Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with a number of entrepreneurial students to understand their creative and innovative characteristics in their business. Analysis shows that students who are creative and innovative tend to have a risk-taking attitude, flexibility in facing change, and the ability to identify new market opportunities. They also tend to have a strong intrinsic motivation to create value for consumers. Students’ creative and innovative character plays an important role in the success of their business. Education and institutional support can strengthen these traits, encouraging students to become leaders in their entrepreneurial fields. To increase support for students’ creative and innovative characteristics, institutions need to provide educational programs that focus on developing new ideas, as well as providing access to financial resources and mentorship for young entrepreneurs. Analysis of students’ creative and innovative characteristics provides important insights into how young people can contribute significantly to the economy through their own businesses.

Abstract

This is a new author's manual and a template for Jurnal Dirosah Islamiyah. Published every May and November since 2019. Articles must start with Article Title followed by Author Name and Affiliate Address and abstract. This part of the abstract must be typed in 150-250 word counts. Especially for the abstract, use the Cambria font, measuring 10 pt. Single space per line in this article. If the article is written in Indonesian, the abstract should be typed in English and Indonesian. Meanwhile, if the article is written in English, the abstract must be typed in English only. The abstract is typed as concisely as possible and consists of: research objectives, methods, results and discussion and brief conclusions. 250 words maximum. Abstract should only be typed in one paragraph and in one column format.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-trust, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on E-commerce Tokopedia for generation Z in Bengkulu City. The population in this study are consumers who have bought products in the Tokopedia e-commerce in generation Z in Bengkulu City and the number of respondents is 110 respondents. This research method is (explanatory research). Sampling in this study was carried out using non-probability sampling techniques. In this study, data collection was obtained from a questionnaire with Google Form media which would be distributed online and offline. The results of the first hypothesis research show that e-trust (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) Tokopedia for Generation Z in Bengkulu City, the results of the second hypothesis research show that online customer review (X2) has no effect on purchasing decisions (Y) Tokopedia for Generation Z in Bengkulu City, the results of the third hypothesis show that online customer rating (X3) affects purchasing decisions (Y) Tokopedia for Generation Z in Bengkulu City, the results of the fourth hypothesis show that e-trust, online customer rating, online customer review simultaneously affect Tokopedia purchasing decisions for Generation Z in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance and work discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of Perum BULOG Bengkulu Regional Office. The population used is employees of the Bengkulu Regional Perum BULOG company with a total population of 32 employees. The nature of the research used is (explanatory research). Sampling in this study was carried out with a saturated sample technique which means that every employee of Perum BULOG Bengkulu Regional Office became a research sample and with sampling using questionnaires that were ready to be distributed, documentation techniques, and library techniques as a basis for sampling. Data research methods in this study are research instruments in the form of validity tests and reliability tests, data analysis techniques including classical assumption tests in the form of multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and normality tests. Continued to test multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the research obtained that the first hypothesis of work life balance has no partial effect on employee performance at the Perum Bulog Regional Office of Bengkulu, the second hypothesis of work discipline has a partial positive effect on employee performance at the Perum Bulog Regional Office of Bengkulu and the third hypothesis of work life balance and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Perum Bulog Regional Office of Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of location, service quality and price perception on consumer satisfaction of Bengkulu City Attorney Coffee. In this study using non-probability sampling techniques, a sample of 90 respondents was taken. Data was taken using a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 22 program in 2024, the results of this study indicate that location has an effect on consumer satisfaction but service quality and price perceptions have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. The results also show that location, service quality and price perception simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy by contributing to job creation, improving living standards and more equal distribution of income. However, many MSMEs experience difficulties in preparing financial reports that comply with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). This difficulty is often caused by limited accounting knowledge, the complexity of accounting standards, and the view that financial reports are not essential. This research emphasizes the importance of education, socialization and understanding of accounting to improve the quality of MSME financial reporting. Both formal and non-formal education, such as outreach and training, can help MSME owners manage financial information better. By using descriptive statistical methods and cross-sectional survey data from MSMEs in Mulyorejo District, Surabaya, the results of this research show that education, socialization and understanding of accounting have a positive impact on the preparation of financial reports based on SAK EMKM. Therefore, steps to improve the quality of MSME financial reports through education, training and outreach need to continue to be encouraged.

Abstract

Company acquisition is one of the strategies for developing and maintaining the company's survival, especially if unforeseen situations occur that are detrimental to a company, for example in the insurance industry during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine changes in the performance of financial ratios of insurance companies from 2021 to 2022 which can be used as consideration for making acquisitions. The method used is quantitative using k-mean clustering in SPSS software and ranking is made based on DER, ROE, NPM and RBC analysis. Based on the data above, it can be seen that there are companies that have changed from 2021 to 2022. There are 7 companies that have experienced an increase in status, 5 companies that have experienced a decline and 5 companies that have not experienced a change. The most recommended company for acquisition is Lippo General Insurance Tbk and the recommended company for acquisition is Panin Financial Tbk and dan Panininvest Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of labor and unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia, focusing on how these factors affect the dynamics of the national economy. The research method involves analyzing secondary data from economic and labor statistics reports, as well as reviewing literature to understand the relationship between these variables. The findings indicate that skilled and highly educated labor significantly contributes to increased productivity and efficiency in industries, thereby fostering more rapid and sustainable economic growth. Conversely, high unemployment rates negatively affect economic growth by reducing national income, consumer purchasing power, and consumption. Therefore, to stimulate more stable economic growth, it is crucial to reduce unemployment through effective job creation and enhancement of labor skills.

Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of government spending, investment, labor force, and inflation on Indonesia's gross domestic product (GDP) in 2015-2022. This research explains the influence of inflation, government spending, investment, labor force on Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product. This research uses quantitative research with the method used panel data regression analysis assisted by the analysis tool, namely eviews. The data collection techniques in this research are observation and literature study. The results of the research show that statistical tests from the results of hypothesis testing on government spending and investment have increased by 1%, apart from that the workforce does not have a significant influence on Gross Domestic Product (GDP), while increasing inflation will reduce Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This research concludes that the labor force, government spending and investment variables have a positive and significant effect on Gross Domestic Product (GDP), while inflation has a negative and significant effect on economic growth, with the coefficient of the inflation variable being negative. This means that an increase in the inflation rate will tend to reduce Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of the use of Cashless and online shopping on the consumptive behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. This research uses an associative quantitative method by collecting data through distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. The sample was taken randomly using the slovin formula, regardless of population strata. The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability. The research data used Classical Assumption analysis techniques (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test) Multiple linear analysis tests, hypothesis testing (T Test and F Test) and using the Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the one sample kolmogoroov-smirnov test (normality test) show that the significance value of 0.190 is greater than 0.05, it can be concluded that the residual values are normally distributed. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test show that the t value of variable X1 is 0.128 < 1.662 so there is no influence and insignificance between the use of Cashless and consumptive behavior, this shows that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, the t test of variable X2 shows that the t count of 3.734> 1.662 indicates that there is an influence of online shopping on consumptive behavior, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the F test show that f count is 7.674> f table 3.10 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on income levels. The test results of the coefficient of determination of variable Y amounted to 15% while 85% was influenced by other factors. It can be concluded that the use of Cashless and Online Shopping has a positive and significant effect on Gen Z Consumptive Behavior (Students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi
