Abstract

This research focuses on adapting (adaptive reuse) the Dharma Hospital building into a fitness center and cafe using quantitative methods. The aim of this research is to evaluate and understand how existing hospital buildings can be transformed and reused in attractive and profitable ways. Quantitative methods are used to collect and analyze data about the physical condition of buildings, space requirements, and user preferences. The research results show that with a creative approach, hospital buildings can be adapted to become modern and comfortable fitness centers and cafes while maintaining their historical and architectural value. The conclusion of this research is that adaptive reuse is an innovative and potential strategy for reusing hospital buildings that are no longer in use. This can not only improve people's quality of life and health, but can also provide added economic and social value.

Abstract

This aims to determine the CPU high or Controller Threshold on Huawei Doradoo V6000 Storage using the Decision Tree Algorithm Method, the process of data collection and research for this thesis was carried out in the period February to April 2024 with real data taken directly from Huawei Doradoo V6000 Storage, the method used in this research is the Decision Tree Algorithm, later it will facilitate decision making which aims to find out whether the CPU or Controller is experiencing Threshold or not the results of this study are expected to be an insight and one way or technique in knowing the CPU or Controller Threshold on Huawei Doradoo V6000 Storage. This research uses Quantitative Research which is a research that requires the use of many numbers in its research. The data used in this study is Primary Data, namely data sourced and obtained directly through the implementation of observations on the Huawei V6000 Storage Device. The basis for my consideration of taking this title is because the role of the CPU or Controller on Storage and Server is very important, the Controller on Storage and Server plays an important role in handling all types of computing tasks needed so that systems and applications can run properly. therefore this analysis is focused on how to analyze the High CPU on the Huawei V6000 Storage Device.

Abstract

Analyzing the activities of an agency or company is important in the running of each agency or company, because by looking at each parameter resulting from each activity analyzed, it can be a consideration for making improvements in the future. Based on the results of the author's interview with employees who work at the wastewater treatment plant of the damkar flat in West Jakarta, the ipal has been established since 2017, then the wastewater treatment technology applied at that place is Membrane Bioreactor (MBR). The author's data collection is based on checking and repair activities carried out by WWTP employees. After obtaining the daily activity report data, the author creates a dataset with attributes from the ipal parts of the damkar cengkareng flat. based on the performance of testing with the decision tree algorithm, the resulting accuracy value is 86,67% with a standard deviation result (+/-) of 23.31%.Based on the results of the analysis of the dataset of daily activity reports that the authors conducted using the decision tree algorithm, that the aerobic biofilter basin is the first or often problematic component of the ipal damkar cengkareng flat. To maximize the wastewater treatment process in the cengkareng damkar flat, it is necessary to add aerobic biofilter tanks to adjust the production of liquid waste from residents

Abstract

Hepatitis is an infectious disease that arises from infection with the hepatitis B virus (VHB), a member of the HBV family that can cause acute or chronic inflammation of the liver, which in some cases can progress to cirrhosis or liver cancer. HBsAg is a type of antigen contained in the membrane of the hepatitis B virus and can be detected in infected body fluids. Immunochromatography is a qualitative analysis method that binds antigen-antibodies in the form of a rapid test that detects the presence of targets in the sample without the use of special tools. The type of study was conducted using cross sectional with serum samples from 38 respondents who were examined for HBs antigen using the Immunocromatography method brand A and B. The results showed a negative result of 100%. After the analysis data using the Mann Whitney statistical test, the asymp.sig value (p-value) obtained was 1.803 which means >0.05, there was no significant comparison between brand A (wondfo) and brand B (monotest) diagnosing HbsAg). It was concluded that there was no significant comparison in the HBsAg examination using Immunocromatography brand A and B

Abstract

Islamic education plays an important role in advancing the education sector by implementing a holistic and integrative system. The success of Islamic educational institutions depends not only on the quality of education but also on how information about the institution is managed and promoted. Pondok Pesantren Sunannurrahman, an Islamic educational institution in Bogor, has a vision to develop knowledgeable and well-mannered Muslim generations. However, information about this pesantren is still conveyed through limited media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and banners, which results in less effective information dissemination. This research aims to design and implement a profile website for Pondok Pesantren Sunannurrahman to improve information delivery efficiency and expand audience reach. The website is expected to provide an integrated platform to manage information regarding the pesantren’s profile, facilities, news, photo gallery of activities, and announcements. The research method used is the waterfall method, which includes data collection, analysis, design, coding, and testing. The results show that the website successfully provides an efficient and accessible platform, capable of reaching a wider audience, including prospective students and the general public. With this website, Pondok Pesantren Sunannurrahman can effectively introduce the institution and disseminate important information.

Abstract

The Kapuas Riverbanks area is highly prone to tidal flooding (rob floods) due to tidal influences and rising river water levels. Recurring tidal floods not only cause physical damage but also impact the psychological well-being of the affected communities, particularly adolescents. Adolescents, as a vulnerable group, face emotional and social challenges, making them more susceptible to anxiety disorders triggered by the uncertainty and stress caused by such disasters, such as the threat of losing their homes, disruptions to daily activities, and concerns about their future.This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital SEFT (Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique) therapy in alleviating anxiety disorders among adolescents affected by tidal flooding in the operational area of Tambelan Sampit Community Health Center. The study employs a Quasi-Experimental design with a pre-test and post-test approach. Anxiety levels were measured using the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale), which has been digitally integrated into an Android-based application to facilitate accessibility and improve data collection accuracy. The results indicate that digital SEFT therapy significantly reduces anxiety scores in adolescents affected by tidal flooding. This demonstrates that a digital-based approach offers a practical and effective solution for supporting adolescent mental health in disaster-prone areas. The study recommends incorporating digital SEFT therapy into psychological disaster response programs, especially for addressing the psychological impacts of tidal flooding, to efficiently reach broader populations.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), popularly known as Artificial Intelligence for Everything (AIoT), has become a game-changing technology for industrial use. This research explores how AIoT enhances automation and efficiency in industrial machinery through networked devices, real-time decision-making, and advanced data analytics. Through a thorough analysis of recent studies and academic publications, the paper emphasizes the potential of AIoT in intelligent monitoring systems, process optimization, and predictive maintenance. The findings reveal that AIoT enables industrial machines to operate autonomously by leveraging AI algorithms to analyze data collected from IoT devices. This integration reduces downtime, optimizes resource utilization, and improves overall operational efficiency. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the role of edge computing and cloud-based platforms in facilitating seamless data processing and decision-making in real-time. Key challenges such as data security, system scalability, and implementation cost are also identified, along with potential strategies to address these issues. This research provides valuable insights for industry stakeholders, policy makers, and researchers interested in leveraging AIoT to revolutionize industrial operations and achieve Industry 4.0 goals.

Abstract

                Melon, especially the Cucumis melo species, is a fruit that is widely favored by the public for various reasons, ranging from its sensory appeal to its nutritional benefits. Melon has various characteristics including variations in shape, fruit weight, net skin lines, skin color, fruit color, flesh texture, water content, aroma, and price. The many variations in attributes in melons that influence consumer preferences for purchasing this melon are the basis for the importance of this study. The total number of respondents in this study was 80 respondents. This study is a study of consumer preferences for purchasing melons in Surakarta. The attributes analyzed in this study are: taste, weight, aroma, fruit texture, fruit color, water content, shape, net skin lines, and price. The data analysis method was carried out by validity testing, reliability testing, analysis using the chi-square method. The results showed that all attributes in this study were said to be significant for consumer preferences for purchasing melons. The sweet taste of melon is the most important attribute in purchasing melons. The fragrant and refreshing aroma typical of melons and the bright orange color of the flesh, and the crunchy texture of the fruit are three important attributes in purchasing melons. Meanwhile, high water content, round fruit shape, weight 1-1.5kg are attributes with a ranking of five to seven in purchasing melons. Net skin lines and melon price are the last attributes, meaning that both attributes are the last considerations in purchasing melons.

Abstract

Extraction is a crucial process in obtaining bioactive compounds from various materials. This literature review aims to discuss different extraction methods along with their advantages and limitations in various applications. Extraction methods can be categorized into conventional and modern techniques. With technological advancements, extraction methods have become more diverse and efficient. Selecting the appropriate method is essential for extraction success, depending on the type of material and the compounds to be obtained. One of the most efficient modern methods is Microwave-Assisted Extraction (MAE), which offers advantages such as higher yield, shorter extraction time, and reduced solvent usage compared to conventional methods.

Abstract

Sepsis is a life-threatening organ malfunction caused by the dysregulation of the body's reaction to infection. Septic dysfunction can occur in almost any organ, which ends in multi-organ disfunction. Decreased thrombocyte levels and decreased awareness as parameters of organ dysfunction in sepsis can increase the risk of prolonged treatment. The aim of the research is to find out the relationship between GCS and thrombocyte levels with the long-term treatment of sepsis patients. Research with cross-sectional analytical observational methods, carried out at Cut Meutia North Aceh RSU, September - November 2023. The sample was 63 patients diagnosed with sepsis according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria obtained from medical records. The results of the study included 43 men (68.3%), 35 men (55.6%) with long-term treatment (>6 days), 32 people (50.8%) with normal thrombocyte levels (150,000-450,000/μl), and 51 people (81%) with GCS 15 or composmentis. Spearman's results showed no significant relationship between thrombocyte levels (p=0.846) and GCS (p =0.153) with the length of treatment of sepsis patients.
