Abstract

The purposes of this research are: To find out the legal protection of the buyer of land ownership rights after the cancellation of the certificate by the Medan High Court and to find out the responsibility of the National Land Agency for issuing certificates on the basis of the PPAT sale and purchase deed after the Medan High Court Decision Number 280/Pdt/2020/PT MDN . The research method used is normative juridical research with a statutory approach, then a concept approach and a case approach. The results of this study note that the legal protection for the buyer of land ownership rights after the cancellation of the certificate by the Medan High Court, that the issuance of a certificate on the basis of a deed of sale and purchase by a PPAT who is not authorized and exceeds the term of office is taken through a judicial process, if the deliberation process for consensus is carried out in outside the court using BPN as a mediator did not find an answer. As a general official, the PPAT has a code of ethics and knowledge regarding the authority to make the deeds. 2. BPN's responsibility for the issuance of certificates on the basis of the PPAT sale and purchase deed after the Medan High Court Decision Number 280/Pdt/2020/PT MDN, the issuance of certificates with deed of transfer of rights by an unauthorized PPAT regarding PP No. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration in the form of cancellation of certificates which were later issued by BPN, and as a vertical institution BPN is responsible for issuing certificates because those assigned the task of carrying out land registration activities

Abstract

Application of a feeder transportation system that connects direct access to the LRT to provide convenience for people who use private vehicles to switch to using public transportation modes. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the need for LRT feeder transport on the Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani section to support ease of access using the LRT service. The analysis in this study used descriptive statistical methods obtained from survey data which were grouped based on movement characteristics, opinions on LRT modes of transportation and the level of need for feeder transport on Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani. survey method by way of direct interviews (face to face) using questionnaires to obtain primary data which will later be processed to obtain the desired data. Based on the data obtained, the results of the analysis show that the characteristics of movement in the study area are studying and working. Perceptions of the LRT mode of transportation found that the LRT mode of transportation has not become the main choice as transportation for carrying out daily activities

Abstract

The phenomenon of cooperatives failing to pay up to trillions of rupiah and killing tens of thousands of people is rife in Indonesia. This study aims to investigate and confirm the causes of cooperative defaults, how the process of default occurs and whether it has anything to do with the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is Systematic Literature Review and Multiple Case Study. The results of the study explain the factors that make cooperatives fail to pay. External factors, namely the member's business went bankrupt and there was no member's good faith in returning the loan funds. Internal factors are risky borrower profiles, yields that are too high, lack of monitoring, collection efforts, and management factors. Covid-19 also had an effect because it made member businesses bankrupt or lost, and made the number of borrowers from cooperatives increase significantly

Abstract

The community is not yet aware that proper and correct waste management is the main capital in waste management. It is hoped that the community will improve their behavior and be used as a guide by the local government regarding what steps to take in the future to be more synergized with the community in managing waste. The people who have been tested are seen from recent education, discipline, and environmental knowledge, with a total sample of 100 people. The study used questionnaires and interviews as data collection tools. The data that has been obtained is analyzed by testing the criteria used is the Rough set. The results of the extracted criteria produce 9 varied general rules, which can produce solutions and steps forward as supporting success in creating a clean environment from waste

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the operational performance and quality management of the tertiary institution is in implementing blended learning in the new normal era for students in introduction business subject particularly. In this research, the authors used a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on the study of quality management through operational performance. The data collection techniques applied in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this research state that operational performance of tertiary institutions in implementing blended learning in the new normal era for students in introduction to business subject has a great responsibility in improving the quality of the blended learning system on an ongoing basis

Abstract

Currently, the aviation industry is experiencing rapid development. Evidenced by the many airlines that are present in providing flight services. Competition between companies looks so heated and companies are required to be able to try hard to set marketing strategies in advertising and improve the company's brand image to be able to win a competition. This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and brand image of Citilink airlines on consumer buying interest at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique on purposive sampling. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely Citilink passengers who had used Citilink flight services at least once with the age criteria of 15-35 years and over. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression which was processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence from the advertising and brand image of Citilink airlines together on consumer buying interest at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. This is evidenced by the results of the f test obtaining a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and R Square or the coefficient of determination of Advertising and Brand Image together contributing to the influence of consumer buying interest of 85.2% and the remaining 14.8% interest consumer buying is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

In general, most companies believe that to achieve success, they must strive for the maximum possible performance, both individual and group performance which ultimately affects the success of the company (Purwadi, 2017).  The success that every company wants is not far from how managers manage Human Resource Management, in this case employee performance is the main capital to achieve a company success. As Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) play a role in making it easier for companies to organize and carry out the workflow or implementation of a task and as a guide for work results to achieve desired goals, (Arnina, 2016).  For this reason, the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of standard operating procedures (SOP) and work environment on the performance of PT. People's Credit Bank Sulawesi Mandiri Makassar.  Metode analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application by looking at the constant value and the value of the resulting remission coefficient. The results of the analysis show that standard operating procedures (SOP) and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. People's Credit Bank Sulawesi Mandiri Makassar

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation for every individual who is Muslim, zakat is imposed when it has reached the nisab and haul, in this paper the author conveys that there are several countries in the world that impose mandatory zakat in these countries and countries that do not require zakat for their citizens who are Muslim but leave it to the Muslims themselves. The author uses a descriptive research method in the form of library research (library research). The results of the study show that in the management of zakat there are countries that intervene directly in the collection and distribution of zakat in these countries, including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Pakistan, Sudan, Malaysia and Brunei, there are also countries that do not intervene but these countries provide space for their citizens to conducting zakat collection activities, these countries include Egypt, Kuwait, Turkey, and Indonesia. In line with this, the zakat management model carried out by each country depends on the conditions and political situation of the country so that various patterns of zakat collection are born. in real terms, if the management of zakat is properly accommodated, it will become a new economic power in a country and this will of course help the country in improving the standard of living of its people because life is mutually supportive and mutual cooperation in the zakat management system

Abstract

Financial statements are information that describes the condition of the company and can be used as an illustration of the company's performance. This condition will motivate company managers of certain strategies to generate profits that are in line with investor expectations. Profit management in practice can occur agency conflicts depicted in agency theori. Profit management practices can affect the reasonableness of the presentation of financial statements that can mislead users when they should be useful to users. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and partial leverage on profit management in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22.0. The observation period carried out is 4 years, namely 2016 to 2019. The results show that partially profitability has a positive effect on profit management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Leverage has an insignificant positive effect on profit management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

The Malem Selikuran tradition is a tradition that takes place on the night of the 21st of Ramadan. The Malem Selikuran tradition is carried out to commemorate the death of Sunan Geseng. Malem Selikuran is unique because this tradition is followed by Muslim communities in the Tirto area and outside the region during the month of Ramadan. This study aims to describe the emergence of Selikuran culture in Tirto village, Grabag sub-district, Magelang district and to find out Islamic values ​​in the Malem Selikuran tradition. This research uses the field method (field research) with a descriptive approach. The data were obtained from direct observations and interviews with Tirto villagers. The results of this study are in the form of Islamic values ​​contained in the Malem Selikuran tradition, including religious values, historical values ​​and moral values
