Abstract

Abstrak: Kebijakan pemerintah terkait pembelajaran daring untuk pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 menjadi masalah bagi lembaga pendidikan di Garut yang belum menerapkan sistem pembelajaran daring, di mana tenaga pendidik dan peserta didiknya belum memiliki kompetensi literasi digital yang memadai. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membangun kompetensi literasi digital sektor pendidikan. Sasaran mitra kegiatannya adalah lembaga pendidikan formal dan non formal di kabupaten Garut. Tiga puluh sembilan tim dari empat kelas paralel mata kuliah Relawan TIK melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan berupa sosialisasi dan workshop secara luring dan daring di bawah bimbingan 4 orang dosen dan asistennya. Laporan akhir tim #RTIKAbdimas mengungkapkan kinerja relawan TIK yang berhasil menerapkan 54 teknologi informasi di lingkungan mitra, menyebarkan 62 konten digital terkait literasi digital, dan meningkatkan rata-rata pengetahuan literasi digital mitra sekitar 17,26 poin dari skor awal 60 poin. Sekitar 80% mitra kegiatannya adalah lembaga pendidikan formal, dan 20% adalah lembaga pendidikan non formal.Abstract:  Government policies related to online learning to prevent the spread of Covid-19 are a problem for educational institutions in Garut that have not implemented an online learning system, where educators and students do not yet have adequate digital literacy competencies. This service aims to build digital literacy competencies in the education sector. The target partners of its activities are formal and non-formal educational institutions in the Garut district. Thirty-nine teams from four parallel classes of ICT Volunteer courses carry out service activities in the form of socialization and workshops offline and online under the guidance of 4 lecturers and their assistants. The final report of the #RTIKAbdimas team revealed the performance of ICT volunteers who successfully implemented 54 information technologies in partner environments, disseminated 62 digital content related to digital literacy, and increased the average digital literacy knowledge of partners 17.26 points from an initial score of 60 points. About 80% of its activity partners are formal education institutions, and 20% are non-formal education institutions.

Abstract

Dewasa ini suatu organisasi menciptakan berbagai strategi bisnis untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif, dimana untuk mencapai keberhasilan suatu lembaga tergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Sejumlah penelitian telah membahas mengenai service level agreement tetapi hanya sampai pada pembuatan dokumen dan layanan pengaduan permasalahan sampai pada helpdesk. Dari kedua riset tersebut belum teridentifikasi pengukuran tingkat kinerja pegawai berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan tanpa adanya sistem diketahui secara real time menyulitkan kinerja dalam pelaksanaan dan pengawasan kinerja. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang muncul penulis betujuan untuk membangun sistem pengelolaan service level agreement secara online. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development dan pemodelan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language. Untuk pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode pengujian black box testing. Hasil dari pengembangan ini berupa aplikasi sistem pengelolaan service level agreement berbasis online. Pengguna dapat melakukan pengawasan dan permintaan layanan dengan fasilitas tiket dan cek status permintaan dengan mengakses website serta informasi tingkat kinerja berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna dapat diketahui secara real time dengan melihat statistik dan report.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini yaitu mengenai fitur kenaikan pangkat, kenaikan gaji berkala dan pensiun dimana saat ini pada pencarian data pegawai dan hitung tahun masih mengacu pada buku manual. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Unified Software Development Procces. Adapun tahapan-tahapan dari metode Unified Software Development Procces dibagi menjadi beberapa bagian model atau tahapan yaitu model analisis, model perancangan, model implementasi, model development dan model pengujian. Metode Unified Software Development Procces merupakan salah satu metode pengembangan rekayasa perangkat lunak berorientasi objek yang secara konsisten beradaptasi dengan semakin besar serta semakin kopleks aplikasi/perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan. Sistem informasi kepegawaian ini menyediakan fitur-fitur yang berupa kenaikan pangkat, kenaikan gaji berkala dan pensiun. Sstem informasi kepegawaian juga menyediakan informasi untuk melakukan pencarian data pegawai dan hitung tahun. Dengan adanya system informasi kepegawaian pada dinas perindustrian, perdagangan dan pengelolaan pasar dapat membantu pengerjaan staff sub bag umum dan kepegawaian.

Abstract

Persediaan adalah sebagai suatu aktivitas lancar yang meliputi barang – barang milik perusahaan dengan maksud untuk dijual dalam suatu periode usaha normal atau persediaan barang – barang yang masih dalam pekerjaan proses produksi ataupun persediaan bahan baku yang menunggu penggunaanya dalam suatu proses produksi. Hasil dari penelitian pada toko bahana electric ini belum adanya fitur retur barang dan belum adanya laporan retur barang, Retur barang ini membahas tentang barang yang mempunyai kerusakan, dan laporan retur barang ini membahas laporan data retur barang, dengan adanya penambahannya fitur retur barang ini dapat menjadi solusi bagi toko bahana electric. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu bisa membuat fitur untuk retur barang yang rusak dan membuat laporan retur barang untuk memeberikan laporan kepada supplier.  Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan ini adalah menggunakan metode pengembangan Unified Software Depelopment Procces, yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) tahapan yaitu sebagai di bawah ini : Model Analisis, Model Perancangan, Model Implementasi, Model Deployment dan Model Pengujian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi persediaan dan penjualan barang, yang didalamnya terdapat data supplier, data barang, data retur barang, transaksi penjualan, transaksi pembelian dan laporan. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini kasir dapat menyimpan data yang aman dan tersimpan di databse.

Abstract

Reporting or complaints are communications made to convey conditions that can be used for consideration in making decisions about services. Drinking Water Services (PAM) is managed by the Mekarwangi Village Owned Enterprise. When a problem occurs with the service, the customer must make a report to the officer by coming directly to the BUMDes office, which sometimes records the complaint being lost so it is not conveyed to the technician and results in the problem report not being handled immediately. . Based on these problems, the aim of this research is to build a Village PAM problem reporting system so that customers can report directly their complaints, so that the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology is the choice which has Inception, Elaboration and Construction stages, while for modeling Unified Modeling is implemented Language (UML) and black box testing as system testing. The results of this research were successful in developing a web-based system by applying the Customer Satisfaction Index method to the problem reporting system to reveal customer expressions. Knowing the customer's condition can help PAM Desa to immediately handle problems, so that service quality can be maintained and the service provided meets customer expectations. The problem reporting service system can run well based on the results of the functional suitability calculation which obtains a percentage value of 100%, or in the sense that it meets the criteria.

Abstract

AISnet For Students is an academic information system built by the Garut Institute of Technology to make it easier for students to carry out various campus academic administration activities online. This research aims to conduct sentiment analysis of online academic services at the Garut Institute of Technology by involving students as research subjects. This sentiment analysis will be carried out using the Naive Bayes Algorithm to explore student views and opinions regarding these academic services. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying potential problems that may occur in online academic services at the Garut Institute of Technology. Apart from that, this research also aims to provide recommendations that can help in improving the quality of these services. Research shows that students have positive sentiments towards academic services on campus. However, there are several problems that need to be overcome, such as technical problems and lack of features in the system. The solution to overcome this problem is to develop a user-friendly system, improve network quality, improve system features, conduct training or socialize the use of the system to students, and apply the latest technology and innovation in online student academic system services. The results of this research have the potential to provide benefits to educational institutions by helping to improve online academic services better. The results are expected to increase satisfaction and quality of services provided to students. Apart from that, this research can also be a reference or reference for further research related to sentiment analysis in the academic field or other fields. Where the Naive Bayes algorithm is used to analyze student sentiment towards academic services on the Garut Institute of Technology campus. The final results show that negative sentiment is greater than positive sentiment. Where negative sentiment is 54.75% and positive sentiment is 45.24%, this is because in the AISNet application most users provide reviews for the updates which are not real time. The following is the final result with an accuracy of 80.06%, a resolution of 83, 11 and recall 75.21.

Abstract

The negative impact of spreading hate speech on social media has prompted various parties to intervene. Computer science researchers have conducted experiments to find solutions for automated intervention by applying artificial intelligence, such as machine learning and deep learning. The fulfillment of the theory of truth makes the machine learning paradigm considered by scientists to solve problems. However, the increasing size of social media data has shifted its paradigm to deep learning. Deep learning becomes a new normal science after completing the task of classifying hate speech well on a large amount of data. However, any approach will be an anomaly when it cannot complete the task. The accessibility of research resources makes it easier for researchers to determine the nature of their experiments, whether scientific or pseudo-science.

Abstract

Technological advances in the 21st century demand Computational Thinking skills that are increasingly important in the digital era. However, the application of Computational Thinking (CT) at the primary and secondary education levels in Garut Regency is still limited. This study aims to improve the understanding of CT among students in elementary schools, junior high schools, and vocational high schools through a training program that includes pre-test, interactive training, and post-test. The training method was designed according to the educational level of the participants, using Bebras questions to train CT skills. The pre-test results showed an average initial score of 47.19, while the post-test results increased by an average of 25.75 points to 72.94. The findings show that the training successfully improved participants' understanding of CT through a structured approach, including introduction of concepts through sample Bebras problems, practice problems, as well as a comprehensive question and answer session.
