Abstract

Customer Relationship Management technology is used as a strategy to build relationships with tourists and provide better services for tourists. where Customer Relationship Management technology is a modern marketing tool for tourist attractions, one of which is the Karcak Valley tourist attraction in Garut Regency. Apart from that, many regional and non-regional tourists visit, but currently the tourism management in Karcak Valley still uses a manual system in selling tourist tickets and the majority of tourists still lack information regarding the facilities, promos, blogs and galleries at Karcak Valley tourism. This research aims to overcome this problem, by implementing Customer Relationship Management in the website-based tourist ticket sales system in Karcak Valley to make it easier for tourists to find information about facilities, promos, blogs, galleries and order tourist tickets in Karcak Valley online. The methodology used in the process of creating this system is Rational Unified Process using Unified Modeling Language modeling. The results of this research will be a tourist ticket sales system that includes features such as information about tourist destinations in the Karacak Valley, facilities, promos, blogs, galleries, ticket prices, tourist locations and can increase trust in tourists, both new and retaining tourists. old tourists who have visited the Karcak Valley tourist attraction and make it easier for tourists to order tourist tickets in the Karcak Valley via a website-based online system.

Abstract

The development of technology and the internet has opened up opportunities for advances in information systems. In this context, the Online Thesis Guidance Information System (SIBIMO) is an efficient solution in the thesis guidance process in higher education. With the SCRUM method, SIBIMO allows students to submit thesis titles, interact with supervisors, and manage seminar and trial stages through a designed user interface. This methodology combines stages such as UI design, functionality testing, and progress evaluation. Testing each SIBIMO menu ensures the system is running as intended. SCRUM allows achieving development time targets and efficient adaptation at each iteration. This research concludes that SIBIMO, which was developed using the SCRUM method, was successful in designing an Information System that was carried out effectively and efficiently in managing the Online Tutoring Information System design process.

Abstract

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) have become an increasingly important tool in the dissemination of housing information in this modern era. People need this information to make it easier to find housing that suits their needs and financial capabilities. The Housing and Settlements Service (DISPERKIM) is a government agency that regulates housing in an area. In collecting data on housing locations built at DISPERKIM, Garut Regency, Microsoft Excel is used, but to see housing location points, they are still separated by using Google Maps. Apart from that, the existing information system does not yet have a maps feature that contains geospatial data or points of distribution of housing locations to make it easier for people to find housing information based on the areas on the maps. The aim of this research study is to create a geographic information system. housing at Disperkim to make it easier to collect data on the location of housing being built and provide information to the public. The method used in this research uses Rational Unified Process (RUP) with the structure of Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition, through information system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams . The impact of this research resulted in a housing geographic information system which is managed by Disperkim and housing agents as admins and can be accessed by the public as users. The sources used in this information system are housing data from Disperkim and the Sikumbang PUPR website. The hope is that with the presence of this information system, people can more easily and efficiently find information about available housing locations.

Abstract

VirCle is a mobile-based social media application that was developed as a medium for communication and interaction between fellow users. Application user data is stored in the Firebase database, without any additional security mechanisms. Even though Firebase provides security services when data is transmitted as well as access management mechanisms, because Firebase is a back-end database service, where the accessing application and the data are on a separate layer, the stored VirCle user data can still be accessed, either by other external applications through programming interfaces, or users with specific roles in the system such as administrators. On the other hand, the existence of stored user data is very important and must always be kept confidential by VirCle application service developers and service managers. Therefore, this research aims to implement the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm for encrypting VirCle application user data so that it has an additional layer of security. The encryption design uses the AES-128bit algorithm considering the speed of the encryption and decryption process which is relatively faster than other symmetric cryptographic algorithms. The AES implementation in this study uses the Kotlin language by utilizing the BouncyCastle 128-bit AES library and CBC operating mode and PKCS5 padding to assist the encryption and decryption process. The evaluation results show that the developed VirCle application can encrypt user data (plaintext) into coded data (ciphertext) which is then stored in the Firebase database, then successfully reads and decrypts the stored ciphertext data from the database for reuse. Evaluation of application performance from the speed aspect shows that the encryption and decryption process time for user data is quite fast with an average total time of 1.35 milliseconds for the encryption process, and 1.53 milliseconds for the decryption process. Apart from that, evaluating the Avalanche Effect (AE) from the results of the AES-128 bit encryption algorithm used, an average percentage of 50.36% was obtained, this shows that the level of data randomness is considered good.

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Student Association is a Muhammadiyah student organization which has the aim of da'wah and prepares a generation of students and teenagers who are ready to preach in the way of Islam in accordance with Muhammadiyah's goals. After conducting observations and interviews with the Garut Regency Muhammadiyah Student Association organization, there were problems with data management which was still classified as manual because it used Microsoft Excel so there was no information system for managing cadre data and there was no geospatial system to see the development of the distribution of the Garut Regency IPM da'wah map. Apart from that, there is no disclosure of information on the IPM da'wah map to cadres, so it is difficult for cadres to know the distribution of the da'wah map. The aim of this study is to develop a geographic information system that can be accessed via a web platform, designed for Muhammadiyah Student Association cadres in Garut Regency. The development of this information system follows the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology which includes the stages of Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition, as well as system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and classes diagram. The final result of this study is the existence of a Geographic Information System which is equipped with a map function to access data from various coordinate points. Each coordinate allows the display of information that includes cadre name, coordinates, address and other elements. This system also has the ability to filter data according to the Muhammadiyah Student Association cadre mapping area in Garut Regency, by displaying accurate location information. This aims to support the Regional Leadership of the Garut Regency Muhammadiyah Student Association in analyzing and managing the distribution of cadres based on their zones.

Abstract

Deaf is fourth in the list of persons with disabilities in Indonesia at 7.03%. Deaf people communicate using sign language both when communicating with fellow deaf people and with normal people. The problem that arises is that few normal people master sign language, especially the Indonesian Sign System (SIBI) so that it becomes an obstacle when they have to communicate with deaf people. This study aims to classify the alphabet in SIBI except the letters J and Z with a total of 24 classes. Classification is done by comparing three CNN architectures, namely MobileNetV2, MobileNetV3Small and MobileNetV3Large to get the best model. The results showed that the MobileNetV3Small architecture produced the best model at batch size 32 and the number of epochs 30 with an accuracy of 98.81% for testing data.

Abstract

Technological progress at this time is extremely rapid in the field of transportation, one of which is automatic injection motorbikes, for automatic injection motorbikes there are definitely obstacles or problems in reducing the performance of ordinary motorbikes. In this case, many automatic injection motorbikes go to the Ahass Fahya Jaya Motor workshop, in This problem should be done with simple checks, such as checking the spark plug, checking the battery and etc. In checking small things, the author has created a professional system application by providing the knowledge of experienced experts and has received a certificate from Ahass, anticipating that this application may be useful for readers or users of the application. In making this expert system application there are several features, one of which can be accessed by the admin with a certain code, later the user will enter the full name, email and motorbike series, the administrator can change the symptoms of damage, change the solution and also add application knowledge. Based on these problems, we obtained a knowledge base of 20 damage data and 23 symptoms obtained from visits to Ahass Fahri Jaya Motor. Selecting the forward chaining method can efficiently produce solutions by combining existing knowledge rules and known facts. Meanwhile, choosing the Expert System Development Life Cycle methodology for expert systems can be carried out in a more structured, efficient and effective manner. This methodology helps in producing high quality, accurate and reliable expert systems in supporting decision making in a particular domain. Based on user testing or at the usability testing stage, it has an accuracy value of 95% from the 26 automatic injection motor damage diagnosis test data carried out.

Abstract

Ownership of weapons throughout the world, especially firearms, is increasing sharply, giving rise to problems in terms of security and safety. The public must be aware of the risks and threats associated with the misuse of illegal weapons. That way, the public can have a better understanding of gun control and increase awareness of the dangers of violence and crime caused by weapons. The application that will be designed aims to apply Android-based Augmented Reality (AR) as a medium for military weapons education by getting to know various types of weapons and the dangers they pose by presenting more interesting and interactive information. The Augmented Reality (AR) method used in this application is the markerless and markerbase method. The markerless method does not require special markers to display virtual objects, making it possible for AR to be used anywhere. The markerbase method requires an image medium (marker) to display virtual objects by recognizing the position and orientation of the marker. Application Programming Interface (API) allows applications to communicate efficiently and easily with other applications via the Web Dashboard. By using API, it can be easy to update the content of military weapons information databases and quizzes automatically via an internet connection. In this research, the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) approach was used as the method to be applied. By considering the results of testing that has been carried out through black box testing, angle testing, distance testing, and light intensity testing, it shows that the designed application can run well according to the expected goals, namely as an interactive educational medium that attracts various types of weapons and the dangers they cause. .

Abstract

AISnet For Students is an academic information system built by the Garut Institute of Technology to make it easier for students to carry out various campus academic administration activities online. This research aims to conduct sentiment analysis of online academic services at the Garut Institute of Technology by involving students as research subjects. This sentiment analysis will be carried out using the Naive Bayes Algorithm to explore student views and opinions regarding these academic services. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying potential problems that may occur in online academic services at the Garut Institute of Technology. Apart from that, this research also aims to provide recommendations that can help in improving the quality of these services. Research shows that students have positive sentiments towards academic services on campus. However, there are several problems that need to be overcome, such as technical problems and lack of features in the system. The solution to overcome this problem is to develop a user-friendly system, improve network quality, improve system features, conduct training or socialize the use of the system to students, and apply the latest technology and innovation in online student academic system services. The results of this research have the potential to provide benefits to educational institutions by helping to improve online academic services better. The results are expected to increase satisfaction and quality of services provided to students. Apart from that, this research can also be a reference or reference for further research related to sentiment analysis in the academic field or other fields. Where the Naive Bayes algorithm is used to analyze student sentiment towards academic services on the Garut Institute of Technology campus. The final results show that negative sentiment is greater than positive sentiment. Where negative sentiment is 54.75% and positive sentiment is 45.24%, this is because in the AISNet application most users provide reviews for the updates which are not real time. The following is the final result with an accuracy of 80.06%, a resolution of 83, 11 and recall 75.21.

Abstract

To accommodate large amounts of data, a structured data warehouse is needed to produce more accurate information and support decision making for organizational stakeholders. To build a data warehouse, software such as Microsoft SQL Server can be used which has advantages in the aspects of data security, scalability, collaborative capabilities and extendability. Serial data on population, health personnel, economics and various continuous primary and secondary data can be uploaded into SQL Server so that it can be stored in a structured and periodic manner. Data stored in the database is processed using certain data mining algorithms to produce information, knowledge and wisdom. This data warehouse and data mining approach can be applied to various sectors, for example health. This research aims to apply a data warehouse and data mining approach to analyzing the ratio of health worker needs in West Java Province, Indonesia using a single moving average algorithm and semi-automatic classification using empirical statistics on SQL Server and SQL Server Agent as well as visualization using Microsoft Power BI. Classification based on forecasting analysis of population data and determining the health worker gap ratio was successful in finding patterns through data mining on SQL Server efficiently and easily visualized using Power BI. Thus, SQL Server can be one of the practical tools chosen for implementing sustainable data mining.
