Abstract

Long jump ability is influenced by various factors, one of which is physical condition. So that training is needed that can encourage the improvement of physical conditions such as training to increase the explosive power of leg muscles. This research is included in the experimental research category. Experimental research aims to investigate and improve the manifestation of explosive power in muscles. The sample in this study amounted to 17 people selected by total sampling technique. The stages in this study include taking pre-test data, providing treatment in the form of explosive power training, and taking post-test data. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is to use the paired sample T test. Based on the results of data analysis, the Sig. value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained with a mean value for the pre-test of long jump ability of 3.2 and a mean value for the post-test of long jump of 4.3. So it can be concluded that leg muscle explosive power training has an effect in improving the long jump ability of PJKR-SD FIK UNM students with an increase of 34.4%.

Abstract

The Jatitujuh Men's Team's defense against attacks from the opposition was extremely poor; in two sets of games, the Block on Target was only 25 times, while the Block Out Target was 30 times. Poor defense is caused by players not communicating with one another, defending in an unprepared manner when attacked, continuing to jump incorrectly, and having both hands wide. To get around this, a defensive training paradigm was selected. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether defensive training models have an impact on a player's capacity to fend off attacks from opponents during a volleyball match. Quasi Experimental Design research, specifically One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, is the methodology employed in this study. There were 14 members of the Putra Jatitujuh Club who made up the population of this study. A saturated sample was used, meaning that every member of the population was included in the sample. The study's findings indicate that defensive training models have an impact on players' capacity to fend off opponents' attacks during volleyball matches. The results of the t test show that, at the 5% significance level, with df=n-1=14-1=13, or 2.160, the tcount value of 3.576 is greater than the ttable value. As a result, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating a significant difference in the ability to withstand an opponent's attack before and after receiving treatment in the form of a defensive training model and the defensive training model has an influence of 51.6% in increasing the ability to withstand an opponent's attack in a volleyball game.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Plyometric Exercise on the smash learning outcomes of class XI students of SMK NEGERI 1 Ciamis. This research method is a quantitative method with experiments, using a pre-test-post-test group research design. The population in this study was male students of class XI SMK NEGERI 1 Ciamis 30, the sampling technique applied in this study was purposive sampling. The instrument used in the smash test research. The results of the statistical hypothesis t test. From the calculation of the two pre-test and post-test data, the t-count is 3.89 and with n17 and a significance level of 0.05, from the list of tables attached, the t-table is 2.11. If compared, it can be seen that the value of t count (3.89 > 2.11) t table, then HO is rejected. With the rejection of HO, it is concluded that there is an effect of Plyometric Exercise on the smash learning outcomes of class XI students of SMK NEGERI 1 Ciamis.

Abstract

This research uses a survey method through an evaluative descriptive approach, which aims to determine the existence of woodball athlete coaching in IWbA Buleleng Regency. This research can be used as a reference for other regions to foster to produce potential woodball athletes for their regions and in the future for Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the existence of coaching woodball athletes in IWbA Buleleng Regency is going very well, because it is supported by (1) the complete and obedient administrative profile of the Buleleng Regency IWbA organization; (2) support from agencies/institutions (Government/Disdikpora/KONI Buleleng Regency) synergistically running optimally; (3) human resources (HR) are very adequate; (4) training facilities and equipment are very complete; and (5) continuous athlete coaching is carried out. The younger generation in Buleleng Regency deserves to choose woodball sports to be involved in because (1) woodball sports are easy to learn and safe for various ages; (2) woodball sports can be pursued by men or women; (3) the price of equipment is affordable; (4) woodball sports can be used as a tool to add positive activities; (5) woodball sports can be used as a tool to build beautiful relationships; (6) woodball sports can be used as a tool to make it easier to find schools/colleges (for those who excel); (7) can make it easier to get to know the region/world through the events that are followed; and (8) woodball sports can be used as a tool to pursue an achievement sport that can be aligned with other achievement/popular sports. The obstacles faced include: (1) training programs/schedules often clash with student/athlete school schedules; (2) training programs/schedules often clash with student/athlete college schedules; (3) lack of coaching funds to participate in national/international level events; (4) students who become athletes sometimes take too long dispensation (school/college permission) when participating in championships (so that athletes become a burden on the mind because they do not participate in school/college activities); (5) the lack of attention from schools to open extra-curricular woodball sports; and (6) the Sukasada Solid Works field is still used by the surrounding community to play soccer, so that sometimes the attached fairway rope is often detached.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological design. The subjects of the study are physical education teachers from junior high school (SMP) and high school (SMA) who have experience or understanding of the use of technology, including AI-based media, in the learning process. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling techniques, which are based on certain criteria, such as having at least 3 years of experience teaching physical education, having used or having basic knowledge of AI-based media in learning, and being willing to participate in research. Qualitative data was collected through interviews. In conclusion, the use of AI technology in physical education learning has great potential to improve the quality of learning, but there are still many challenges that must be overcome. With the support of infrastructure, technological literacy, and the right policies, AI can be an important innovation that supports physical education teachers in facing the demands of the digital era.

Abstract

This study uses experimental methods with pre-test and post-test designs. The subject of the study is students who are taking athletic courses in the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program. A total of 30 students were selected by purposive sampling based on certain criteria, such as healthy physical condition, basic ability to jump long jump, and willingness to participate in training programs consistently. Data analysis was carried out using a paired sample t-test statistical test to determine the significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results. The results of the hypothesis test using the Paired Sample T Test are known to have a mean value of 4.3 pre-test data, a mean value of post-test data of 4.9, with a mean difference of 0.6, so it can be said that sprint exercises are able to improve students' long jump skills. Furthermore, based on the results of the study, it is known that the Sig. value is 0.000 or < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a difference in the data of pre-test and post-test students' long jump ability. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it can be concluded that sprint exercises are proven to be effective as a method to improve students' long jump ability.
