Abstract

ABSTRACT   In general, in association or daily activities, ethics and communication are things that must be considered, this is because both are the basis for a person's behavior with other people in his environment. The definition of ethics itself is a behavior as a standard that regulates association in social groups, while communication is the process of conveying information both orally and in writing or pictures between two or more people to achieve a common goal. Communication ethics can be said as a principle that regulates relationships in interacting between humans, including norms, values or measures of behavior in communication activities in a society. Ethics of communication is needed in every human activity that has the goal of being able to convey information quickly, precisely and accurately as well as being able to build good relationships, as a form of courtesy in behaving, and being part of mutual respect or respect for others. Communication ethics has an important role in everyday life where the message conveyed will be easily received by others and can generate positive feedback. Communication ethics also plays a role in public services so that information can be conveyed and received properly to all levels of society. This explanation encouraged Pamulang University lecturers to hold community service activities (PKM) with the title "Ethics of Communication of Government Apparatuses to the Community in Cibadung Village, Gunungsindur District, Bogor Regency". The purpose of this PKM is to provide an understanding of the roles, benefits, and objectives of communication ethics for the smoothness and success of government apparatus in conveying information to the public. Keywords: ethics, communication, government apparatus

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this Community Service activity is to help parents to acquire the ability to speak English in different context tenses and help children with English assignments. PkM activities take place at Majlis Taklim Al-Fattah which is located in Serpong Terrace in South Tangerang; participants are members of associations in religious activities. There were 25 participants who had difficulties in helping children complete English assignments related to English grammar and the desire to speak English. The method to be applied is qualitative which is directed at elaborating the PkM results which are descriptive in nature. After the training process, we found two positive points, namely participants were able to recount their daily activities, past activities, and plans they would do in a short and correct way. They are able to arrange randomly arranged sentences into correct sentences according to the context they have studied. In addition, the results of the questionnaire show that parents are able to help their children's schoolwork in terms of grammar such as present and future tense. In the present simple, parents still have difficulty in distinguishing between -s and -es affixes. The rest, for the past simple, parents do not show significant ability due to the weakness of identifying the first and second verbs. Abstract

ABSTRACT Stroke is the third leading cause of death after coronary heart disease. The prevalence of stroke cases in Central Java is 3.09%. Stroke can affect the patient's life in physical, emotional, psychological, cognitive, and social aspects. The level of physical and mental disability in stroke patients can affect the quality of life. The purpose of this community service is to measure the quality of life using the EQ-5D-5L method to create public awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle as a form of prevention of a disease compared to if they are sick they continue to take expensive treatment. Another goal is stroke training to increase the immunity of the human body so that it is susceptible to disease and makes life healthy without having to depend on drugs. Activities include education on stroke prevention as early as possible, antistroke-antistress exercises, distribution of stroke posters and measuring patient quality. This activity was attended by 44 prolanists. A total of 44 participants. There was a significant difference (p<0.05) in the level of knowledge of the participants after the three stages of stroke prevention counseling, which included material related to stroke disease, material on stroke risk factors, material on identifying early symptoms of stroke and material on smart ways to prevent stroke. The results of measuring the quality of life with the final EQ-5D-5L method are 0,83 influenced by age and occupation, which shows a P value <0.05. The results of the final VAS measurement 86,30.... were not affected by patient characteristics, indicated by a P value > 0.05. The purpose of this community service activity has succeeded in providing benefits as evidenced by measurements of quality of life showing an increase in EQ-VAS and EQ-5D-5L values, as a result of successful education, increased immunity due to antistroke-antistress exercises. Keywords: Stroke, EQ-5D-5L, EQ-VAS, Quality of life, Immunity

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of implementing this PKM is that we want to provide training on strategies and knowledge on how to be able to increase community satisfaction with the services of the Cibadung Village apparatus. The participants of this PKM implementation are all staff/apparatus of Cibadung Village, with the aim of providing a higher understanding and conveying guidance in the form of a strategy on how to improve the services of Cibadung Village apparatus and increase the satisfaction of the Cibadung Village community towards the services of Cibadung Village apparatus. We carry out this PKM implementation method in several ways, namely: Providing guidance and training to all Cibadung Village apparatus regarding work discipline and Excellent Service; Provide opportunities for all PKM participants to express opinions, input, suggestions including complaints faced by participants; Open discussion forums, to provide problem solving and solutions to problems faced by all Cibadung village officials. Based on the implementation of observations that we made directly with Partners, the problems encountered were obtained, including the following: There are still some Cibadung village officials whose work discipline still needs to be improved; There are still obstacles for the Cibadung Village apparatus in conveying information to the community with effective communication; and others. For the problems above, the service team submitted several solutions to solve the problems faced by the Cibadung village apparatus, including the following: 1) We, the service team, provided counseling which contained material on strategies to increase community satisfaction in terms of service to the Cibadung village apparatus; 2) We are a team of servants delivering and providing training on how to improve discipline in public services with the hope that community satisfaction will increase; 3) We are a service team providing excellent service training or excellent service to all Cibadung Village apparatus. While the outcomes that the service team wants to obtain from this PKM activity are: 1) There has been an increase in the discipline of the Cibadung Village apparatus; 2) Knowledge of excellent service or excellent service for all Cibadung village apparatus increases; 3) All Cibadung Village apparatus have the ability to handle community complaints and have the expertise to provide solutions. Keywords: Strategic, Public Satisfaction , Services, Village Staff

Abstract

ABSTRACT Partners in this community service activity are staff/apparatus of Cibadung village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency such as village heads, section heads (Kasie), heads of affairs (Kaur), hamlet heads (Kadus). The location of the partners is at Jalan Pendidikan RT 003/03 Gunung Sindur, Bogor 16340. The main problems faced by partners are low work discipline, selective work, uneven skills, not optimal attendance levels, and weak supervision from leaders. Method of implementation PKM activities use the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method or a participatory learning and practice process in the form of counseling, role playing training and simulations on building the integrity of village officials in carrying out their responsibilities as village community servants. The result of this activity is that village staff/apparatus have motivation, integrity and responsibility, apply the principle of "serving and not being served", the emergence of innovation and creativity and a better working spirit of partners than before. Keywords: : Integrity Development, Village Staff

ABSTRACT Understanding the value of religious moderation in schools for both teachers and students must be implemented in real life in the development of education. Religious moderation is also meant to prevent radicalism among students. The values of tolerance accept differences and diversity, especially in thinking, will be a development for science. One way to implement religious moderation is with a writing culture. Writing can give you the feel of being open about what is on your mind. Abstract

ABSTRACT  Research and community service is one of the tasks of tertiary institutions to provide services to the community covering various fields of life by utilizing, developing and applying science, technology and art as an effort to contribute to the progress of society.The method used in this activity is the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach or the Participatory Learning and Practice Process. PLA is a community empowerment method that consists of a learning process (training, brainstorming, and discussion) on topics such as increasing human resources, growing self-confidence, integrity, and responsibility for tasks and afterwards followed by real actions or activities that are relevant to the community. material presented (Mardikanto and Soebiato, 2012: 203). This service activity is carried out in the form of counseling with assistance related to archiving. Archives that were previously stored conventionally can be transferred to digital archives to make it easier for the Village Staff of the Cibadung Village, Gunung Sindur, Bogor City, to store data for the benefit of the community, in accordance with Law on Archive Management no.43, th. 2009, this community service activity was carried out by lecturers and students as the Academic Community so that its presence in the community provides benefits as a form of Higher Education's Tri Dharma. Moreover, in this era of globalization we are entering the digital era, the role of the world of higher education in advancing national development is something that must be done as a manifestation of the tri dharma of higher education, especially in the form of community service activities. This is based on article 20 of law number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System (UU DIKNAS) and based on article 24 of the DIKNAS Law which states that there is autonomy by universities to manage their own institutions as centers for providing higher education in the form of outreach, service to the community, the Tri Dharma of Higher Education itself is the three main sources of institutional income. Pamulang University Academics who do community service and service will always appreciate the involvement of all parties through this activity, especially the office administration study program and it is hoped that the level of quality of knowledge and public awareness can increase in a better direction. Keywords: Digital Archives, Manuscripts

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of implementing this community service is to help students in promoting the products of the position of Al-Manar School in Al-Manar on Jl. Amd Cibentang No.184, Cibentang, Ciseeng, Bogor has a lot of potential and products produced by the community. Students of Al-Manar School do conventional marketing of their products and have not done product marketing through digital marketing. This community service activity aims to:  Providing insight into the concept of digital marketing and technological products used for product marketing, , providing training and simulation on the use of digital media in product marketing, compiling effective persuasive messages, and providing solutions to realize al-Manar School students to promote products through digital media. This method of community service activities begins with the preparatory stage and field surveys. This survey phase begins with a direct discussion with SMK students in Ciseeng Village, Ciseeng District, Bogor Regency to identify the needs, opportunities, and challenges faced by al-Manar School students. Then, the socialization and training stage is carried out by the team. At this stage there are five things implemented by the service team Namely (1) Explaining How to Use Digital marketing and Marketing more effectively Interestingly, (2) finding a strategic location for students (3) creating promotional content that is easy for students to remember (4). And how to distribute the product so that it can get to the customer. (5). Online Marketing. The results of this community service activity are as follows: Students' knowledge in this case students of SMK Al- Mahar Ciseeng, Kec Ciseeng, Bogor Regency regarding marketing management before Pkm activities are mostly in the category of not understanding. After the PKM activity was carried out and the presentation of the material was delivered, it was known that the participants' knowledge of marketing management after it was delivered increased. Keywords: Digital marketing, effective marketing
