Abstract

A Geospatial System is a platform created specifically for the administration of data that contains spatial dimensions, or in the sense of a computer system that has the capability to build, store, manage and present location information. As a government agency, the Garut District Health Service is responsible for managing policies, circulating information, supervising and recording pharmacies in the Garut area. However, until now the Health Service has not been enriched with system facilities capable of assisting the Health Service in carrying out its functions. When monitoring pharmacies, the Health Service visits the pharmacy. However, in terms of conveying information related to the geolocation of pharmacies to the public, the Health Service still does not have a special system for disseminating information related to these locations. The aim of this research is to create a web-based geospatial platform to map pharmacies in Garut city using leafletjs. The method used in this research is Rational Unified Process (RUP), the stages are inception, elaboration, construction and transition. The modeling used is Unified Modeling Language (UML) with stages using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. The result of this research is to produce a geographical information system for mapping pharmacies which can make it easier for the Health Service to monitor, record and inform the locations of pharmacies in Garut City. After developing a web-based geospatial platform to map pharmacies in Garut City using the Js leaflet, this research also involved black box testing to ensure that the system was functioning properly and in accordance with the expected goals. The results of the black box testing show that the geographic information system for pharmacy mapping has successfully undergone a series of feasibility tests and is able to produce the expected results.

Abstract

Currently, the benefits of using information technology have an impact on the human environment, one of which is the management of badminton sports halls. Badminton sports hall management is needed by badminton sports hall managers to make it easier to manage finances and make it easier to order badminton sports halls. Badminton sports hall management is still done manually, such as financial management which requires detailing income and expenditure data, resulting in less efficiency in badminton sports hall management. Apart from that, the public does not know about the existence of badminton sports halls due to lack of information. In the schedule ordering process, sports hall users must come directly to the venue, but sports hall users may not necessarily get the desired schedule availability, resulting in less time effectiveness and cost savings. This research aims to build a web management system for badminton sports halls to make it easier for badminton sports users in the scheduling process and make it easier for sports hall owners to manage their finances. The Web Engineering method was used in developing this application with the stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment, with system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of the research are a web-based badminton sports hall management system, which can help badminton sports hall managers in building management and ordering schedules which can be done online.

Abstract

In the context of current business developments, technology plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). However, there are still many UMKM, including in Sukasenang Village, Garut Regency, which rely on manual systems in managing financial data, especially regarding debt recording which still uses risky handwritten methods. Obstacles in accounts payable and receivable management also appear, where recording errors and differences in calculations between customers, suppliers and employees often occur. In this context, this research aims to develop a web-based debt management application to provide an efficient solution for managing debt transactions accurately, reducing recording errors, and ensuring orderly data storage. The Rational Unified Process methodology was used in developing this application, involving the stages of Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition, with alpha testing using the Black Box Testing method. The result is an effective application in managing UMKM debts and receivables, which is expected to make a valuable contribution to UMKM financial management, especially regarding managing business debts.

Abstract

The development of technology is a tool that is much needed by tourism to make it easier to obtain information and can also help, simplify and speed up tourist attraction managers in managing data on tourist visits. This information aims to increase tourism profits. Situ Bagendit is a tourist attraction in Bagendit Village, District. Banyuresmi, Kab. Garut. Situ Bagendit is a tourist spot that is of interest to many visitors. Based on the results of interviews with the management of Situ Bagendit and seeing that there are problems with information services where the presentation of information about this tourist attraction is still minimal, whereas after revitalizing this tourist attraction it will become an international scale tourist attraction and also ticket reservations are recorded manually, namely the door guard or the person guarding it. in terms of serving visitors to buy and make payments, they still use paper. The aim of this research is to create an application regarding information services and ticket reservations at these tourist attractions as an effort to make it easier for visiting tourists to find information in advance and order tickets online, tourists no longer need to queue to order tickets. Similar literature studies, field studies with observations and interviews, and literature studies were used to collect data. The methodology used is the Unified Software Development Process, then uses the Flutter framework and Unified Modeling Language modeling and applies the Mobile concept. The results of the research carried out are in the form of a mobile-based application for information services and ticket reservations at the Situ Bagendit tourist attraction so that it can convey information about the tourist attraction and help make it easier for tourists to order tickets online so that those who will visit can make reservations in advance and without delay. have to queue first.

Abstract

Diseases that often attack cabbage plants such as soft rot, black rot, stem rot, crop worms, ground worms, leaf spot, leaf caterpillars and clubroot often occur, making it difficult for farmers to identify the disease. Diseases in cabbage plants are often a factor that cabbage farmers often complain about and many still have difficulty in diagnosing diseases that attack cabbage plants. In addition, cabbage farmers often do not have adequate knowledge about the various types of diseases that can attack cabbage plants, so they often have difficulty choosing the right treatment strategy. The aim of this research is to develop an expert system for diagnosing cabbage diseases using the forward chaining method. To provide benefits for farmers or experts to identify diseases that attack cabbage from the symptoms experienced by the plants. This system was built using the forward chaining inference method and the design method used the rational unified process method, the stages starting from inception, elaboration, construction and transition. In connection with this problem, to simplify or obtain information about the symptoms that occur in cabbage. This research includes developing an expert system and diagnosing cabbage diseases from symptoms collected using the forward chaining method. It is hoped that this system can help farmers or agricultural experts in preventing diseases that can damage cabbage plants and can improve quality and production. Good. As a result of the research, an expert system for diagnosing cabbage diseases was created. This application was built for farmers to diagnose diseases in cabbage from the symptoms they experienced. With this system, it can provide forgiveness and knowledge for farmers.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is an interactive and innovative online promotional media that provides interesting new experiences for consumers. In the furniture industry, AR technology can be used to make it easier for consumers to choose products and reduce the risk of purchasing errors. This research aims to implement Augmented Reality technology in web-based promotional media for furniture products using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method. This method is used to help develop effective and efficient AR web applications. This research is important because effective promotional media can influence consumer purchasing decisions. The expected final result is a promotional media for furniture products that applies the Augmented Reality (AR) feature in its promotional media.

Abstract

Technological advances nowadays continue to increase rapidly, where shops or entrepreneurs who run their business using technology will provide advantages in doing business. Meanwhile, shops that do not have information technology in business will easily be overtaken by other shops, such as the Pitbox shop where sales have decreased due to the lack of technology in marketing products, making it difficult to reach potential customers and the lack of information is not conveyed to consumers. . This research aims to develop a website-based application that uses Augmented Reality (AR) technology to assist Pitbox shops in marketing motorbike accessory products. The main objective is to provide marketing media that can convey complete information about motorbike accessory products to consumers. The method used in this research is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. Augmented Reality technology is used to integrate AR features into the website applications being developed. The results of this research show that this application allows users to view motorbike accessories in real-time, provides complete information about the product, and improves consumer experience in selecting and purchasing motorbike accessory products.

Abstract

An Official Travel Order is a document of official travel assignments for government officials. Initially, the Garut Regional Development Planning Agency made official travel orders manually with the risk of errors and taking longer in the process. This causes accessibility issues, approval delays, as well as poorly organized records and report management issues. The solution is to build an application for the department to manage official travel which aims to improve the control and management of official travel, including validation of assignment orders, management of official travel orders, employee data, finances including accommodation costs, as well as uploading proof of implementation of official travel for monitoring travel status. . Application design applies the Rational Unified Process methodology which covers the inception, elaboration, construction and transition stages. The modeling involves Unified Modeling Language modeling. The result of this research is a Web-Based Official Travel Control Application at the Garut Regional Development Planning Agency which can help in the productivity of government administration by automating processes so that it can reduce the time and effort needed to administer and manage manual administration.

Abstract

The application of sophisticated Augmented Reality (AR) technology in providing information about campus facilities is an innovative and effective approach. Continuous research is developing an Augmented Reality application that will provide a visual display of the facilities on the Garut Institute of Technology campus. This research effort is to change the Augmented Reality approach which previously focused on layout displays to place more emphasis on virtual displays of facilities, so that they are easier for students to understand. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) carried out using the ADDIE development approach, which involves the sequence analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate. Application development is carried out using Visual Studio Code software. The results of this research show a virtual visualization of campus facilities, including various areas such as classrooms, parking areas, canteens, prayer rooms, and language laboratories. Users can access visualizations of these facilities via smartphones and other hardware, allowing them to view these facilities in virtual form and with detailed depictions of campus facilities. The results of testing user satisfaction with the application show a very good level of acceptance.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) have an important role in the economy in Indonesia. UMKM have a significant contribution to national gross domestic product (PDB) and encourage the creation of new jobs. Based on data, more than half of the MSMEs in Indonesia are on the island of Java. Garut Regency is one of the regions in West Java which has more than 200 thousand UMKM with various products. UMKM products owned include wickerwork, weaving, specialty foods, leather centers and others. The Garut Regency area is quite large and it is noted that the distribution of UMKM is not centralized. So that stakeholders and the government experience difficulties in planning, implementing and evaluating programs designed to encourage increased performance of UMKM. Researchers found the urgency of research that had not been fully tested empirically and an ideal model had not been produced, so it was felt necessary to carry out this research. Previous research was carried out only on certain UMKM, namely the partial implementation of the Geographic Information System (GIS) for Garut Regency UMKM. However, overall UMKM data has not been found, so this is a novelty in this research. The methodology used is a prototype which has three main processes, namely listening to customer needs, building software and testing. The result of this research is to build a web-based geographic information system for the distribution of UMKM in Garut Regency which is expected to help understand the condition of UMKM better.
