Abstract

In conceptually, da'wah can be interpreted as an effort to invite, bring and move people to achieve better conditions. Da'wah can be interpreted as gathering people in goodness and showing them to the right path by way of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. This can occur because of the precise preaching planning and strategy carried out by true Islamic fighters (our predecessors) in remodel a society without causing prolonged horizontal conflict. So the society know that Islam is friendly, tolerant, and full of peace religion. In the assessment, we will be a central place to the problems of society and life. We do not hold to the motto "word for word, poem for poem". We don’t want to let go of poetry from its social and communicative functions. It is natural for an artist to create his work based on concrete problems caused by the tensions of the community. The important thing is the personal style of the artist used to express something for the public. This paper aims to describe the cultural concept of LESBUMI NU with the Saptawikrama strategy.

Abstract

Acculturation between tafseer and tradition in Indonesia, like an aculturation between Islam and culture. The process of acculturation is successful. The dialogue between tradition and tafseer makes both of them not deny each other. However, the study about that, just strengthening the evidence from the results of the analysis about the products of interpretation. As a result, the study about interpretation in Indonesia become a repetitive study and only focuses on interpretation products. The development of an acculturative method that has proven successful, is more essential to provide new methods for interpretation in Indonesia. On these problems, this study aims to find the concept of acculturation in interpretations in Indonesia which makes classical interpretations as a reference. This research uses qualitative methods with literature study techniques. As a tool in analyzing data, this study also uses historical analysis with the approach of al-thâbit wa al-mutaḥawwil and hermeneutics. The study found that the usage of classical interpretation is only used to find the moral ideal of a verse, which is then modified and interpreted according to the Javanese world view of the complex world. To modify this interpretation, Indonesian commentators do so by referring to three principles, namely conservative-reactionary, conservative-argumentative, conservative-reactionary

Abstract

Basically in a marriage a man can only have one wife. A woman can only have one husband. Law number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law provides an opportunity if the male party wishes to have more than one wife, the Court can give permission to a husband who wishes to have more than one wife if the parties wish to do so. One of the objectives of Islamic law is to create benefit and avoid damage (mafsadah). If an action that has not been committed is strongly suspected to cause damage (mafsadah), then things that lead to the action are prohibited. This legal method became known as Sad Zari'ah. The permissibility of polygamy contained in the Marriage Law indirectly, this rule has implemented the concept of sad dzari'ah, because sad dzari'ah itself (generic meaning: closing the road) is preventing an act from causing mafsadah (damage). if an intermediary will cause mafsadah. So the prevention of mafsadah is carried out, because it is forbidden. This is solely for the sake of benefit and rejecting mafsadah (damage) for all citizens in general, and for husband and wife in particular.
