Abstract

Abstract

In designing the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045, it is supported by 4 pillars, one of which is superior Indonesian people, cultured and mastering science and technology. However, the community's readiness to face Indonesia Emas 2045 is still lacking, especially for people in the village environment. Village communities have difficulty accessing education. In this article, the author describes Rumah Generasi Emas which was initiated as a solution to fulfill access to education for children in Jatiluhur Village. The results showed that RGE has 2 service locations, RT 14 and RT 08 Jatiluhur Village, Purwakarta Regency. The children seemed very enthusiastic about participating in the activities at RGE. This is evidenced by the large number of children who take part in the RGE at each meeting. In addition, RGE is also supported by the head of Jatiluhur Village, parents of children in RT 14 and RT 08, and Purwakarta regional central library. RGE has 3 main programs that are taught to children, namely an educational film screening program, a foreign language training program, and a skills program. Educational film screening programs allow children to get positive values. Foreign language training programs, the gates of knowledge are increasingly wide open. The skills program allows children to express themselves and be able to hone their artistic aspects of children. All of these programs are run by RGE to support the achievement of Indonesia Emas 2045.

Abstract

The increasing use of the internet during the Covid-19 pandemic requires people to carry out activities from home to tackle the spread of the virus. The need for innovation in shopping for sellers to meet their daily needs in serving their customers is certainly a challenge in shopping online with various obstacles and conditions. The challenge in providing information related to the goods that will be offered by buyers, of course, requires insight into presenting a product in the form of a catalog that will be loaded digitally. The product catalog is in the form of product explanations in the form of attractive images and text. Seeing the possibility of an increase in digital shopping habits, the presence or absence of Covid-19 certainly impacts the changing patterns of people's lifestyles in shopping online. Thus, the method of community service itself is carried out by preparing people in Purwakarta Regency who want to offer their products online in the form of catalog-making training, the implementation is carried out on the UPI campus in Purwakarta, and evaluation is the achievement of the training conducted by the workshop organizers. Thus, the expected results are very satisfying for the participants in terms of adding knowledge and insight, benefits and improvements in making catalog designs.

Abstract

Technology has become a new tool that can help in all aspects of life; today, technology helps develop educational facilities to be more effective and efficient. The progress of civilization in technology means that the world of education must be more prepared and skilled in facing global challenges. Skills that are important to develop, based on the National Education Association (NEA) recommends the importance of developing the Four Cs, namely (1) Critical thinking and problem solving, (2) Communication, (3) Collaboration, and (4) Creativity and Innovation. Problem-solving is the main reference in the educational process, especially in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn). This can be seen from PPKn learning, which is still dominated by conventional systems, so the application of PPKn learning, which is oriented to contextual multiple intelligences, is still far from expectations. An adaptive model that can improve PPKn skills and learning outcomes is by using Citizenship Learning Practices (project citizenship). Therefore, elementary school teachers need to have the skills to develop and implement learning with project citizenship. Project Citizenship was developed from a critical or reflective thinking approach model. The learning approach recommended to be developed is oriented towards critical thinking and problem-solving. Through project citizen training, which is applied in the teaching and learning process, it is hoped that students will be able to familiarize themselves with carrying out the inquiry process, which is believed to make learning more meaningful.
