Self Organizing Map (SOM) is one of the topology forms of Unsupervised Neural Network where in the learning process does not require output target. Clusters in this research consist of one or more regency/city areas that have certain characteristics based on the variables. Each cluster had to be validated by using the Davies Bouldin Index value to get the best cluster formation from the SOM algorithm learning process. The best cluster model is the cluster model that has the smallest Davies Bouldin Index value. This research used 30 variables that refer to the key statistics of South Sulawesi Province People's Prosperity in 2018 by BPS of South Sulawesi Province. In this research, four cluster formation models were formed which began by forming 2 cluster model to form 5 cluster. Based on the Davies Bouldin Index value, it was found that the  5 cluster model have minimum value of 0.17.

The PKM program is carried out with the method of providing training and guidance to participants on realistic mathematics learning to improve teacher competence in implementing learning with the aim of (1) to increase knowledge about realistic mathematics learning, (2) participants can implement realistic mathematics learning in the learning process, and (3) participants can disseminate or disseminate realistic mathematics learning knowledge. The main target audience for the PKM Program activities are school supervisors, school principals and school teachers in Tinggimoncong sub-district, Gowa district, South Sulawesi province. The results obtained in PKM program activities are increasing knowledge and realistic mathematics learning concepts of PKM program participants, increasing the skills of developing realistic mathematics learning skills in PKM program participants, PKM program participants can make examples and arrange realistic mathematics learning activities in learning classes, and PKM program participants can implementing realistic mathematics learning in learning in schools. Other results obtained were increased motivation of participants in knowing realistic mathematics learning materials and high enthusiasm of participants in disseminating or disseminating PKM program results, especially realistic mathematics learning materials. Outputs of PKM activities are (1) increasing participant's knowledge regarding activity materials, (2) scientific articles published at national seminars, and (3) publications on PKM implementation on online media.

The main target audience for the PKM Program activities are school supervisors, school principals and school teachers in Tinggimoncong sub-district, Gowa district, South Sulawesi province. PKM program was carried out by providing trainingand mentoring activities to participants regarding ScientificWriting (KTI). The program was done to improve teacherprofessionalism with the aims of (1) to increase knowledgeabout scientific writing, (2) participants can implementscientific papers well in its duties, and (3) participants candisseminate knowledge of scientific papers. The main targetparticipants in this PKM Program activities were schoolsupervisors, school principal, and teachers in theTinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency, South-SulawesiProvince. The results obtained in this PKM program included:1) Knowledge, concepts, and development of scientific papersof PKM program participants increased, 2) PKM programparticipants know the types of scientific writing, 3) PKMprogram participants know the techniques and ways of writingscientific papers, and 4) PKM program participants cancompile and write scientific papers. Other results obtainedwere the increase in participants' motivation in understandingthe material of scientific writing and high enthusiasm ofparticipants in disseminating the results of PKM program,especially the information related to the scientific writing.

The PKM program is carried out by the method of providing training and guidance to participants regarding the preparation of HOTS level questions to increase activities in carrying out learning with the aim of (1) to improve the quality of evaluation tools, (2) participants can implement properly compiling HOTS level questions in the learning process, and (3) participants can disseminate or disseminate knowledge about HOTS level questions. The main target audience for the PKM Program activities are school supervisors, school principals and school teachers in Tinggimoncong sub-district, Gowa district, South Sulawesi province. The results obtained in PKM program activities are increased knowledge and concept of HOTS level questions for PKM program participants, increased skill in preparing HOTS level questions for PKM program participants, PKM program participants can make examples and arrange HOTS level questions in learning class , and PKM program participants can implement the preparation of HOTS level questions in learning at school. Other results obtained were increased motivation of participants in knowing the materials for formulating HOTS level questions and the high enthusiasm of participants in disseminating or disseminating PKM program results, especially in the formulation of HOTS level questions. Outputs of PKM activities are (1) increasing participant's knowledge regarding activity materials, (2) scientific articles published at national seminars, and (3) publications on PKM implementation on online media.

Program PKM dilakukan dengan metode memberikan pelatihan, bimbingan, dan pendampingan kepada peserta mengenai pembelajaran matematika realistik yang dilakukan secara daring. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKM yaitu (1) untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai karya tulis ilmiah, (2) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan peserta mengintergrasikan karya tulis ilmiah dalam proses pembelajaran, dan (3) peserta dapat mengimplementasikan pelaksanaan karya tulis ilmiah dalam proses pembelajaran. Khalayak sasaran utama dalam kegiatan ini yaitu guru-guru sekolah TK, SD, SMP/MTS, SMA/SMK/MAN diseluruh wilayah Indonesia. Wilayah lokasi mitra meliputi seluruh Indonesia karena PKM dilakukan secara daring (online) yang disebut dengan PKM-Virtual. Kegiatan pelatihan dan workshop dilaksanakan berpusat di Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Negeri Makassar. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan program PKM yaitu (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan mengenai karya tulis ilmiah, (2) meningkatnya kemampuan dan keterampilan peserta mengintergrasikan karya tulis ilmiah dalam proses pembelajaran, dan (3) peserta dapat mengimplementasikan pelaksanaan karya tulis ilmiah dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil lain yang diperoleh yaitu meningkatnya motivasi peserta dalam mengetahui materi pembelajaran matematika realistik dan tingginya antusiasme peserta dalam menyebarluaskan atau mendiseminasikan hasil-hasil program PKM terutama materi pengembangan soal-soal level HOTS. Luaran/output kegiatan PKM yaitu (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta mengenai materi-materi kegiatan, (2) artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasi pada seminar nasional, dan (3) publikasi pelaksanaan PKM pada media online.

The PKM program focused on providing trainingand mentoring activities to participants regarding PedagogicContent Knowledge (PCK) to improve the quality of thelearning process with the aims of (1) to increase knowledgeabout PCK, (2) participants can implement the PCK well in thelearning process, and (3) participants can disseminateknowledge of PCK. The main target audience in this PKMProgram included school supervisors, school principal, andschool teachers in the Tinggimoncong District, GowaRegency, South-Sulawesi Province. The results obtained in theprogram showed that knowledge and concepts of PCK of theparticipants increased, development skills of PCK of theparticipants were increase, PKM program participants couldcreate examples and compile the PCK activities in learningclasses, and PKM program participants could implement thePCK in the learning process at school.
