Abstract

This is Training for Political Party personnel. This training aims to socialized about cost of campaign in Makassar.Training based on the Election Commission Regulation (PKPU) Number 24 of 2018 regarding Election Campaign Fundsrequires that every use of campaign funds be audited by a Public Accountant. This Community Partnership Program ProposalTeam has a background in Financial Accounting and Public Sector Accounting. This background is very suitable and supportsthe implementation of the proposed program topic. Meanwhile, the budgeted funds for implementing this program are sourcedfrom PNBP Universitas Negeri Makassar with an implementation period of eight months. Outputs generated through thisprogram include: publication in print / online media; increasing the competitiveness of human resources; increase in theapplication of science and technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to solve the problemfaced by English teachers in Makassar in improving theirknowledge and skill in teaching through communicativegrammar teaching training. This training involves Englishteachers in Makassar private junior high schools. They aretrained by experts from university and language centre who arealso the experienced trainers. This training held in 16 meetingsat British Course Makassar. The result of this training showsthat 1) the English teachers able to implement the TeachingGrammar Communicatively learning model, 2) the learningmodule of Teaching Grammar Communicatively is feasible forother junior high schools, 3) the participation level of theteachers in this training is high viewed from their attendanceand being active in doing their tasks.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah pemilik usaha mikro kecil gerabah. Pengetahuan tentang manajemen usaha masih sangat terbatas pada pemilik usaha gerabah. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memotivasi pemilik usaha gerabah dalam memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk bisa melakukan manajemen usaha yang benar sebagai pendukung dalam pengembangan usahanya. Metode pelaksanaan mengggunakan kombinasi ceramah dan praktek. Peserta terdiri atas pemilik usaha gerabah di Kelurahan Pallantikan Kecamatan Pattallassang Kabupaten Takalar. Teknik pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga tahap dimulai dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang dicapai dari pengabdian ini adalah (1) pemilik usaha sudah memahami analisis kelayakan usaha dengan titik pulang pokok dan potensi pasar, (2) pemilik usaha sudah memiliki pengetahuan dalam menentukan optimalisasi laba, (3) pemilik usaha sudah mampu menganalisis kinerja keuangan. Keterbatasan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode pelaksanaan belum menggunakan teknik pendampingan, sehingga pengetahuan manajemen strategi belum dapat diimplementasikan dalam aktivitas usaha.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Usaha, Usaha Gerabah

Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Remaja Mesjid Nurul Huda Takalar Lama. Masalahanya adalah : (1) kurangnya pengetahuan tentang olahraga permainan petanque, (2) kurangnya kemampuan atau keterampilan dalam bermain olahrga permainan petanque, (3) kurangnya pengetahuan tentang perkembangan olahraga permainan petanque, (4) pencarian pembibitan olahraga permainan petanque.  Sasaran eksternal adalah kemampuan atau keterampilan bermain olahraga petanque pada remaja dan masyarakat sekitar masjid Nurul Huda Takalar. Metode yang digunakan adalah : pendekatan langsung, demontrasi, ceramah, diskusi, praktek dan evaluasi. Hasil yang dicapai adalah : (1) mitra  mampu melakukan dan mengaplikasikan teknik dasar olahraga permainan petanque dengan baik dan benar, (2) mitra memiliki keterampilan yang memadai tentang teknik dasar olahraga permainan petanque dengan baik dan benar, (3) mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang perkembangan olahraga permainan petanque, (4) mitra mampu mengangkat prestasi olahraga permainan petanque di Kabupaten Takalar pada khususnya dan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatant pada umumnya

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity is to provide knowledge and sewing skills with a simple pattern technique in a group of young women in Bonto Jai Village, Bissapu District, Bantaeng Regency. The provision of these skills is based on several problems in the group of teenager girl as partners in Bonto Jai Village, namely: the low level of knowledge and skills, especially sewing skills: there are no specialized institutions to provide training in the form of sewing skills; and the lack of participant fees for attending education in the form of commercial courses. To achieve the goals of the success of this Community Partnership Program the solution offered is to assist during the activity, and to apply learning methods that are easily understood by the community partnership program participants. The results of the PKM activities carried out at Bonto Jai Village were the opening of opportunities for cooperation between LP2M UNM and Partners; Increased sewing knowledge and skills; Open minded insights to be developed into more professional businesses in the sewing services business.The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was the head of the Lerang subdistrict. The problem motivating this program were (1) the lack of awareness of the importance of clean environment and education for children, (2) the lack of teachers’ knowledge in teaching which results in boring learning, (3) the lack of learnng media used by teachers in learning process, (4) most people are illiterate of Al-Qur’an, and (5) the cooperative culture in the society is faded. The objectives of this program were (1) increasing parents' insights about the importance of investment in education, (2) supporting schools in Lerang sub-district in creating clean and beatiful school environment, (3). assisting teachers in making learning media which is suitable with their lessons, (4) increasing teachers' insights about learning media tools that can be used in teaching and learning. (5) creating the culture of clean environment in the community. The expected outcomes in this activity are: learning media that can be used by teachers, good awareness of the society about the importance of clean environment and education for children.

Abstract

This activity is expected to help the students understand the processing techniques in inserting econometric data with EViews 9 program and can make decisions in analyzing the results as well as present them in discussion of their research. The identified problem is that the students of Agribusiness study program in Faculty of Agriculture of Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar difficult in inserting the data into the program and interpreting the output data relating to econometric analysis both time-series data and cross-section data after processed using EViews 9 with econometric analysis on multiple regression approach. The result of this training shows that the students were enthusiast in attending the training because they never received such the training. Among forty participants joining this training, thirty-five of them are students and the other five are lecturers. Only twenty-five participants capable in processing and interpreting the output of econometric analysis data with the EViews 9 program. Expectedly, after joining the training the participants understand the processing technique in inputting econometric analysis data for EViews 9 program.

Abstract

Abstrak. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah kegiatan pengabdian untuk memberdayakan para ibu rumah tangga dan remaja putri untuk menghasilkan produk olahan dari tanaman jahe merah  menjadi bubuk jahe instant di Desa Pao Kecamatan Tombolopao Kabupaten Gowa.  Desa Pao memiliki objek wisata Air Terjun Bantimurung Gallang yang berpeluang untuk dikunjungi oleh wisatawan sehingga potensi tersebut memberikan peluang masyarakat setempat menyediakan produk unggulan desa sebagai oleh-oleh wisata.  Jahe merah yang dihasilkan Desa Pao Kecamatan Tombolopao merupakan salah satu hasil pertanian yang dapat diolah menjadi produk pangan dan permintaan komsumen jahe merah juga meningkat sejak masa pandemi covid-19.  Kegiatan pengabdian bersama mitra adalah pengolahan jahe merah menjadi produk bubuk jahe instant. Mitra diberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan mengenai pembuatan serbuk jahe instan.  Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pendampingan mitra. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra mengetahui dan mampu membuat produk olahan jahe yaitu minuman berbentuk serbuk/instan yang praktis, (2) Desa memiliki produk unggulan olahan jahe dengan kemasan yang menarik yang dapat dijadikan oleh-oleh wisata desa. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru yang dimiliki mitra diharapkan dapat memberikan peluang usaha bagi ibu rumah tangga dan secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.. Kata kunci : jahe merah, serbuk instant

Abstract

Abstrak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui Program Kemitraan Masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang diversifikasi ikan olahan untuk kemitraan PKM. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan PKM ini dapat memotivasi para ibu rumah tangga nelayan dan remaja putri putus sekolah serta pengurus dan anggota kelompok untuk mengembangkan produk olahan ikan. Metode pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) yaitu melalui pelatihan, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan yang dilengkapi dengan teknik learning by doing. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok perempuan mitra nelayan, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Hasil kegiatan PKM menunjukkan bahwa 1) Meningkatnya pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga, petani dan remaja putri putus sekolah yang tergabung dalam kelompok perempuan nelayan mitra tentang manfaat dan nilai gizi yang terkandung dalam ikan. 2) Meningkatnya pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga, petani dan remaja putri putus sekolah yang tergabung dalam kelompok perempuan nelayan mitra dalam mendiversifikasi ikan olahan menjadi berbagai produk menu ikan. 3) Munculnya ide-ide kreatif dan inovatif tentang nilai ekonomis ikan olahan untuk dijadikan alternatif usaha baru guna meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga

Abstract

Debating is one of the communication activities which aims at conveying constructive, innovative, sistematic, andconvincing ideas and thoughts. One of the debating methods which can facilitate that aim is British Parliamentary. This debatingsystem uses English. British Parliamentary method consists of two opposite lines, government who agrees and supports themotion and opposition who disagrees and contradicts with the motion. In debating, there are four competing teams which argueagaints to win each other ideas and thoughts, they are: Opening government, Opening opposition, Closing government, andClosing opposition. Each team and speaker has their own respective rules and roles leading them to the systematic and structuredway of conveying ideas and thoughts. To debate using this method, students at Senior High School in Makassar have conducteddebating activities. The methods of the activties are introduction of rules and roles, case building, presentation, discussion,assignment, and debate exhibition. Based on these activities, it is indispensable to conduct a reguler and routine training in orderto reassure the students’ way of thinking analytically, systematically, and critically and to be more accustomed withcommunicating meaningfully in English.

Abstract

PKM program was performed by providing trainingand mentoring activities to participants about the RealisticMathematics Education for elementary school teachers withthe aims of (1) to increase knowledge about the RealisticMathematics Eduaction, (2) participants can implement theRealistic Mathematics Education in the learning process, and(3) participants can disseminate or disseminate knowledge ofthe Realistic Mathematics Education. The main targetaudience of this PKM program were school supervisors,school principals and school teachers in the TinggimoncongDistrict, Gowa Regency, South-Sulawesi Province. The resultsobtained in the PKM program activities were increasedknowledge and concepts of Realistic Mathematics Educationof PKM program participants, increased development skills inthe Realistic Mathematics Education of PKM programparticipants, PKM program participants can make examplesand compile the Realistic Mathematics Education activities inthe class, and PKM program participants can implement theRealistic Mathematics Education in the learning process atschool. Other results obtained were increased of participants’motivation in knowing the material of realistic mathematicslearning and the high enthusiasm of participants indisseminating the results of PKM program, especially thematerial on Realistic Mathematics Education.
