Abstract

This study aims to determine the inhibiting factors for the implementation of B Package  in SPNF SKB Bolangitang, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. In this study, the focus of the problem is socialization, infrastructure, human resources, and budget. The results of this study in terms of several problems that hinder as follows: the socialization that has been carried out has been running but is not optimal due to lack of budget and resources. However, socialization is still carried out with other alternatives, the existing infrastructure facilities in UPTD SPNF SKB Bolangitang indeed still have many shortcomings. it is necessary to make improvements in order to provide the best for the continuity of education, human resources (tutors) in UPTD SPNF SKB Bolangitang are still lacking in need the addition of existing tutors where one tutor teaches more than one lesson so that B package learning is not optimal, the existing budget at UPTD SPNF SKB Bolangitang has a minimal budget which has not been able to meet the learning needs of package B so that the lack of budget cannot increase the number of tutors facility. It is recommended that there is a need for additional human resources, infrastructure, budget and more optimized socialization.

Abstract

The database of synchronization has not yet started because there are obstacles faced by government of the North Bolaang Mongondow Regency , causing the population data base to contain the data errors such as differences in population data. The data correction / or the latest data synchronization is needed to occur. This Research used the Types of Qualitative Research. The aim is to find out and analyze the synchronization of the use of population databases and civil records in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The results of this study indicate that the infrastructure of the Population and Civil Registry Office is still lacking in infrastructure, the socialization has been running but not optimal, the coordination that has been carried out is not optimal. It is need to add infrastructure, need to improve socialization and coordination so that services can be optimized.

Abstract

This type of research is qualitative research, that Aims to determine the effectiveness of the Mobile Service Program at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This type of research is descriptive, data collection techniques use instruments in the form of observations, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the service time for the mobile program is according to a set schedule and is very effective, but not optimal, in terms of the distance from the population service place from the Population and Civil Registry Office to other villages, so it is very far so it is difficult to pass because the road damaged and very far away in remote areas, the supporting infrastructure for mobile service program activities is still limited and sufficient, and the number of employees who go to the field in villages is still a lack of employees who provide population management services resulting in long queues and slowing down the service process It is recommended to pay attention to service time, distance and place of service, facilities and infrastructure, and number of employees so that the implementation of the mobile service program can be maximized.

Abstract

I am interested in creativity in services, which in this journal I will explain, regarding service creativity in Adult PAK services, because creativity in Adult PAK services is needed to foster the spirit of serving Adults. The PAK Adult ministry also conducts teaching based on biblical theological knowledge. And through this theological knowledge, it can lead adults to live a good spiritual life, so that it has a positive impact on the church and society.  The creativity of the PAK Adult ministry in the church is very influential on the development of the ministry of adults in the church, because most church members think that it is the adults in the church who will be the next generation of the church, so they really need souls who want to serve.

Abstract

Crafts made from marine waste are an innovation carried out by craftsmen from East Bintan District, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands. The results of the handicrafts are fish bone boats, flowers from fish scales, flower vases and ornaments made of shells, key chains made of shells and gong gongs, as well as replicas of cherry blossoms made of fish scales. The research method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative. Primary data obtained through field observations and interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained by utilizing literature sources from online searches. This research contributes to the mapping of handicrafts made from marine debris in the archipelago. In the Bintan Regency area, craftsmen carry out their activities independently. Meanwhile, the support received from the district government, in this case Dekranasda, is in the form of marketing handicrafts at the Dekranasda Bintan gallery. Meanwhile, training regeneration for craftsmen has not been carried out on a massive scale.

Abstract

Long-term planning in the development of information systems is useful to support the company's vision and mission called Information Technology (IT) Master Plan. The IT Master Plan explains things related to the company's vision and mission to the information technology project management planning and basically the IT Master Plan is the conversion of the company's strategy into an information system technology implementation plan. The first step in building an information technology infrastructure is to make an IT Master Plan first. The IT Master Plan is made referring to the company's business strategy through understanding the organization's business architecture and technology trends. The decision makers will formulate strategic matters related to the implementation of IT infrastructure. TOGAF is one of the frameworks that is often used in preparing this IT Master Plan. The TOGAF framework consists of methods and components for assessing, creating, deploying and maintaining enterprise architectures. With a broad scope, complete, easy to understand and utilizing the terminology concept of ISO/IEC 42010: 2007 makes TOGAF as an option. TOGAF is developed by The Open Group and is free/open source. The IT Master Plan must always be updated in accordance with the company's business developments. Changes and company dynamics related to information technology and systems must be contained in the IT Master Plan.

Abstract

Productivity is an absolute concern. This relates to the total performance in a company related to the level of efficiency and effectiveness. PT XYZ is a company that produces non-woven disposable clothes. However, in reality, often the targets set are not as expected by the company. The purpose of this study was to measure the productivity level of PT XYZ on non-woven machines. While the method used uses the Objective Matrix (OMAX) and data collection is carried out for 3 months, namely July to September 2022 on the production floor on non-woven machines. with an index value of 320, while in September it was at its lowest point with an index value of 180. This occurred with an increase in total products produced by PT XYZ but on the other hand there was a decrease in the number of hours worked by employees, labor, energy usage, number of hours when there is a breakdown of the machine and the product being repaired.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1). the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of employees at PT.Tunggal Djaja Indah, 2). the influence of work discipline affects the performance of employees at PT.Tunggal Djaja Indah, 3). the influence of work creativity affects the performance of employees at PT.Tunggal Djaja Indah, 4). The effect of occupational safety and health, work discipline and work creativity simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance at PT.Tunggal Djaja Indah. The type of data used in this study is the type of quantitative data. The sampling technique used in this research is using the Slovin formula with a sample of 89 respondents at PT.Tunggal Djaja Indah. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and f-test. The results showed that the safety and health variables had a significant effect on employee performance at PT.Tunggal Djaja Indah, work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance at PT.Tunggal Djaja Indah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style, work motivation and discipline partially or simultaneously on the teacher's performance at MTs Negeri 2 Lamongan. The design of this study used the ex post facto research method. The data used is quantitative data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test, data quality test, and classical assumption test. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style partially has a significant effect on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 2 Lamongan, but work motivation and work discipline have no significant effect. And simultaneously the principal's leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the teacher's performance at MTs Negeri 2 Lamongan.

Abstract

The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method functions as a method to measure and determine patient satisfaction which is considered important by patients and received by patients and prioritizes improving service quality. The use of IPA at UPT Stabat Lama Health Center is to measure the satisfaction of services received by patients. There are 5 dimensions used in this study, namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This study has 30 valid attributes that are asked of patients. Based on the quadrant analysis, 2 attributes were obtained that needed improvement from the Stabat Lama Health Center UPT. The Wilcoxon Marked Level Test serves to identify differences in the quality of service expected by patients and in reality. Based on these results it was concluded that there was a high difference between the quality of service expected by the patient and the reality, which was 6.292.
