Abstract

The aim of this activity is to provide training aboutpeer counsellors and to form a school peer counsellorcommunity. The activity was carried out in the form oftraining with lecture methods, counselling practices, andsimulations. This training involved 36 representative studentsfrom each class. The material provided starts from the basicconcept of peer counsellors, problems and how to handle themand basic counselling techniques followed by counsellingpractice. The results of this activity showed that the peercounsellor training activities in SMK Telkom Makassar havebeen carried out well with the results of the evaluation scorewas in a very good category, meaning that students understandwell the presented materials such as Basic concepts of PeerCounsellors that discuss the meaning, role, objectives,principles of peer counsellors as well as the requirements to bepeer counsellors and issues and prevention and finally basiccounselling techniques, which aims to equip participants toknow the basic types of counselling techniques and can beapplied later which ends the counselling practice. Then a peercounsellor has been established in SMK Telkom Makassarwhere the members are the representatives of grade X gradeXI. The established peer counsellors will become thecounsellor agents who help their counselling teachers run theguidance and counselling services at school.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) menyasar para pemuda/masyarakat di Kelurahan Mannuruki Kota Makassar yang terdampak akibat pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan peningkatan keterampilan yang diberikan berupa pelatihan keelektronikaan. Dimana diakhir kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan para pemuda tersebut mendapat keahlian tambahan yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari nafkah di masa pandemi. Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) digunakan pada saat pelaksanaan pelatihan. PBL dipilih karena peserta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) dan dapat menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan selama pelatihan secara mandiri. Tanggapan atas kegiatan PKM sangat positif baik bagi dari peserta pelatihan dan Kelurahan Mannuruki. Selanjutnya diharapkan kegiatan serupa dapat dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan setiap tahunnya dengan pelatihan yang beragam. Kata kunci: pemuda, masyarakat, pandemi, covid-19, pelatihan, elektronik

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam kegiatan ini adalah banyaknya jumlah buah pisang yang terdapat dalam lingkungan Kecamatan Tinggi Moncong Kabupaten Gowa, namun masyarakat lokal belum mempunyai ilmu terkait pengolahan pisang menjadi tepung dan kandungan gizi dalam tepung pisang. Salah satu upaya adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan ke siswa SMAN 5 Gowa yang selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mensosialisasikan IPTEK yang diterima ke masyarakat setempat dan menjadikannya menjadi salah satu topik dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu, peyuluhan terkait pengolahan tepung pisang serta kandungan gizi yang terkandung di dalamnya, tahap kedua meliputi peragaan (demonstrasi) pembuatan tepung pisang dan dilanjutkan dengan tahap praktek pembuatan tepung pisang yang dilaksanakan oleh tim bersama siswa. Jumlah peserta yang hadir sebanyak 30 siswa yang dilaksanakan secara virtual. Setelah melaksanakan kegiatan diperoleh hasil bahwa siswa SMAN 5 Gowa mengikuti proses pelatihan dengan antusias meskipun dilaksanakan secara virtual. Proses diskusi berjalan dengan lancar karena besarnya rasa ingin tahu siswa untuk mengolah buah pisang menjadi tepung

Abstract

The aim of community service activities through the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to provide knowledge and skills for the diversification of palm sugar processing, as well as the packaging and labeling process of brown sugar crafters in partner farmer groups. With the hope of motivating brown sugar artisans to develop ant sugar refined products and other processed products made from palm sap. The method of implementing community service activities through the Community Partnership Program (PKM), namely through counseling / socialization and training as well as with assistance. The results of the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) showed that the high activity of trainees and counselors in the question and answer session and discussion as well as demonstrations and application / field application related to the material on how to make ant sugar from the basic ingredients of palm sugar, indicated an increase in knowledge and skills community in Gattareng Village, Barru Regency. Increasing the knowledge and skills of the community also shows that through training and counseling in accordance with the local potential of their region will be able to change the mindset of the community, especially palm sugar crafters in PKM program farmer groups. The positive impact on increasing knowledge and skills in processing natural resources in the region is a form of community empowerment to increase their income and welfare.

Abstract

Nur Fadhilah Pesantren is one of the educational institutions in Somba Opu district. Nur Fadhilah boarding school is educating students from primary to a secondary level which the students who are part of a poor family. In the boarding area is great but there is still a lot of unused land between the landboarding school. With extensive land boarding school, partners were asked to find a solution that could be categorized as extracurricular activities and can help the economic needs of the students. The problems encountered in this community partnership program is 1) boarding school students life skills that are still in the form of farming and fishing which is just enough to meet the daily needs of students, 2) land owned by ample boarding school and not to have been used by managers and students. in the vicinity, even though it was so potentially be utilized, 3) costs is limited to the life of students in Nur Fadhilah Pesantren 4) the students who don't get an understanding of the application of appropriate technology to make concrete stakes. Methods used in this community partnership program is a method of mentoring and methods of participatory rural approach (PRA). Method of mentoring is done to change the paradigm of society thinking in utilizing the husk of rice husk and dry the ashes as supplementary material in making reinforced concrete stakes, increase understanding in utilizing waste husk rice, the community and encourage the entrepreneurial spirit of the community. Method PRA done to excite the partner has products to be developed and partners a sense of responsibility to the product and the environment that surrounds them. The result of this partnership program is that rice husk ash which is only used for the manufacture of salt and egg cooking equipment can now be used as a raw material that has high economic value. Concrete use cement as a binder between the sandstone and broken can be replaced by reducing the amount of cement to be used as concrete stakes. The replacement of the cement material with rice husk ash could reach 25%. So the cost of production using rice husk ash pot fillers can be reduced in the amount of 22%.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah MTs Muhammadiyah Cambajawaya. Mitra mempunyai banyak SDM yang sudah memiliki dasar dalam editing video namun masih perlu ditingkatkan karena guru masih sulit dalam menggunakan aplikasi editing video Kinemaster, guru masih sulit dalam menentukan tema, guru masih sulit dalam membuat video pembuka, guru masih sulit dalam menentukan layout, guru masih sulit dalam menentukan efek, guru masih sulit dalam menentukan backsound, guru masih sulit dalam menentukan background, guru masih sulit dalam menggabungkan antar potongan video dan guru masih sulit dalam menentukan desain yang dapat memberikan informasi kepada siapa saja yang melihat hasil karya video tersebut. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, praktikum, tanya Jawab, dan pendampingan mitra. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan mulai dari observasi, desain modul, pembuatan contoh, pelatihan dan pengarahan, hingga evaluasi bersama. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah Guru mampu menggunakan aplikasi editing video dengan aplikasi Kinemaster, Guru mampu dalam menentukan tema, Guru mampu membuat video pembuka, Guru mampu menentukan layout, Guru mampu menentukan efek, Guru mampu menentukan backsound, Guru mampu menentukan background, Guru mampu menggabungkan antar potongan video, Guru mampu menentukan desain yang dapat memberikan informasi kepada siapa saja yang melihat hasil karya video tersebut, Guru dapat merubah pola pikir dan mudah menangkap semua materi dan penjelasan yang didemokan oleh pemateri.Kata kunci: Editing, video, aplikasi, Kinemaster, guru

Abstract

Abstrak. Saat ini aplikasi SIMLP2M telah digunakan dan diimplementasikan oleh mitra kami yaitu Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LP2M) Universitas Negeri Makassar. Aplikasi ini membantu mitra kami dalam mengelola dan menjalankan berbagai aktivitas penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh seluruh civitas akademika dilingkup Universitas Negeri Makassar. Aktivitas yang tercover dalam aplikasi ini seperti pemasukan proposal penelitian dan pengabdian untuk berbagai skema, pemasukan laporan kemajuan dan laporan akhir serta mendokumentasikan hasil dan luaran yang telah dicapai oleh penelitian dan pengabdian yang berjalan setiap tahunnya. Namun demikian masih ada kendala yang dihadapi oleh mitra kami yaitu (1) Belum adanya modul reviewer yang berfungsi untuk melakukan review dan penilaian proposal yang masuk kesistem sehingga penilaian dan penentuan proposal yang diterima masih dilakukan diluar sistem secara manual. (2) Belum adanya fitur untuk membedakan proposal yang didanai atau tidak oleh UNM dan (3) Para peneliti dan pengabdi belum bisa melihat secara transparan hasil penilaian dari kompetisi proposal yang mereka ajukan. Olehnya itu pengabdi merasa perlu untuk melakukan updating atau pengembangan aplikasi SIMLP2M ini meliputi penambahan modul reviewer yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk melakukan review dan penilaian proposal secara terbuka dan efesien. Metode yang kami lakukan adalah asesmen bisnis proses pada sistem review proposal di LP2M UNM, Desain modul reviewer, Coding modul reviewer, Integrasi ke aplikasi SIMLP2M dan Sosialisasi serta pendampingan mitra. Adapun hasil yang diapai adalah (1) Implementasi modul reviewer pada aplikasi SIMLP2M, (2) Mitra mampu melakukan pengelolaan aplikasi SIMLP2M khususnya modul reviewer dengan baik dan (3) Terciptanya budaya penilaian dan pendanaan penelitian dan pengabdian lingkup Universitas Negeri Makassar yang transparan, efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi SIMLP2M, modul reviewer, penilaian proposal, transparan

Abstract

Keterampilan verbal dalam public speaking merupakan salah satu soft skill yang penting dalam interaksi interpersonal dan kebutuhan akademik. Hambatan dalam menyampaikan argumen secara verbal sering dialami individu karena takut berbicara di depan orang lain. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan peserta dalam berbicara di depan umum termasuk teknik mengelola rasa takut, prinsip pembukaan dan penutupan yang efektif, dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya 3V (verbal, suara, dan visual). Pesertanya berasal dari mahasiswa dan lulusan perguruan tinggi di Makassar sebanyak 16 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan berlangsung selama 8 jam dengan memadukan metode presentasi, simulasi, role play, dan peer review. Para peserta menunjukkan antusiasme dan keaktifannya selama proses pelatihan hingga tahap evaluasi melalui peer review

Abstract

This PKM is expected to be able to inform about the importance and strategic position of youth in the framework of national / regional development both historically and prospectively, provide an understanding of youth about their potential so that it can be actualized in the implementation of development and provide an understanding of the importance of increasing the ability and knowledge and skills of youth in welcoming the future.The output of the PKM is the increased confidence of the younger generation as development agents in their area; increasing the understanding of village officials and the community about the awareness that they carry out community tasks and guidance for future generations; There are several dominant supporting factors that are closely related to the development and development of youth in order to be said to be in harmony, namely the level of education that is owned and active in youth organizations.The final activity of this service was carrying out advocacy at the Paccinongang Village Headquarters, with 33 participants. Furthermore, this activity lasted for 1 day, Saturday. This activity is carried out one day which starts at 08.00-14.00. This activity is focused on two main materials in relation to the influence of globalization and the role of adolescents as agents of community development. Provision of material is done in two ways, namely the first method using the lecture method and the second method using the question and answer method and discussion.

Abstract

The Activities of Community Partnership Program(PKM) carried out in Makassar. The partnership problems are:1) The changes of Information and CommunicationTechnology (ICT) that affect an education, 2) the ability ofeducators in using ICT, especially the use of an internet inlearning is still lack, utilizing some learning programs basedon e-learning primarily, and 3) the availability of internetinvarious of places can be used freely, both of at school andcampus. The results obtained from the training activities wereattended by 27 teaching staff both teachers and lecturers,showing that, 1) the implementation of e-learning basedlearning went smoothly because it was supported by availablefacilities, 2) The selection of marking moodle programs basedon needs and facilities available, further activities of PKM arecarried out directly to provide examples and mentoringparticipants. The facilitator in understanding and compiling elearningbased learning, and 3) All participants produceavailable e-learning products.
