Abstract

Until now, in Indonesia itself it is still dominated by conventional banks, this indicates that people prefer to use conventional bank products. Literacy, promotion and religiosity are factors that can influence people's decision-making behavior. Among all the factors mentioned, each has quite diverse views and assessments. This research aims to analyze the influence of literacy, promotion and religiosity on people's decisions to use sharia banking products. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study was 3,489 people with a sampling technique, namely random sampling technique and sample determination using the Taro Yamane formula for 100 respondents. With data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests and hypothesis tests. Data processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application. The results of this research show that literacy has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in West Mendo District, Bangka Regency with tcount (3.775) > t- table (1.66055), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted with a significance value of (0.000). Promotion also has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in West Mendo District, Bangka Regency with tcount (2.718) > t-table (1.66055), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted with a significance value of (0.008). Religiosity also has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions in West Mendo District, Bangka Regency with a t-count of 2.406 > t-table (1.66055), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted with a significance value of (0.018). Simultaneously Literacy and Promotion have a significant effect on customer decisions with the Fcount value (67.334) > F-table value (2.70), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted or if you see a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

Knowledge of sharia banks andbrand image has an important role for the survival of an Islamic bank. Islamic banking is a service industry that carries out its business activities based on Islamic principles. The majority of Indonesians, including Muslim entrepreneurs, to students like the santri choose Islamic banks to conduct transactions based on an understanding of Islamic banking and brand image. This makes the students interested in saving in Islamic banks. However, based on previous knowledge and researchbrand image have influence but not significant. This study aims to review and analyze the effect of knowledge andbrand image sharia banks on the interest of Islamic boarding school students in saving in Bangka Regency. The research used is quantitative research with techniquessimple random sampling, while for data measurement usingscale likert. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing). The results of this study indicate that the knowledge variable influences the intention to save Islamic boarding school students in Bangka Regency, with a value of tcount(5,128) > ttable(1.652142), with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Variablebrand image effect on the intention to save Islamic boarding school students in Bangka regency, with a value of tcount(6,319) > ttable(1.652142), with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Variable knowledge andbrand image simultaneously influencing the intention to save Islamic boarding school students in Bangka Regency, with a value of Fcount(86,236) > Ftable(3,04).

Abstract

Performance is an important aspect in managing employees in a company, this is because companies need employees who have quality and are competent in their fields to achieve the goals of an organization. One form of activity carried out by the company is to conduct job-related training to increase knowledge and job placement with different levels of competency. This research aims to determine the effect of Training and Job Placement on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously. This research uses Human Resource Management theory related to employee performance. This research is field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Bangka Belitung Sharia People's Financing Bank, Koba Branch, Central Bangka Regency, totaling 30 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling in which all members of the population are sampled. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the results of respondents' answers via questionnaires, while secondary data is obtained from information collected as necessary supporting data. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing. The research results based on the t test show that the training variable and work placement variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the training factor which obtained a tcount value of 7.906 > ttable 2.048 with a sig level of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the job placement factor obtained was tcount 5.560 > ttable 2.048 with a sig level of 0.000 < 0.05. The research results based on the F test show that training variables and work placement variables have a positive effect on employee performance with a Fcount value of 153.184 > Ftable 4.21 with a sig level of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square value obtained was 95.9%, while the remaining 4.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Technological advances have had many positive impacts on the development of zakat management. Especially in terms of increasing transparency, accountability and service quality. These three aspects are considered to have an impact on increasing the number of muzakki in Zakat Institutions, including the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAZ). This study seeks to analyze the relationship between these three aspects on the decision to become muzakki with zakat at the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The population of this study is 518 people, with a sample of 84 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26.0. as an analytical tool. The research results show that, partially, Transparency, Accountability and Service Quality have a significant effect on Muzakki's decision to pay zakat at BAZNAZ Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Simultaneously, these three variables also show the same results. The Study also shows that three variables contribute a portion of 10.5% factors of decision to become muzakki, while the rest are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Marriage is a teaching based on the Koran and Sunnah in various ways of expressing it. In carrying out a wedding, of course you have to fulfill the pillars of marriage. One of the pillars of marriage is having a guardian. Guardianship in marriage is carried out by the guardian of the lineage and the guardian of the judge. The main problem in this research is the marriage contract which should be carried out by the nasab guardian or natural guardian, whereas for several reasons the consent in the marriage contract is carried out by the judge's guardian with the main problem being what is the reason for the transfer of the marriage contract to a judge replacing the nasab guardian at the Office of Religious Affairs Sungailiat District and what is the view of Islamic law regarding the position of guardian judge. This research is qualitative research using a juridical-empirical approach. The sources of this research are Primary Legal Materials (observations and interviews), Secondary Legal Materials (books, journals and other scientific works), data preparation is carried out by studying activities to understand an object from an event based on knowledge and previously known ideas. Based on the results of research on the reasons for the transition to a marriage contract with a judge as guardian according to Islamic law, marriage data for semester 1 of 2023 at the KUA, Sungailiat District, there are several factors that cause this transition, namely due to a break in the lineage, namely the guardian dies, the guardian of the lineage is unseen, namely the whereabouts of the guardian of the lineage are unknown. , the guardian of the lineage is of a different religion, the guardian of the lineage is adholic or reluctant, the child was born out of wedlock and the guardian is carrying out the Hajj or Umrah. It is for these reasons that the marriage contract is carried out with a guardian judge. The position of the judge's guardian according to Islamic law is that the judge's guardian acts as a substitute guardian in the event of the absence of a guardian and his status is valid as long as the terms and conditions apply. Abstract

E-court is a court instrument in the form of service to people who want to litigate online. One of the reasons for the birth of the e-court system was based on the need for services in cases that were easer, cheaper, faster and more efficent. This also includes divorce cases where the number of cases always dominates in every court, including the Mentok Religious Court. This research aims to find out how effective the implementation of contested divorce cases is using the e-court system and the factors that influence its implementation at the class II Mentok Religious Court. This type of research is qualitative research with an empirical juridical approach. Data collection techniques were carred out using intervews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is carred out in three steps, namely data reduction for agences related to the implementation of e-court, data display or presentation of research data, so that conclusions are drawn that answer the problems of this research. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of implementing divorce cases using the E-court system at the Mentok Class II Religious Court has generally been carred out in accordance with existing regulations, however if measured based on Soerjono Soekanto's theory the implementation is still less effective, this is because there are still several factors which have not been fulfilled properly include legal means and facilites, public awareness factors and cultural factors.

Abstract

Child support problems arise after divorce. Parents often neglect and ignore their rights and obligations, even though their obligations to care for, educate and support their children are no different from when they were not divorced. This research is about providing child support due to the breakdown of marriage due to divorce in Permis Village, Simpang Rimba District, South Bangka Regency with the problem of how to provide child support after divorce in the Permis Village Community, Simpang Rimba District, South Bangka Regency and the influencing factors. This research aims to describe the provision of child support in the Permis Village community, Simpang Rimba District, South Bangka Regency, whether its implementation is in accordance with the applicable regulations or not. This research shows that the mother generally provides child support after divorce in the Permis Village community, while ex-husbands do not fully or only partially and some even do not provide child support rights at all, which results in child support rights not being fulfilled properly. Providing child support in the Permis Village community is not in line with the rules as contained in Article 41 of the Marriage Law. The influencing factors are the ex-husband who is irresponsible in fulfilling the child's child support rights after divorce, the ex-husband's economic limitations and the ability of the working mother to provide for the child. This research suggests that a working father should try to provide support for his children after divorce according to his ability. For husbands and wives who are going to divorce, it is necessary to know first about children's maintenance rights after divorce so that children do not become victims of divorce due to failure to fulfill child maintenance properly after divorce, and for future researchers to be able to conduct more in-depth research so that they can provide better results and provide positive contribution to the child's future after divorce.

Abstract

Ruislag waqf land is one example of the many human needs currently so that the government makes regulations to adapt to the needs of the community. The existence of regulations regarding Waqf Land Ruislag which are contained in Government Regulation Number 25 of 2018 concerning the Implementation of Waqf Land Ruislag, has created a new color in society. Along with the understanding of people who follow only one school of thought or the general public in implementing waqf. The problem in this article is, how is the implementation of Waqf Land Ruislag in Bukit Baru Pangkalpinang City, Bangka Belitung Islands Province Based on Government Regulation Number 25 of 2018 and how is the Implementation of Waqf Land Ruislag in Bukit Baru Pangkalpinang City, Bangka Belitung Islands Province Based on Government Regulation Number 25 of 2018 Reviewed from Istihsan. This research is qualitative research using a Juridical-Empirical approach. The source of this research is primary data obtained from observations and interviews with the Head of the local Religious Affairs Office as well as observations and interviews with the chairman of the nadzir and the treasurer of the mosque under study. Then it is also equipped with supporting secondary data. Rules regarding Government Regulation Number 25 of 2018 concerning the Implementation of Waqf Land Ruislag. Case studies in Bukit Baru, Pangkalpinang City, show that the procedures and conditions set out in it are aimed at utilizing waqf land (ruislag) by creating facilities that support religious interests. Istihsan's review of the implementation of the Government Regulation in Bukit Baru, Pangkalpinang City, is a form of collective responsibility for the condition of waqf land which has no use or value in it to cover the harm in an effort to utilize waqf land (ruislag) and maintain waqf property so that it is useful for the benefit of general (Istihsan bil Al-Maslahah).
