Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the factors that influence the sale of LGS products at Matahari Department Store Ciputra Seraya. The place of this research was conducted at the Matahari Department Store Ciputra Seraya Pekanbaru with 32 research samples taken randomly. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnaire for internal factors and external factors and documentation to obtain sales data. The data obtained in the field is processed using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there are influences from internal and external factors on sales at the Ciputra Department store while Pekanbaru. The influence of internal factors and external factors on sales obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.650, so that the influence of internal and external factors on sales obtained is R2 that is 0.500 or 50.04% based on the conclusions suggested about the importance of increasing service quality factors to sales and event promotion factors by means of procurement of facilities, media, and methods of increasing sales.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City with the aim of knowing: The Influence of Decision Factors of Students Attending Pekanbaru's Professional Vocational School. This study seeks to dig up information about the influence of factors of school students in influencing the decision of the Pekanbaru Bina Profession Vocational School in Pekanbaru. A sample of 54 students. The variables that are the focus of this study are social status, facilities and infrastructure, religious values, school achievement as the dependent variable (X) and school decisions as an independent variable (Y). Data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with the help of SPSS 21. tools for windows. The results of research on factors of social status, facilities and infrastructure, religious values, and school achievement in influencing the decision of students to attend vocational high school in Pekanbaru concluded that partially independent social status variables (X1) obtained a tcount of 2.319, facilities and infrastructure (X2) Tcount value is 2,816, religious value (X3) Tcount value is 2,239, and school achievement (X4) Tcount value is 2,722, addressing the positive value the better the five variables will be better also in influencing the decision of attending school at SMK Bina Pekanbaru profession, continued with the analysis of variables simultaneously / together the analysis of the regression coefficients of the five variables is significant.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to understand the role of kindergarten supervisors in carrying out the supervision function in Pangean District, Kuantan Singing Regency. This research was conducted through qualitative methods and using observation and interview data collection techniques. This study uses qualitative data analysis techniques. Based on the research results, the following results are obtained; the role of supervisors is very important in advancing the school and the institution it supervises, so between supervisors and principals occurs because of the existence of work relationships and forming perceptions between them. The implications of the above conditions of educators and components and services in kindergartens to the target have not been able to run in accordance with the provisions of early childhood education services. This is because the communication process between supervisors and school principals is hampered, as in one of the roles of supervision and reporting in the field of curriculum, to date the curriculum is still being socialized to be standardized. The supervision process is an important indicator in the tasks carried out by supervisors in the UPTD because it shows a clear process in changing school conditions in terms of administration and competence in a professional manner.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Effect of Democratic Parenting on Early Childhood Social Development 5-6 Years in the Mandau River Pembina Negeri Kindergarten". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Democratic Parenting on Early Childhood Social Development in the Mandau River Kindergarten. In this study data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 56 parents of children in TK Mandina Sungai Pembina. Then do the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis through t test, namely the hypothesis test in this study was used to test the significance of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the analysis found that the independent variable, Democratic Parenting (X), had a positive and significant effect on Early Childhood Social Development (Y). Hypothesis testing using the t test showed that the independent variable Democratic Parenting studied was proven to significantly influence the dependent variable of social development. Then through the t test it can be seen that the significance value of 0.007 is smaller than the significant level of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted, then Democratic Parenting has a significant effect on the Social Development of Early Childhood 5-6 Years in the Mandau River Development Kindergarten.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of social behavior teaching in fishing villages, the process of cultivating social behavior for children aged 5-6 years and to describe the inhibiting and supporting factors of early childhood social behavior. This research method uses qualitative ethnography. The subjects of this study were four children from the 5-6 years old One Roof Kindergarten Kindergarten. This research was conducted on Untungjawa Island, Thousand Islands, Jakarta. The results of the research findings show that there are also forms of teaching on social behavior in the fishing community of Untungjawa Island, namely: Religion as a role model that must be obeyed, Having an attitude of helping each other, Feeling what other people feel, Do not make a fuss so work together, Do not take property other people, which is not our right. Factors that influence early childhood social behavior are factors that support the important role of teachers and the learning process, school rules that can shape positive social behavior. The supporting factors of the family are the role of parents in educating children to shape social behavior and finally the supporting factors of the community environment, namely the formation of a healthy environment, comfort for children to interact with peers, the attention of the local community on the growth and development of children in the environment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain theoretically about interactive multimedia and test its effect on the improvement of student learning outcomes. Based on interviews and literature review, this research hypothesis states that interactive multimedia has an effect on the improvement of learning outcomes. The population in this study is all students of Vocational High School accounting. The sample in this study were accounting students 1 and accounting students 2 academic year 2014/2015 which amounted to 70 people consisting of 2 classes. Instrument of data collecting used is student cognitive test which amounted to 20 item question. The hypothesis was analyzed with the General Linear Model (GLM) Univariate with the help of SPSS 17.0. The result of hypothesis analysis can be concluded that: There is influence of interactive multimedia usage to accounting student learning result with significance (p = 0,000).

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the basic academic skills possessed by children who participate in activities in Kindergarten. The method used in this research is a case study, which is a research method that uses as many data sources as possible to explain comprehensively various aspects of individuals systematically. The research subject was a 4 year old child who participated in Kindergarten activities. Research informants are mothers and teachers of the subject, as well as the tasks that have been done by the subject. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the subject experienced obstacles in basic academic skills. It is hoped that the basic academic skills possessed by children can be honed optimally when children participate in activities in Kindergarten to face the next level of education. Research confirms that pre-school learning patterns are closely related to children's achievement later in life. Children who develop their skills more in the pre-school years perform better in primary school classes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of economic literacy and reference groups on students’ consumption behavior either simultaneously or partially at State Islamic High School Pekanbaru. The total population is 584 students of majoring IPS. To determine the sample using slovin formula, so that the sample obtainet as many as 236 students. Sample selection by simple random samling technique. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained by test and questionaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis with spss program. The results of this study indicated that the economic literacy and reference groups have positive and significant effects on students consumption behavior either simultaneously or partially at State Islamic High Shcool Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of ICT based learning to motivation to learn and students learning outcomes in Vocational High School Kampar. The total population is all students school at Kampar. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained by questionaire. And secondary data is students learning outcomes obtained from entrepreneurship education teachers. Methods of data analysis using path analysis with spss program. The results of this study indicated that the ICT based learning to motivation to learn and students learning outcomes have positive and significant effects to motivation to learn and students learning outcomes in Vocational High School Kampar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengguaan media internet terhadap minat berlajar Siswa di SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Pekanbaru dengan populasi 130 siswa dan sampel di ambil 60 sampel yang menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane yang menggunakan kaedah simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan regresi linier sederhan. Persamaan garis linier Y=1.569+0.544 X. Dari hasil regresi linier sederhana terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Koofisien Determinan dari hasil analisis sebesar 0.915 artinya bahwa pengaruh penggunaan media internet akan menyebabkan naiknya minat belajar siswa sebesar 91.5%. Sedangkan sisanya 8.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan uji t regresi, diperoleh t hitung = 5.369 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Dengan menggunakan batas signifikansi 0,05 nilai signifikansi tersebut lebih besar dari taraf 5%, yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, Hipotesis secara individual/parsial variable media internet ada pengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa.
