<![CDATA[Technology-based learning is a challenge for teachers in the 21st century. Teachers are required to be proficient in technology in preparing students. Advances in technology make learning evaluation a demand for better and closing opportunities for cheating during exams. Computer applications can be used as a tool to carry out learning evaluation activities. Provision of teachers in making use of technological progress needs to get training in making learning evaluations. This training activity aims to create an online exam application using the Google form with the AutoProctor. The training participants were 30 teachers with undergraduate education backgrounds consisting of teachers of public and private elementary schools, junior high schools and senior high schools in the city of Binjai, North Sumatra. The training activities were carried out for one day. The stages of the activity consist of preparation, implementation, mentoring and evaluation stages. Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation it was concluded that the participants in the online exam preparation training activities were able to make and feel satisfied with performance of the online exam application that was successfully created]]>

<![CDATA[Village is a community unit that has territorial boundaries that has the authority to take care of all the interests of residents or the local community. The village is led by the Village Head who is assisted by village officials and supervised by the Village Consultative Body in accordance with Permendagri number 110/2016 regarding the duties and functions of the BPD. The lack of knowledge of residents about Information Technology such as the operation of Microsoft word and excel in terms of writing correspondence is an obstacle in their activities, especially for high school/vocational school level students or office workers. The aim of this Microsoft word and microwoft excel training is to improve the quality of Human Resources ( HR) for the people of Sidorejo Village, Labuhanbatu Regency. The methods in this training are the discussion method and the practical method. The results of this training show that there is an increase in the skills of the residents of Sidorejo Village, Labuhanbatu Regency in operating and using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, this can help smooth their daily work and increase residents' knowledge about science and technology]]>

<![CDATA[Most of Kampung Padang resident is a farmer especially as a oil palm and rubber farmer. In the cultivation of oil palm and rubber, there are still a few villagers from Kampung Padang who plant Mucuna between plants as a ground cover crop or Legume Cover Crop, even though Mucuna has many benefits, especially for suppressing weed growth and improving soil chemical properties. The difficulty of obtaining seeds makes people rarely use Mucuna. Some techniques that can be done to induce flowering in plants are using a growth regulator (ZPT) paclobutrazol. Several research results regarding the use of paclobutrazol have succeeded in shortening the length of plant tendrils. Other techniques that can be used to induce flowering in plants are providing water stress, ringing the plants, and pruning the roots of the plants. The response from the people of the Padang village population was very enthusiastic, seen from the many people who asked questions during the event.]]>

<![CDATA[Salah satu kunci sukses memulai usaha adalah membuat sebuah perencanaan usaha/bisnis yang matang dan realistis. Apapun jenis usaha yang akan kita jalankan. Perencanaan bisnis (Business Plan) adalah rencana-rencana tentang apa yang dikerjakan dalam suatu bisnis ke depan meliputi alokasi sumberdaya, perhatian pada faktor-faktor kunci dan mengolah permasalahanpermasalahan dan peluang yang ada. Piring lidi yang begitu khas dengan anyamannya dan membuat kami tertarik untuk lebih mempelajari serta mengetahui hal-hal apa saja yang perlu diperhatikan dalam membuat piring lidi. Keunikannya terletak pada ukuran. Biasanya yang dibuat masyarakat-masyarakat atau pengrajin anyaman dalam membuat piring lidi itu berukuran kecil dan hanya digunakan di rumah-rumah makan. Tetapi yang masyarakat Kampung disini buat lumayan besar. Hal itulah yang membuat kami tertarik dan antusias akan piring lidi. Jika piring lidi ini dibuat dalam bentuk dan variasi yang banyak, pasti akan lebih terkenal dan bisa mengangkat nama daerah di Indonesia ke ranah Internasional khususnya dan umumnya untuk bangsa Indonesia sendiri. Meanwhile, characters are people, animals and other real objects that are presented in the form of 2D and 3D images. So that animated characters can be interpreted as images containing objects that appear to be alive, caused by the collection of images changing regularly and alternately being displayed. Objects in images can be text, shapes, colors and special effects. The purpose of this community service is to improve the learning system and methods in learning. So that students do not feel bored in class.
