performance of PT workers. Pos Indonesia KCU Medan 20000. Quantitative methods were used in this research. Those who took part in this research included: PT staff. Pos Indonesia KCU Medan 20000. The sample taken from participants in this research involved 56 participants. Purposive sampling was used in this research as a sample for a strategy. This research information collection method uses Likert scale measurements. This research uses several methods for data analysis such as validity testing, reliability testing, multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and SPSS-based hypothesis testing. The analysis findings show that organizational citizenship behavior and partial and simultaneous self-efficacy both have a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This research tries to ascertain how service quality influences fuel purchasing decisions at SPBU Coco 11.201.107 HM. Yamin Medan. This research uses explanatory research which uses descriptive statistical methods to verify whether there is an influence between the services provided on customers' fuel purchasing decisions. The research results showed that respondents' responses regarding the quality of service were considered good. Respondents rated the services and facilities provided at the Coco HM gas station positively. Yamin. Similar research can be carried out between regions for the next stage of the research process in the same environment with different characteristics and with changes in research variables that can be developed for further research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of interest rate collection behavior and the quality of micro business credit services at Bank BRI, HM Medan branch. yes. This research uses explanatory research, where descriptive statistical methods are used to assess whether there is a relationship between the influence of services provided and interest rates on people's business credit customers. The research results showed that respondents' answers regarding service quality were considered good. The interest rate determination is in line with customer expectations and the results of the credit decision category show that respondents did not experience difficulty in determining the BRI HM Bank branch. Yamin Medan as the bank that submitted the KUR microcredit application.

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding the influence/impact of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) on purchasing decisions, knowing the influence of Brand Awareness on purchasing decisions, and analyzing the combined effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) and Brand Awareness on Mixue purchasing decisions in Medan city. The research method applied is a quantitative method with an associative approach. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique (purposive sampling) by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were students from 10 universities in Medan City. The research results show that together, Electronic Word Of Mouth (X1) and Brand Awareness (X2) have a positive and significant impact on Purchase Decisions (Y) Mixue among Medan City students.

Abstract

This study used a quasi-experimental design with a before and after treatment design using a control group and a treatment group with the aim of determining the effect of giving modified soy pumpkin noodles and tuna fish on body weight and height in 18 wasting toddlers in Medan City. The data collection method was food recall before and after treatment, and measuring body weight and height in the treatment group and the control group was given 100 grams of modified soy pumpkin noodles and tuna fish for 30 days from November to December 2023. The results of the study showed an increase After treatment, the z score for BB/TB increased, the post test results between the control group and the treatment group were independent T test results (p=0.001).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and clarify how the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communication Strategy in Maintaining the Company's Image at PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Bekasi City Branch. An insider at PT acted as the main informant in this research Anugrah Argon Medica Cab. Bekasi city. The research uses qualitative descriptive methods. This research uses a case study methodology. Researchers used data collection strategies, observation, interviews and documentation in addition to conducting in-depth exploration obtained from informants. The role of a good and targeted communication strategy for the company is one of the causes for maintaining a good image for the business. To fulfill CSR objectives at PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Bekasi City Branch in maintaining the company's image. Therefore, persistence, self-control, professionalism and knowledge of communication techniques for delivering and implementing CSR are required.

Abstract

Sharia banks are institutions that provide banking services in accordance with Islamic sharia principles. One of the products owned by sharia banks is Hasanah cards. Hasanah card is a financing card that functions like a credit card based on sharia principles that can be used to carry out transactions. This research uses primary data through observation, interviews, and collecting documents from companies. The focus of this research is to find out the right strategy to increase the use of hasanah cards, procedures for applying for hasanah cards, and what obstacles are experienced in marketing hasanah cards. The results of this research show that (1) the strategy carried out is not optimal (2) the procedure is carried out via telephone at the head office, bundling, and submissions from branches (3) the obstacles experienced by many people are not yet familiar with Hasanah cards and a lack of awareness from marketing.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the use of information technology and Human Resources (HR) development on employee performance at CV. Prenada Media Group Medan. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data was collected through a survey of 45 employees, and statistical analysis was carried out using the t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The research results show that the use of information technology and HR development together has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings are consistent with previous research and contribute to understanding the importance of integrating information technology and human resource development in increasing workforce effectiveness and productivity in the corporate environment.

Abstract

Drugs are widely discussed and broadcast in mass media, such as television shows and social networks. Drugs are often discussed because of their abuse in society. Drugs cause many problems in communities such as Indonesia. Drug addiction cases often occur in Indonesia, ranging from minors, teenagers, adults to the elderly. In fact, illegal drugs or narcotics and dangerous drugs were initially only intended for anesthesia during surgery, for medicinal purposes or could also be used as rituals in ancient times, but as times change and people get older, drug abuse is becoming more common. The situation of drug abuse in society could be caused by the influence of the social environment, or even by oneself.

Abstract

The success of a company, especially in the manufacturing industry, is closely linked to the performance of each department. The final objective of this research is to determine KPIs, measure department performance on each KPI based on the perspective of a Balanced Scorecard-based performance assessment approach, and then determine achievements. The process of generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) commences with conducting unstructured interviews to get KPIs for each perspective. Subsequently, a survey was devised to conduct a systematic evaluation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each perspective, employing the Analytical Hierarchy Process methodology. The computations yielded weights for the four perspectives: financial, customer, learning, and internal business process. Each perspective was assigned a weight value of 0.25, 0.50, 0.125, and 0.125, respectively.
