Abstract

It is clear from the research and analysis that the Banyuwangi District Court's procedure for settling Civil Case No. 12 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PN. Byw went through three stages and was in compliance with PERMA No. 01 of 2008 concerning Mediation Procedures in Courts. The Pre-Mediation Stage, Mediation Process Stage, and Post-Mediation Stage are some of these stages. In Civil Case No. 12/Pdt.G/2018/PN. A violation of contract and an illegal act formed the basis of the complaint. At the first trial in this civil action, the court attempted to mediate a settlement for the parties, and the mediation's conclusion was mutually agreed upon, stated, and affirmed in the judgment and stipulation of the Deed of Peace No.12/Pdt.G/2018/PN.Byw.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of fixed asset accounting and its conformity with the Statement of Government Accounting Standards Number 07 concerning Fixed Asset Accounting at Disdukcapil Bogor Regency. The type of data used is qualitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of documentation and interviews. The data analysis method used is the descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the accounting treatment of fixed assets at the Bogor Regency Population and Civil Registry Office includes classification, recognition, measurement, initial valuation of fixed assets, subsequent measurement of initial recognition, namely Depreciation and revaluation of fixed assets, disclosure and disposal and disposal of fixed assets in accordance with PSAP Number 07, except that Depreciation of Fixed Assets is not fully in accordance. Depreciation of fixed assets is not fully in accordance with PSAP Number 07 because it does not depreciate other fixed assets.

Abstract

This article's goal is to learn more about the base learning issue learning model's applicability, student problem abilities, and effectiveness of the learning problem problem problem on the efficacy of the sman 2 students' problem. The study used motode a survey spread through Google form with a descriptive quantitative type. The results of this study indicate that the problem baselearning's application of the learning model is in the good category (52.8%), the student's ability is the problem is in good category (38.9%), and a sig value table of 0.001 which shows that the problem of base learning affects the ability of student problems, Rsquare value table of 0297 or 29.7% which suggests that variables of based learning problems affect 29.7% 'student ability. Overall, it could be drawn the conclusion that using the learning issue learning model has an effectiveness on the ability of the SMAN 2 Pangkep.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the comparison of financial performance with financial ratio analysis. The population of telecommunication service companies listed on the IDX 2019-2022 is 13 companies. And the company sample is 8 companies. Descriptive quantitative method. The research results of the Telecommunications Services Company are in good condition in terms of liquidity ratios. The financial performance of solvency in good condition from debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio is PT Lck Global Kedaton. Receivables Turnover and Total Assets Turnover are PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk and PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk in good condition in terms of activity. Profitability, seen from net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity, is that PT Telkom Indonesia is in good condition.

Abstract

The aim of this study is how to analyze management overconfidence in earnings management in IDX-registered non-financial companies from 2016 to 2020. Revenue management Non-financial companies BUMN on 'IDX for the period 2016-2020 can be concluded that 2016 is volatile to 2020. This means that non-financial public enterprises will have improvements in their performance. annual profit management to minimize the risk of occurrence. Managers' overconfidence in non-financial EIB companies BUMN During the period 2016-2020, there were 11 companies with excessive confidence in the performance of managers, namely INAF, KAEF, KRAS, ADHI, WIKA, WSKT, ANTM, TINS, SMBR, GIAA, TLKM, while the other 5 companies showing low confidence are PGAS, PTPP, PTBA, SMGR, JSMR.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to create teaching materials in the form of AutoCAD e-modules for learning simulations and digital communication in Macromedia Flash-based vocational schools. This research was carried out at SMK Negeri 56 North Jakarta for 5 months using an R&D model with a 4D model and using non-test instruments in the form of observations and questionnaires with a 1-5 Likert scale with a total of 40 respondents of Class X Digital Simulation and Communication, 2 experts media, 2 material experts, and 2 teachers. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the learning module is categorized as "Very Eligible" with a score of 81.17%. The results of the validation from material experts show the "Correct" category with a score of 74%. The teacher's validation results show the category "Very Eligible" with a score of 84.11%.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and describe the influence of environmental knowledge, place attachment and ecoliteracy on the pro-environmental behavior of class X and XI students at SMA N 1 Sitiung and the influence of environmental knowledge, place attachment and ecoliteracy together on the pro-environmental behavior of class X and at SMA N 1 Sitiung. The sample collection technique in the research that the researcher will carry out is using a probability sampling technique, namely Proportionate stratified random sampling. Research results: 1). There is a positive and significant influence between environmental knowledge on pro-environmental behavior, namely the t value is 3.756 while the p value is 0.000, so the p value is <5% (0.000 <0.05). 2). There is a positive and significant influence between place attachment on pro-environmental behavior, namely with a t value of 7,820, while the p value is 0.000, so the p value is <5% (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

The storage process is an important factor in maintaining the shelf life of raw boiler chicken meat. The aim of the research was to determine the use of kaffir lime leaf essential oil on the shelf life of raw boiler chicken meat wrapped in overwrapping at a cold temperature of 4oC. 2.5 mL of kaffir lime leaf essential oil with a concentration of 1.5% was sprayed onto Whatman No.1 filter paper. Samples were taken on days 0, 1, 3, 5, and 7 at a storage temperature of 4oC. The total value of salmonella sp. and the overall total viable count (TVC) was calculated, and sensory type analysis was performed to determine the panelist's level of preference. The results show that the shelf life of raw boiler chicken meat is approximately 5 days. Kaffir lime leaf essential oil can extend the shelf life of boiler chicken meat for about 2 days.

Abstract

To find out the relationship between mobile unit activities and blood availability at UDD PMI Surakarta City in the 2nd trimester of 2022. This study used a correlation test with a quantitative approach, namely linking one variable to another. Next, statistical tests (Univariate and Bivariate) use SPSS software. Data was obtained from the register book to determine the number of Mobile unit activities and blood availability at UDD PMI Surakarta City in the 2nd trimester of 2022. From the Mobile unit activities at UDD PMI Surakarta City during the 2nd trimester in 2022, 10,027 blood bags were obtained, based on the results of the Test Kendall Tau obtained a significance value of 0.00 (less than 0.01). This can mean that the relationship between Mobile Unit activity and blood availability is perfect. The relationship between Mobile Unit activities and blood availability is perfect and really helps UDD PMI in meeting blood demand.

Abstract

Village fund management in PMK Number 201/PMK.07/2022 includes village fund administration consisting of the stages of receiving, saving, depositing/paying, administering, and accountability of village funds. This research was conducted to determine that the administration of village funds in Evu Village, Southeast Maluku Regency is in accordance with PMK Number 201/PMK.07/2022. The analytical method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach whose data is obtained from interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the village fund saving stage is in accordance with PMK Number 201/PMK.07/2022. Meanwhile, at the stage of receiving, depositing/paying, administering, and accountability of village funds, there are still several indicators that have not been carried out by the Evu Village government so that the administration of village funds is not fully in accordance with PMK Number 201/PMK.07/2022.
