Abstract

The formulation in this study is how public speaking activities are at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, how are conversation activities at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, how are students' verbal communication skills at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, and how are public speaking and conversation activities in improving students' verbal communication skills. The purpose of this research is to know public speaking activities at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, to know conversation activities at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, to know the verbal communication skills of students at Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School and to know public speaking and conversation activities in improving the verbal communication skills of Islamic boarding school students Darel Azhar Rangkasbitung, Lebak. This research was conducted at the Darel Azhar Islamic Boarding School, Rangkasbitung, Lebak, Banten using a descriptive qualitative research method with a field research approach. According to Rijali, a qualitative descriptive method is a type of research that has the objective of describing in a systematic, factual and accurate manner the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in which phenomena are described in detail. Field research (Field Research) is defined as one of the methods used to collect data in qualitative research where in-depth knowledge of the literature is not required. The results of this study indicate that the average level of communication skills of students who have participated in public speaking and conversation activities for a long time is in the fairly good category. This the researchers got from the results of observations, interviews with several teachers who were also mentors for public speaking and conversation activities as well as students who took part in these activities. In addition, observations in the form of tests of students' public speaking abilities are also evidence of the research results.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how to implement human resources and what are the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for human resource management at Nur El Falah Kubang High School and SMAN 1 Petir, Serang district in an effort to improve school quality? The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of human resources and to find out what are the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for human resource management in an effort to improve school quality at Nur El Falah Kubang High School and 1 Petir State Senior High School, Serang district. And the benefit of this research is to find out how and to what extent human resource management is in an effort to improve school quality. The main issues in this study are: planning, organizing, human resource planning, supervision in improving school quality at Nur El Falah Kubang High School and SMA Negeri 1 Lightning, Serang district. To obtain an overview of the correlation, the type of research chosen is qualitative research using qualitative research methods. This research was conducted at Nur El Falah Kubang High School and 1 Petir State Senior High School, Serang Regency, Serang Regency. The population in this study is homogeneous or consists of several types.

Abstract

Moral issues continue to be in the spotlight and issues attract attention, especially during the pandemic. The impact of the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic is a serious concern throughout the country. This study examines the strategies for developing student morals at Limited Face-to-Face Meetings (PTMT) ahead of the New Normal Period of the Covid-19 Pandemic at MAN 1 Serang City. This is in accordance with government policy on the Decree of the Four Ministerial SKB on PTMT PPKM dated 3 February 2022 in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) moral development is very important during PTMT; (2) strategies for fostering student morals during PTMT; (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in fostering student morals during PTMT at MAN 1 Serang City. The type of research in this thesis emphasizes more on field research through descriptive qualitative research methods carried out at MAN 1 Serang City. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews, while data analysis techniques after the data is collected, data reduction, analysis, and draw conclusions. The research results show that; (1) the importance of fostering student morals during PTMT at MAN 1 Serang City provides space to master the targeted basic competencies. (2) strategies for developing morals in MAN 1 Serang City through exemplary methods, habituation, and coercion (if deemed important)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity and marketing mix on consumer satisfaction Demie Bakmie (Como Park). This study uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling, namely consumers who have visited Demie Bakmie (Como Park) as many as 175 respondents. The results showed that brand equity has an effect on consumer satisfaction and the marketing mix has an effect on consumer satisfaction. In addition, both brand equity and the marketing mix jointly influence consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the most influential factors on purchasing decisions at Stuja coffee shop. The factors that will be examined are the atmosphere of the store and brand image which are felt to contribute quite a bit in making purchasing decisions by consumers. This study uses sample data from 200 respondents who have purchased coffee at Stuja Kopi Jakarta throughout 2022. The results of this study indicate that store convenience and brand image are the factors that most influence purchasing decisions. Easy information discovery can make consumers more familiar with the coffee products offered so that the decision to buy coffee products at Stuja Kopi Jakarta is even greater

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the future volatility of gold commodities in Indonesia. Methods of quantitative research as well as secondary data are utilized in this study. The years 2011 to 2018 are used in this study example. On the official website, there is a total of 32 data collected quarterly. SPSS version 24 is the software that is being utilized. The findings, the exchange rate is the only factor that has impact on future gold commodities. Other factors, including as the consumer price index and the stock market index, have no such impact. Research can be used to determine the reasons of price volatility from macroeconomic influences on future gold commodities

Abstract

Motivation for reading activities in the State of Indonesia in all circles is still minimal, especially students and college students who are also competing in the educational environment. Such incidents have aspects of the problems of the school community, a glimpse of the benefits of literacy. Furthermore, there are also inhibiting factors of a positive culture of active reading. The current generation of government regulations on the subject of positive literacy culture issues a policy of habituating students to reading within 10-15 minutes before the KBM (Teaching and Learning Activities) is carried out. The subject of this research is class VIII students. The findings of the problem formulation in this research event include: 1) What is the influence of GLS in increasing the imposition of students' reading activities? 2) What are the indicative factors that hinder literacy activities? The direction of the problem indicators in this research activity is to be able to find out the impact of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program on the restructuring of students' reading activities in junior high schools (SMP). This type of research method used is qualitative. The data processing was collected using a brief interview questionnaire accompanied by a description in the form of general knowledge sourced from previous research. The results of this study explained that the indicators of imposition of students' reading activities increased quite a bit

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of religious moderation policies, find out strategies for implementing religious moderation policies and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing religious moderation by teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hidayah Lebakjaha and Madrasa Aliyah Daar El-Ishlah Malingping Lebak Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using observation data collection methods, interviews and documentation. The technical stages of data analysis included data reduction, data presentation and data verification, while checking the reliability of the data was carried out by extending participation, accuracy of observations, triangulation and consulting supervisors. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Implementation of strategies to strengthen religious moderation in madrasas has been integrated with religious moderation values ​​through teaching and learning activities (KBM), extracurricular activities (SKI), and habituation activities. (2) The strategy for strengthening religious moderation in Madrasas is that the efforts made by the heads of madrasah heads are as follows: (a) Persuasion approach, (b) Deideologization of teachers who are exposed to extreme views, (c) Integrative policy of religious moderation, ( d) Synergizing learning programs with activities outside of learning, and supporting the implementation of religious moderation in these madrasas, including: Vision and mission of the madrasa, madrasa regulations, community interest, a conducive atmosphere of the madrasa, infrastructure facilities, achievement motivation, and the academic qualifications of the supervisor teacher while the factors the obstacles are the inadequate condition of the library, social/mass media, community environment, and family environment.

Abstract

Lack of awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness makes it easy to carry out random waste disposal which causes negative impacts on the environment and the living things in it. The purpose of carrying out this study is to find out the impact of liquid waste on environmental pollution. The assessment technique used in this study is a descriptive technique through a qualitative approach. In this qualitative approach, the examiner tends to use himself to be used as an instrument so that it can be used flexibly and can take clear events and interactions. The results of the analysis show that liquid waste generated from various human activities such as acquisition through household activities, industry, workshops, and others can cause serious impacts on the environment if it exceeds the quality standards that have been decided. Polluted river waters kill river biota, and the low level of health has resulted in several residents who have experienced skin diseases by stagnant water carrying waste.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how effective the use of chromebooks is as a learning medium at SD Negeri Pulias Abaling, Ogodeide District, Tolitoli Regency. This type of research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were teachers and fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pulias Abaling. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation techniques with instruments in the form of observation sheets to obtain activity data of educators and students, interview sheets and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, presenting research data and verifying or concluding research results. In this study it was found that the achievement of learning completeness had been achieved, the effectiveness of student activities was achieved, the effectiveness of teacher activities managing learning had been achieved and student responses to positive learning had been achieved. The conclusion in this study is that the effectiveness of the Chromebook as a learning medium for fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pulias Abaling is implemented effectively
