Abstract

PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah is one of the companies that manages palm oil production. In the palm oil industry there is a collection of information that can be extracted and developed for the advancement of the industry. The data has been processed using the office application package, namely Microsoft Excel. However, the data is only for filing for PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah and was not reviewed for information in the data. Application of Prediction of Total Palm Oil Production Results at PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah was created using the Visual Basic.Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database by applying the Extreme Learning Machine Method. In the application of the Extreme Learning Machine Method, predictions are made to determine the amount of production for 12 months in 2021 based on trend data analysis of palm oil production for 12 months in 2020. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Prediction Application for the Amount of Palm Oil Production at PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah is successfully carried out, and can provide predictive information on the amount of palm oil production for 12 months in the following year, as well as the functionality of the application has been running as expected

Abstract

judging from the geographical location, bengkulu province is a province where there are quite a lot of cracks in the earth's plate, it has the potential to occur tectonic earthquakes that can cause earthquakes and tsunamis. the natural vulnerabilities that exist make almost the entire west coast of bengkulu including bengkulu city very prone to earthquakes and tsunamis. in the event of an earthquake and tsunami, if disaster management and evacuation routes are not prepared, it will cause damage to buildings and can result in very severe casualties such as the events in aceh & lombok. under these conditions, it is necessary to carry out an evacuation that aims to save the population from the danger of a tsunami, from a place that is considered safe. the thing that is most closely related to evacuation is time, the longer the evacuation process or the greater the evacuation time required, the more lives will be threatened. in the evacuation process it takes a fast time to reach the gathering point or the nearest point. one of the closest/shortest paths is found in dijkstra's algorithm, in addition to using the dijkstra algorithm to reach the shortest destination location, a geographic information system is used which presents a map of the location of the destination to be achieved. geographic information system (gis) is an information system used to process data on earthquake and tsunami evacuation routes in the city of bengkulu. an android-based geographic information system will greatly assist the community in solving these problems, thus we can see the closest evacuation routes that must be passed, this study aims to utilize dijkstra's algorithm to determine earthquake and tsunami evacuation routes so that it can effectively assist in the evacuation process when an earthquake and tsunami occurs and create an information system application for earthquake and tsunami evacuation routes. keywords : dijkstra, geographic information system, evacuation, path, gathering point and hazard point

Abstract

SMK Negeri 5 Seluma is one of the Vocational Schools in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. At the school in every year a Teacher Performance Assessment or what is often referred to as PKG is carried out. There are 14 assessment criteria for teacher performance which are divided into 4 categories of assessment, namely Pedagogic, Personality, Social and Professional. So far, the processing of teacher performance assessment data has used the office application package, namely Excel (data attached) to provide grades and calculate the PKG scores obtained by the teacher in accordance with the applicable provisions. The implementation for assessing teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Seluma using Promethee Method was created using the Visual Basic.Net programming language (IDE Visual Studio 2010) and SQL Server 2008 database. The application for assessing teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Seluma it can be used as an alternative in helping to assess assessment of teachers in schools, so that it can be seen who has the best performance based on the ranking results obtained from the promethee. The application for assessing teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Seluma has applied Promethee method, so that the final assessment results for each teacher have gone through the calculation procedure for the Promethee method. The final assessment results will be sorted from the highest value to the lowest value by looking at the net flow value which is the result of subtracting the leaving flow and entering flow. Based on testing using 5 (five) teacher performance assessment data in 2019, the results obtained that Guru Isuadi, S.Pd got the highest score with a leaving flow value of 1.63, entering flow 1.63 and net flow 1.63. Based on the results of the same assessment on manual calculations, it is found that the results of calculations on the decision support system had the same value as the results of manual calculations that had been carried out. Applications can be used as an alternative in providing an assessment of teacher performance in schools.

Abstract

The number of decision support system methods makes it difficult for decision makers to determine which method is better to use in a case. In this case is the selection of outstanding students at SMP Negeri 5 Kaur of Bengkulu Province. The decision support system method taken for comparison is AHP and TOPSIS methods. In helping the comparison process, an application for selecting outstanding students at SMP Negeri 5 Kaur of Bengkulu Province was built using the Visual Basic.Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. A comparative analysis is done by looking at 2 aspects, namely the final result of the assessment and the processing time. Based on the final results of the assessment, AHP and TOPSIS methods have different results, this is because there are differences in determining the weight of the criteria, where AHP method is obtained from the results of pairwise comparisons while TOPSIS method is obtained from the school. Based on the processing time, AHP method is faster than TOPSIS method, this is because the stages in the AHP method process are fewer than the TOPSIS method

Abstract

The ocha cell shop is one of the shops engaged in the sale of mobile phones of various brands of mobile phones, the store has not used a special application in processing the products sold, but still uses manual data processing such as recording in a book. So that there is a accumulation of data that is not known for its benefits. One method that can solve this problem is the psi method and the k-means clustering method, because the psi method and the k-means clustering method are methods for solving multiple decision-making criteria, this method is useful if there is a conflict in determining the relative between attributes, so later on the final result of the calculation is that ranking is carried out by analyzing data on sales of goods that are in demand and not selling and the algorithm is partitional by using the value process repeatedly to get the value of the cluster database, it takes the desired number of initial clusters to produce the final ceteroid point as output. With this method, it helps store management to find out which cellphones are often sold and each time a transaction can later help in overcoming existing problems.

Abstract

Giving rewards to online drivers is one of the annual agendas carried out at Grab Bengkulu Branch to encourage driver motivation and professionalism in improving the quality of work. The obstacles faced in giving these rewards are due to the diversity of educational backgrounds, experiences, competencies and portfolios of the drivers, so we need a system that can assist in the process of giving rewards to drivers so that they do not become sluggish and experience difficulties. In the process of designing the application of this reward decision support system using the ARAS approach. The ARAS method is a method based on the intuitive principle that alternatives must have the largest ratio to produce an optimal solution. The ARAS method performs ranking by comparing the value of each criterion on each alternative by looking at the weights of each to obtain the ideal alternative. The implementation of the system uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that the best employee with a value of 0.90, the lowest value of 0.81

Abstract

SMK Negeri 4 Kepahiang is one of the State Vocational High Schools located in Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province. So far, the assessment system for outstanding students in schools is carried out by registering students and looking at 4 aspects of the assessment, namely the value of knowledge, the value of absenteeism, the value of non-academic achievement, the value of attitudes and behavior. The determination process is still done manually, where the four aspects will be compared between one student and another so that it can be known with various considerations, so that 3 outstanding students are obtained from the number of students. This is of course an obstacle for the school, because sometimes it is difficult to determine outstanding students and it takes quite a long time. The Decision Support System for determining outstanding students at SMK Negeri 4 Kepahiang was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database, where in the application one of the Decision Support System Methods (SPK) was applied, namely the Promethee Method. This application can be used as an alternative in assisting the school in determining outstanding students each academic year. The Decision Support System for determining outstanding students at SMK Negeri 4 Kepahiang begins with student assessment data which is then processed into the Promethee Method according to the stages of the method, so as to produce a final score by sorting the highest score to the lowest value. Based on the assessment data for the 2021/2022 Academic Year as many as 4 students, the outstanding student was Alim Predika with a net flow value of 0.42..

Abstract

Pelita Kasih High School which is a private school located in Bengkulu City. So far, the learning process at Pelita Kasih High School often makes students feel bored and lack understanding and mastery of the material that has been taught. This makes the school, especially the teacher, must conduct an analysis to determine the level of student satisfaction with the learning system every semester. However, the obstacle that occurs is that Pelita Kasih High School does not yet have a forum that can help students to provide assessments related to learning satisfaction in schools that are ongoing per semester. Applications measuring the level of student satisfaction with learning at Pelita Kasih High School Bengkulu are used to assist the school in knowing the level of student satisfaction per semester per academic year based on filling out the questionnaire form that has been done by students. The application to measure the level of student satisfaction has applied the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method which is used to determine the level of suitability of respondents based on the level of interest and level of satisfaction that has been given by students. The application to measure the level of student satisfaction with learning at SMA Pelita Kasih Bengkulu was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language. Based on the assessment of 18 students in the Even Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year, the average respondent suitability level (TKi) was 91.57% and showed that the level of student satisfaction with learning at school was very satisfied..

Abstract

The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province is one of the Government Agencies in Bengkulu Province, where the office has implemented Information Technology which is used to assist the data processing. Every The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province conducts employee performance assessments. In accordance with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2019 concerning Performance Assessment of Civil Servants Part Three Article 41 Point (2) The performance appraisal of civil servants as referred to in paragraph (1) can be carried out by giving each element of the assessment a weight of 70% for the SKP assessment and 30% for work behavior assessment or 60% for SKP assessment and 40% for work behavior assessment. At The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province, it uses the weight of the PNS performance assessment with 60% for the assessment of SKP and 40% for the assessment of work behavior. In the process of managing the data, computerization has been used through the Microsoft Office application package. The application for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province was made to help facilitate the Department in determining the best employees through 3 (three) decision support system methods, namely the SAW, WP, and TOPSIS methods. Comparative analysis of the 3 methods SAW, WP and TOPSIS went through 3 stages, namely processing time, final assessment results and sensitivity tests carried out. Applications for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province were built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database. Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the application for determining the best employees based on employee performance appraisal data at The Department of Horticulture and Plantation Crops of Bengkulu Province runs as expected and the application is able to display the results of comparative analysis of the SAW, WP and TOPSIS methods and is able to display sensitivity test results.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the services quality, facilities and infrastructure are needed that support the process of providing services. Where there needs to be proper treatment starting from the input, process, to the output of the services provided. Good relations and communication with the community are needed in an effort to maintain the continuity of a continuous service process. In addition, a service process environment is needed that is able to provide comfort and convenience for the community. The web-based service satisfaction assessment application at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu Province is an application built to facilitate the community in providing value to the services provided by officers which aims to evaluate the satisfaction assessment provided by the community. This application has applied the Servqual Method where the assessment is divided into 2 parts, namely perceptions and expectations. The web-based service satisfaction assessment application at at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu Province was made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application can be accessed online via the link http://rahmi.vad.my.id/, so that people can fill out the assessment anywhere and anytime. The web-based service satisfaction assessment application at at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu Province is divided into 2 access rights, namely Administrator and Community. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the web-based service satisfaction assessment application at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu Province runs as expected.
