Abstract

SMK Muhamadiyah Sentolo terletak di wilayah Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Mata pencaharian masyarakat di daerah ini 80% adalah petani yang memiliki etos kerja yang baik..Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam upaya mengembangkan pertanian antara lain menurunnya minat para generasi muda terhadap usaha di bidang pertanian khususnya tanaman padi, hal tersebut disebabkan karena proses pengerjaan terhadap kegiatan pertanian tersebut relatif cukup melelahkan. Sedangkan generasi tua sudah selayaknya diganti untuk kemudian agar kegiatan pertanian terus berlanjut. Penelitian ini melakukan studi komparasi dengan menggunakan teknologi yang mendukung proses pemupukan cair dengan bantuan drone. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan membandingkan penggunaan teknologi drone untuk pemupukan dengan teknologi konvensional atau manual pada tanaman padi selama satu kali musim tanam. Hasil penyemprotan drone yang diperlukan untuk pemupukan pada luasan 1 hektar adalah 0.25 jam, pupuk yang dibutuhkan pada luasan 1 hektar adalah 40 liter, kerja yang dibutuhkan pada luasan 1 hektar adalah 160 liter/jam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of cargo service users at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The number of samples in this study was 125 respondents. The respondents in this study were users of cargo services at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. Determination of the sample using accidental sampling technique is a technique of determining the sample by taking respondents who happen to be available or available somewhere according to the research context. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires to respondents, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, the Normality, Heterodicity, Linearity, Simple Regression, and t-tests were carried out using the SPSS 22.00 program. The research results show that: 1) The quality of cargo services is in the high category of 75.2%, the moderately high category is 24.8%, the moderately low category is 0% and the low category is 0%. Satisfaction of cargo service users is in the high category of 96.0%, quite high category of 4.0%, moderately low category of 0%, and low category of 0%. The loyalty of cargo service users is in the high category of 76.0%, quite a high category of 23.2%, moderately low category of 0.8%, and low category of 0%. 2) There is an effect of the quality of cargo services on the satisfaction of cargo service users as shown by the results of the t-test where the probability value (sig.) is 0.00 so that the value is less than the standard error value which is 0.05. 3) There is an effect of the quality of cargo services on the loyalty of cargo service users as shown by the results of the t-test where the probability value (sig.) is 0.016 so the value is less than the standard error value which is 0.05.

Abstract

Airplanes as a means of transportation are increasingly becoming the flagship of the community. Along with the many flights today, aircraft are not spared also in carrying out maintenance. Punctuality and efficiency of work in maintenance are the main factors so that the aircraft can operate again on time, so that maintenance requires optimizing the number of mechanics according to the workload. While in fact there are still many treatments that are carried out not in accordance with the time that has been determined. This delay is very undesirable by both parties, because it will be detrimental in terms of time and cost. Therefore, careful aircraft maintenance planning and structured work lines must be carried out so that maintenance can be carried out as desired.  The method used is the Critical Path Method (CPM), which is a network critical path method that uses linear time balance. Each activity can be completed faster than normal time by bypassing the activity for a certain fee. In the Critical Path Method (CPM) method, forward calculations and backward calculations are carried out so as to get the results of the critical path (slack). From the results of the analysis, it was found that the value of man hours needed was 89.52 man hours, while the value of man hours needed based on the company's calculation results was 97.43 man hours. There are differences in the results of man hours obtained by the author with from the company.

Abstract

Population growth and technology development are increasing rapidly. These cause the use of energy on the earth is increasing. One effort to obtain energy sources is to utilize solar energy using solar water heater. This research was expected to help the society to save energy derived from fossils. A testing was conducted by designing solar water heater with collector size of 60 cm x 50 cm using black painted aluminum-coated styrofoam insulator and the storage tank made of stainless steel with volume of 40 liter using black painted aluminum-coated styrofoam. In conducting the testing, the data were taken at 09.00 a.m until 04.00 p.m for 5 days. The research was conducted at ITD Adisutjipto. The analysis and discussion showed the solar water heater design and the storage tank used to perform performance the test (efficiency). Within 5 days testing the average of water temperature out (Tout) was 59.75 oC to 76.59 oC with the average rate efficiency of 54.07 % to 54.9 % and the average storage drop rate of 2.97 K / Hr or 17.84 K for 6 hours

Abstract

The Boeing aircraft is the newest variant of the Boeing 737 aircraft. During operation, various problems will certainly be found. One of the problems that occurs is the failure of the APU Lubrication System. The right type of maintenance is needed to minimize or prevent failure. The method used is the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Risk Priority Number (RPN) methods. The first step is to identify failures in each component. each failure mode and failure effect that occurs in each component is translated into the FMEA table. The conclusion obtained is identification of failures that occur in the APU lubrication system, namely there are 22 failures in the APU lubrication system, 11 cases of Oil clog failure, 7 cases of Oil leak failure, 4 cases of Oil Temperatue failure. Failure cases that have a high critical failure modes are oil clog with an RPN value of 288 and oil leak with an RPN value of 256, while moderate critical failure modes is oil temperature with an RPN value of 168.

Abstract

Propeller yang diputar oleh engine dapat menghasilkan gaya dorong, karena bentuk blade propeller sendiri yang menyerupai airfoil pada wing pesawat jika dilihat dari penampangnya. Pada pesawat KT-1B Woong Bee, propeller yang digunakan adalah HC-E4N-2/E9512CB-1, jenis adjustable pitch dengan 4 blade. Agar propeller berfungsi optimal, putaran harus stabil untuk memastikan gaya dorong dan kenyamanan penerbangan. Vibration pada propeller sering disebabkan oleh ketidakseimbangan blade, yang bisa terjadi akibat perbedaan berat blade atau perbedaan angle of attack. Analisis kegagalan vibration propeller dilakukan dengan observasi dan data kegagalan dari pesawat KT-1B Woong Bee dalam tiga tahun terakhir (2021-2023). Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) untuk menemukan basic event vibration yang kemudian dianalisa kembali untuk menentukan modus kegagalan yang berupa different weight pada blade yang kemudian dilakukan penanganan berupa balancing propeller, yang mencakup penambahan beban pada blade untuk menyeimbangkan berat blade propeller.

Abstract

Pengenal emosi ialah suatu proses untuk mengidentifikasi emosi pada manusia. Di mana emosi dapat dikenali melalui kata-kata, intonasi suara, ekspresi wajah, serta bahasa tubuh. Pada penelitian ini penulis merancang sistem pengenal emosi dengan basis suara manusia menggunakan software matlab dengan ekstraksi ciri yang digunakan fast fourier transform yang merupakan proses ekstraksi ciri yang sederhana dengan mengubah sinyal dalam domain waktu diskrit menjadi domain waktu frekuensi. Pada penelitian ini berfokus pada empat kelas emosi: marah, netral, senang, serta sedih. Tahap pertama dimulai dari proses pengambilan data suara, pemotongan,  preprocessing, proses ekstraksi fast fourier transform dan dynamic time warping. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh nilai akurasi tertinggi pada emosi sedih sebesar 100% dan nilai akurasi lainnya diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 66,67%. Kemudian dari keseluruhan nilai akurasi yang diperoleh untuk seluruh kelas emosi, rata-rata nilai akurasinya adalah 75%.

Abstract

Usia jam terbang dan kalender menentukan batasan waktu pesawat C-130 Hercules melakukan pemeliharaan tingkat berat seperti pemeliharaan SIP, WFDI, dan CWBR. Dari kondisi pemeliharaan tingkat berat tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukkan perawatan yang dimana terjadinya penumpukkan perawatan dengan puncaknya yaitu pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 11 pesawat masih dalam melakukan perawatan berat. Sehingga perlu adanya metode untuk mengurangi penumpukkan pemeliharaan berat tersebut. Pada tugas akhir ini yaitu menganalisis untuk mengetahui nilai total kebutuhan manhours dalam pemeliharaan SIP menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) dan mengetahui nilai persentase efisiensi perbandingan. Dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) didapati total manhours yaitu sebesar 12180 manhours dengan nilai persentase efisiensi perbandingan sebesar 32,63%.

Abstract

In this study, the authors conducted a study on the analysis of the effect of oxy-acetylene welding joints on tensile strength and microstructure in the HAZ and weld metal areas on st 37 steel plates. The results of this study indicate that the average value of the highest tensile strength value is at V groove weld with the average strength of the welded joint is 4.796 kgf/mm2. While the lowest tensile stress is on the I groove weld of 4.674 kgf/mm2. Meanwhile, from the microstructure test, it can be seen that in the HAZ area each groove. Microstructure in the HAZ area shows that the double V groove  weld types are fine ferrite, coarse pearlite and martensite. In type V groove  weld the structures formed are ferrite, coarse pearlite and martensite. In type I groove  weld the structures formed are ferrite, grain boundary ferrite and fine pearlite. Whereas in the weld metal area, and the results of the microstructure test of the weld area on the V seam, it shows a dense microstructure arrangement, the arrangement is identical to pearlite (dark color) so that the specimen is harder.

Abstract

Engine failure is a condition where the engine operates outside normal conditions. One of the abnormal conditions that occurs can be caused by a fault that occurs in each engine module. Engine module is one of the components on an aircraft that functions for supports the aircraft to fly and controls all engine operations, wether on the ground and during flight. The problem can occur in each engine module at any time causing engine failure. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further analysis to determine the cause of the failure that occurred, as well as to implement appropriate mitigation measures. The method used is the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method, which is a method for identifying risks that contribute to failure and determining failure probability. From the analysis using the qualitative fault tree analysis method 71 events were obtained with 35 basic events. Meanwhile, the quantitative analysis produces a cumulative probability failure of 0.747. The probability value has almost reached 1, therefore preventive maintenance has to be carried out to prevent functional failure.
