Abstract

This research was conducted in Aursati Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Management of Tourism by Desi-Owned Enterprises in Aursati village and to know the inhibiting factors of Tourism Management by Village-Owned Enterprises in Aursati Village. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, research that describes a situation or research conducted to determine the value of an independent variable, either one variable or more without making comparisons or relationships between one variable with another variable. Based on the results of interviews, documentation, and field observations and then analyzed it can be concluded that Tourism Management by the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Permata Sakti Aursati Village on development indicators for which sub-indicators are poor supervision due to supervisory institutions that do not implement the SOP, while at the stage institutions and arrangements have been implemented well, and the inhibiting factors are human resources and community participation. .

Abstract

Abstract Financial literacy is a basic need for everyone to minimize financial problems. The rapid development of the world economy, if not balanced with a good understanding of finance, will certainly have a big impact. Especially students as the main pillar for building a better economy in the future. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data in this study were obtained from literature in the form of journals, books, and others. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis, which is a method that describes, explains and describes in detail the problems being studied by collecting information with trigulation (combined) techniques. Research results generally show that the literacy level of developing countries, including Indonesia, is still low. This condition is a serious problem considering that financial literacy has a positive effect on financial inclusion and behavior.

Abstract

Fuel oil is one of the vital elements needed to serve the wider community, both in poor countries, developing countries and even in countries with developed country status. The current use of fuel oil not only has implications for a country's foreign policy which has a significant influence on the country's economic growth, but also has a global impact resulting in human suffering. The type of research used in this research is normative juridical research which examines the law of internal perspective with the object of research being legal norms. Normative legal research functions to provide juridical arguments when there is a vacuum, ambiguity and conflict of norms. This means that normative legal research plays a role in maintaining critical aspects of legal science as normative science.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking is still not widely known by the majority of the public. This is due to the insufficient outreach efforts made by Islamic banking institutions. Consequently, the public lacks understanding about Islamic banking products, and there is a need to capture the attention of the residents of Airgegas village or motivate them by addressing the factors that influence their decision to choose Islamic banking services, which include knowledge and motivation. This research aims to identify the determining factors of interest in saving, specifically knowledge and motivation, among the residents of Airgegas Village in South Bangka Regency in saving at Islamic banks. This research employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of 4,786 individuals, with the sample selection technique being simple random sampling. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 98 respondents. Data processing was conducted using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the knowledge variable (X1) influences the interest of the residents of Airgegas Village in saving at Islamic banks (Y) with a t-value of 9.699 > t-table value of 1.985. Furthermore, the motivation variable (X2) influences the interest of the residents of Airgegas Village in saving at Islamic banks (Y) with a t-value of 2.592 > t-table value of 1.985. Simultaneously, the knowledge (X1) and motivation (X2) variables have a positive influence, with an F-value of 109.714 > F-table value of 3.09, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, both variables together have a positive and significant effect on the interest of the residents of Airgegas Village in saving at Islamic banks.

Abstract

The Investment Gallery of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) serves as a means of introducing the Capital Market to the academic world. The IDX is a collaboration between universities and securities companies, aiming to introduce the Capital Market from both theoretical and practical perspectives. A common social phenomenon is where individuals are influenced to make decisions because others in their environment are doing so. This phenomenon frequently occurs in the investment world, where investors follow the actions of other investors despite having limited knowledge and information. The lack of interest in investing is due to two factors, namely knowledge and motivation to invest. This research is quantitative, utilizing a quantitative approach which is a method to test specific theories and can be conducted by examining the relationships between variables. The data collection techniques used include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample size used in this study is 91 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Firstly, the results of this study indicate that partially, the investment knowledge variable, with a significance level of 0.020 < 0.05 and a t-value of 2.371, compared to the t-table value of 1.661, shows that t-value 2.371 > t-table 1.661, has a positive and significant effect on the interest in investing among students of the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Secondly, the motivation variable shows that partially, the motivation variable, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 6.028, compared to the t-table value of 1.661, shows that t-value 6.028 > t-table 1.661, has a positive and significant effect on the interest in investing among students of the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Thirdly, simultaneously, the investment knowledge and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-value of 96.812 > F-table 3.10. Therefore, it can be concluded that the investment knowledge and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in investing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange by 68.0%, while the remaining 32.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Return On Assets is an indicator used to measure bank management's ability to obtain overall profits. The greater the Return On Assets of a bank, the greater the level of profit achieved by the bank. There are two factors that influence Return On Assets, namely Ijarah financing, Qardh financing. This research aims to analyze whether Return On Assets is influenced by Ijarah financing and Qardh financing. This research uses a quantitative method using secondary data with a sample of 60 sample data from all Sharia People's Financing Banks. The objects of research are Ijarah financing, Qardh financing, and Return On Assets at Sharia People's Financing Banks in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation techniques and literature study. The data analysis techniques used in this research are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. This research uses Eviews 12 Software. The results of this research show that the Ijarah variable partially has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets which has a tcount value of - 2.235981> ttable value of 2.001717 and a significance value of 0.0293 <0.05 which shows that this variable has a negative and significant influence on the Return On Asset variable. The Qardh variable partially has no significant effect on Return On Assets which has a t-count value of the Qardh variable of -1.861409 >< ttable value of 2.001717 and a significance value of 0.0678 > 0.05 which shows that this variable has no effect on the Return On Asset variable. There is a significant simultaneous influence of the Ijarah and Qardh variables on Return On Assets at Sharia People's Financing Banks in Indonesia in 2017-2021. This shows that the simultaneous test results have an Fcount value of 11.49290> a Ftable value of 3.16 with a significance value of 0.000064

Abstract

In a family, harmonious relationships between parents and between parents and children will have a positive impact on the child's growth and development process. However, in reality, the wheel of life always turns faster for some families, disputes, misery, harmony and suffering seem to come and go, causing divorce which then has a negative impact on their children. This research aims to analyze the impact of divorce on children's mental health and growth and development. In this research, the author will explain the impact of divorce on children's mental health, because generally when parents divorce, the main impact of the divorce is the child. Lack of parental attention and love for children will decrease or even disappear after they divorce, this will cause anxiety, restlessness, confusion and sadness for a child, which will then disrupt mental development and the process of growth and development, especially for children who are at the age of during adolescence, there is a high possibility that they will experience emotional disturbances which will ultimately lead them to juvenile delinquency which will damage their future. Abstract

This research raises the problem of murabahah using wakalah contracts in murabahah transactions because side streaming often occurs by customers after disbursement of murabahah financing. This research aims to analyze how murabahah contracts are implemented and analyze how murabahah contracts are monitored in micro financing. Study of Bank Syariah Indonesia Pangkalpinang Branch Office. BSI applies murabahah financing products which are applied to micro financing which aims to enable members to own goods or business equipment to support business activities. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation. Respondents were bank leaders, micro marketing staff and operational staff. As for the data analysis method using the Miles and Huberman approach, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that in theory the murabahah bil wakalah contract carried out by BSI KC Pangkalpinang in financing micro businesses is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa. The murabahah process with wakalah is to carry out a wakalah contract first. After that, enter into a murabahah contract. Murabahah which is applied to micro financing using murabahah bil wakalah often causes side streaming by customers when the bank is disbursed with a wakalah agreement.

Abstract

The prohibition of LGBTQ practices in Indonesia based on article 28B paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution is a controversial issue. The article reads, "Everyone has the right to form a family and continue their offspring through legal marriage." The interpretation of this article gives rise to differences of opinion, between those who support and those who reject the prohibition. Supporters of the ban argue that LGBTQ practices conflict with Indonesia's religious and cultural values. They argued that marriage should only be carried out by husband and wife pairs consisting of a man and a woman. Meanwhile, those who oppose the ban argue that LGBTQ practices are human rights that must be respected. They argue that everyone has the right to freely determine their sexual orientation and gender identity. Legal provisions regarding the prohibition of LGBTQ practices in Indonesia are still unclear. However, several regional regulations have prohibited this practice, such as in South Tangerang City, Depok City and Bogor Regency. Ultimately, decisions regarding the ban on LGBTQ practices in Indonesia are the authority of the government. The government needs to consider various aspects, including legal, religious, cultural and human rights aspects, in making this decision.

Abstract

This research explains the problem of how business knowledge and family environment influence students' interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is an important factor in the economic growth of a country. Entrepreneurs play a role in creating jobs, increasing competitiveness and encouraging innovation. This research method uses a type of quantitative research that uses primary data with a sample of 77 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis testing and the research instrument uses SPSS version 22. The population in this research includes students from the 2020-2022 Sharia Banking study program at the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics, IAIN Syaik Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung, totaling 326 students. Meanwhile, this research sample had 77 respondents. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence based on the results of the t test with significant business knowledge, the t value is 18,876, while the t table with degrees of freedom of 80 at alpha 0.05 is 1,664, so that H1 is accepted, H0 is rejected or if you look at the significance it is 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the Fcount value was 280.542. Thus Fcount (280.542) > Ftable 3.12, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or if you see a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that the variables Business Knowledge and Family Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship of Islamic banking study program students at IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung.
