Abstract

Agricultural zakat as stipulated in Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat in Article 4 paragraph (2) states that zakat money includes agricultural and plant assets, forests, agricultural products and plants and forests belonging to individuals. muzaki. Or a business entity whose payment system is regulated according to Islamic law. However, there is still a lack of awareness of farmers about the obligation of zakat on agricultural products, as evidenced by the fact that most of them issue zakat on simple agricultural products (at first glance) without following the provisions regarding the amount of zakat. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method that aims to determine people's perceptions of agricultural zakat and views of economic law. This research was conducted in Leppangeng Village, Kec. Belawa Regency. Wajo which takes place from 15 December 2021 to 15 February 2022. The results show that the public's perception of agricultural zakat is that 100% of the people who have been interviewed know the law of paying agricultural zakat is obligatory, 89% know the nisab and the percentage of agricultural zakat according to their respective perceptions and only 11% have the same perception as the author about the nisab and the percentage of agricultural zakat. The view of the community's Sharia Economic Law is that the agricultural zakat that has been issued by the community is in accordance with Islamic law in verses and hadiths.

Abstract

The Human Development Index has a big contribution to human development in a region, the HDI value is useful for the government as development planning and allocating funds to improve welfare. This research will look for the HDI model in North Sumatra with OLS and GWR, as well as look at the factors that have the greatest influence on HDI in North Sumatra in 2021. Based on the analysis carried out using OLS, one model for the HDI for North Sumatra province with the largest parameter value is the average value. average length of school. Using the GWR, 33 HDI models were obtained for each district/city in North Sumatra. Furthermore, by using OLS and GWR on HDI in North Sumatra, it is obtained that the factor that has the greatest influence on HDI scores in North Sumatra by looking at the value of the largest parameter estimator is the average length of schooling.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to menganaisis the influence of the value of customer and Patient Satisfaction Marketingterhadap Experiential BPJS MMC Hospital in Jambi. Sample research that used as many as 100 people respondents, where data from samples collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) component-based partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). Based on research results that have been obtained, it can be inferred, the value of a customer is reflected by the dimensions of emotional value, social value, performance, value, and price value of moneysecara partial positive and significant effect against patient satisfaction BPJS MMC Hospital in Jambi. Marketingyang is reflected by the experiential dimension of sense, feel, think, and actsecara partial positive and significant effect against patient satisfaction BPJS MMC Hospital in Jambi. Collectively the value of customers and experiential marketingmemiliki influence on patient satisfaction BPJS MMC Hospital in Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and self-efficacy on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The method of determining the sample used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 120 KPP Pratama Pati employees. The data analysis used in this study is the Structural Equation Model. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that communication and self-efficacy have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of this study also state that communication, self-efficacy and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of communication and self-efficacy on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the service for obtaining building permits (IMB) at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Types of Qualitative research. Data analysis begins with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the service for managing building permits at the Investment Service and One-Stop Service in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency is not optimal and optimal, there are several problems, namely; socialization, service completion time, human resources (officers), PMPTSP service office facilities, especially building permits, so that needs to be addressed in order to provide more optimal service and meet community expectations.

Abstract

Material development is one of the important factors that determine the success of the language teaching and learning process. Teaching materials are a key component in language programs. English for Specific Purposes (ESP) is generally interpreted as an approach to learning English based on the goals/needs of the learner. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive method. The participants of this study were 7th semester students of the Nursing Science Study Program at STIK Bina Husasa Palembang, there were 58 students who had filled out a complete questionnaire, consisting of 11 males and 47 females. The instrument used is a questionnaire, The result showed student’s personal reasons for studying English was to be able to communicate in English fluently. 28% of the students answered to know and understand the grammar accurately, and 17% stated for working purposes. Further, majority of the students wanted to master their speaking skill at the end the program, followed by reading and speaking skills. 9% of the students wanted to master the listening skill and 9% of the students wanted to master all English aspects. The data generated from student questionnaires and interviews with the head of the nursing study program at STIK Bina Husada Palembang have explained several issues that need to be considered because the results of the answers offered offer significant suggestions for the development of English materials at STIK Bina Husada Palembang.

Abstract

Post- haverst important to study because commodities were living materials that were easily damaged after being harvested. The purpose of the experiment was to analyze the post-harvest quality of watermelon at the integrated field laboratory in Kediri. The research method uses organoleptic tests which include taste, color, type, shape, fruit weight. Two types of watermelon were analyzed, namely Samara watermelon (non-seed) and Black sweet. The results showed that the fruit with the heaviest weight was the Samara watermelon, which was 5.27 kg/fruit, red in color, artificial and non-seeded, compared to the black sweet, which weighed around 4.52 kg/fruit. The organoleptic test of samara watermelon was that the taste, type, color were very popular with consumers while the round shape was favored by consumers. Black sweet watermelon based on sensory test of taste was very preferred, yellow color was very preferred, oval shape and the type is liked by consumers. The profit from the samara watermelon harvest was Rp. 3.7 million and black sweet Rp. 3.2 million

Abstract

Laboratory development has great potential in increasing innovation skills of students who were practicing cultivation, animal husbandry, fisheries, post-harvest processing, and agribusiness at the UNISKA Faculty of Agriculture, Kediri. The problem faced was that laboratory development innovation requires substantial funds in preparing facilities and infrastructure in order to increase human resources and natural resources. The research objective was to study the need for existing facilities in new innovations in the development of an integrated field laboratory. The research implementation method is the Gold method which consists of collecting data by means of descriptions, investments, analysis, concepts, designs and relevant literature studies. The research time is from May to August 2022. The results of observations and data recording are concluded as follows: The land that has been used for innovation in student practicum and research activities is 1 hectare and about 3 hectares outside the laboratory was planted with sugar cane. The laboratory has been built since 2018 and can be used for campus activities. Plant results found in the lab. Includes mango, passion fruit, watermelon, melon, tomato, brambang, turi flower, corn, mustard greens, lombok, eggplant, sere leaf, elephant grass, longan, jackfruit. There are 10 cows, 24 goats, 4 arabic chickens, 4 KUB chickens, also aquaculture, namely 50 koi fish and 300 tilapia, all on 1 hectare of land, the other 3 hectares are planted with sugar cane.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the application of the principle of responsiveness of good governance in public services at the Jawa district Office and to find out what the supporting and inhibiting factors are. This type of research is descriptive qualitative where data collection is carried out by library research and field research and using interactive model data analysis. The results showed that the application of the principle of responsiveness of good governance in public services at the Jawa Kelurahan office had been implemented by service officers but was not maximized because of the six indicators used in the study, there were indicators that had not been implemented properly, namely speed and timeliness in providing services. This is due to inadequate office work facilities and the lack of information reaching the public.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Equality Education Program in the Non-Formal Education Unit, Learning Activities Studio (SPNF SKB) Kaidipang, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. From the results of the study, there are still several obstacles including: Communication that is still not well established between the government, identification officers and the community, then inadequate Human Resources, especially from educational backgrounds who still do not have a Diploma in Out of School Education, not to mention Facilities and Infrastructure The available resources have not met the needs, especially in the teaching and learning process and the bureaucracy. It is recommended that if there is a communication gap in an organization, an evaluation is immediately carried out, then it is necessary to hold training for officers in order to create good human resources, the availability of facilities and infrastructure in an organization must be adequate because it strongly supports the success of the programs that have been set. , and to achieve something that has been jointly determined, an orderly bureaucracy is needed. The Non-Formal Education Unit, Learning Activity Center (SPNF SKB) KAIdipang continues to strive to continue to improve good service to the community, foster community trust.
