Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACT Chinese or also called Mandarin is one of the official languages used in meetings of members of the United Nations (UN) so that it shows its important position in the international world and is a language that is difficult to master because it is in addition to pictograph forms. In its development, Mandarin has been widely studied in various countries, one of which is in Indonesia, because Mandarin is the language of business communication. Mandarin is taught in schools, universities, course institutions and training both offline and online. Chinese language training is conducted to improve Chinese language skills, namely listening (listening), speaking, reading and writing Han characters. The training, which was conducted at the Maktabul Aitam Orphanage and Dhuafa Orphanage Foundation, targeted students who had never studied Mandarin before. So the first thing to teach is to recite the Chinese phonetic alphabet and carry out daily conversations. However, due to differences in the alphabet in how to read and also the tone or tonality so that students experience difficulty in pronouncing it. The solution given is to teach slowly and repeatedly, also demonstrated so that it is easy to pronounce and memorize. The method of implementing Community Service activities is educational in nature and trains students to communicate in Mandarin, especially daily conversations at the Maktabul Aitam Orphanage Foundation. The result of this activity is that students are taught daily conversations in Mandarin. Besides that, it also broadens students' horizons to learn foreign languages other than English as a provision for their future work. Keywords: Training, Conversation, and Mandarin Language

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the last decade, digital communication media has been frequently used by marketers in addition to selling products, as well as building brands. Digital marketing that is carried out by many companies or organizations turns out to have a big impact in increasing brand awareness of the products or services they sell. In carrying out a digital marketing strategy, it is required to be creative in marketing products. It is intended that the products being marketed can be easily remembered by the market. Advances in information technology that are all digital like now, where communication is done online. The content of the message is very important. The more message content an organization or company has, the easier it will be for someone to find products or services offered by the organization or company. Effective message content is valuable, relevant and optimal message content that is published consistently across platforms. To create or formulate an effective message, marketers need to understand several things, namely the message must combine the core brand, values, and principles of the whole company or organization, the message must be aligned with the fundamental goals, and the message needs to be adapted to the target audience and the channels or media used. . Social media is one of the digital communication media that has a large number of active users in Indonesia. In addition, currently social media is also used as a medium of online marketing communication. Through digital communication media, online businesses can easily market their products by uploading photos or videos about the products or services being sold. Utilizing digital communication media, business people can strengthen their brand image to the public. Community Service (PKM) is carried out by providing counseling so that information can be channeled to foundation staff and from several Community Service results (PKM) related to education on the use of digital communication media in terms of promoting brand image. The results obtained in this extension education are technology-based marketing techniques by utilizing digital communication media. Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide knowledge and understanding to village staff/apparatuses at the Cibadung Village Office, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency. The results of this extension are expected to be implemented by village officials in carrying out their duties of administering village government, implementing village development, community development and empowering village communities by using all aspects to fulfill and implement public services, one of which is by using social media in the implementation of services.This counseling needs to be carried out so that village staff/apparatuses understand their functions in accordance with Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages so that they can carry out their duties professionally, efficiently, and effectively, openly and responsibly. In Article 18 paragraph (7) it is explained that the implementation of village government aims to improve public services for village community members in order to accelerate the realization of general welfare, increase the socio-cultural resilience of village communities in order to create village communities that are able to maintain social unity as part of national security, advance the village economy as well as overcoming national development gaps and strengthening rural communities as development subjects.Universities in their position as community partners have a moral obligation to provide guidance. For this reason, community service activities are carried out to provide training and additional knowledge about social media which is directed at supporting the implementation of good public services.The method used in this activity is the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach or the Participatory Learning and Practice Process. PLA is a method of community empowerment which consists of a learning process (training, brainstorming, and discussion) on topics such as maximizing the functions of e-mail, WhatsApp, Instagram and other social media and afterwards followed by real actions or activities that are relevant to the material presented about the material. social media (Mardikanto and Soebiato, 2012:203). This service activity is carried out in the form of counseling with assistance.The target of this activity is that village staff/apparatuses have qualified skills in using social media for the implementation of public services so that they can support the smooth running of public services at the sub-district office, and it is hoped that they will be able to produce better servants than before. Community service activities (PKM) are planned to be carried out for three days from 24-26 October 2022. ABSTRACT Community service is the implementation of the practice of science, technology and arts and culture directly to the community institutionally through scientific methodology as the dissemination of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and a noble responsibility in efforts to develop community capabilities, so as to accelerate the rate of growth in achieving national development goals. of the Tri Dharma pillar of Higher Education is Community Service which is carried out by lecturers and students. Abstract

ABSTRACT Stroke is the third leading cause of death after coronary heart disease. The prevalence of stroke cases in Central Java is 3.09%. Stroke can affect the patient's life in physical, emotional, psychological, cognitive, and social aspects. The level of physical and mental disability in stroke patients can affect the quality of life. The purpose of this community service is to measure the quality of life using the EQ-5D-5L method to create public awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle as a form of prevention of a disease compared to if they are sick they continue to take expensive treatment. Another goal is stroke training to increase the immunity of the human body so that it is susceptible to disease and makes life healthy without having to depend on drugs. Activities include education on stroke prevention as early as possible, antistroke-antistress exercises, distribution of stroke posters and measuring patient quality. This activity was attended by 44 prolanists. A total of 44 participants. There was a significant difference (p<0.05) in the level of knowledge of the participants after the three stages of stroke prevention counseling, which included material related to stroke disease, material on stroke risk factors, material on identifying early symptoms of stroke and material on smart ways to prevent stroke. The results of measuring the quality of life with the final EQ-5D-5L method are 0,83 influenced by age and occupation, which shows a P value <0.05. The results of the final VAS measurement 86,30.... were not affected by patient characteristics, indicated by a P value > 0.05. The purpose of this community service activity has succeeded in providing benefits as evidenced by measurements of quality of life showing an increase in EQ-VAS and EQ-5D-5L values, as a result of successful education, increased immunity due to antistroke-antistress exercises. Keywords: Stroke, EQ-5D-5L, EQ-VAS, Quality of life, Immunity

Abstract

Kemajuan di bidang teknologi adalah suatu keniscayaan yang tidak bisa kita hindari. Kemajuan teknologi ini sangat membantu siswa mencari dan mendapatkan ilmu dengan cepat dan Belajar pun bisa dilaksanakan di mana saja dan kapan saja dengan bantuan alat komunikasi yang canggih. Tetapi di samping manfaat yang bisa diperoleh dari penggunaannya, muncul pula dampak negatif seperti munculnya rasa malas untuk melakukan aktifitas sosial dan menyebabkan turunnya daya konsentrasi terutama disaat belajar yang tak sedikit membuat anak menjadi tertekan serta terpisah dari lingkungan sosialnya. Komunikasi bukan sekedar penerusan informasi dari suatu sumber kepada publik, ia lebih mudah dipahami sebagai penciptaan kembali gagasan–gagasan informasi oleh publik jika diberikan petunjuk dengan simbol, slogan, atau tema pokok. Kesimpulannya bahwa komunikasi adalah hubungan antar manusia dalam rangka mencapai saling pengertian (mutual understanding). Sosialisasi Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini memberikan edukasi untuk menerapkan literasi digital dapat membuat masyarakat jauh lebih bijak dalam menggunakan serta mengakses teknologi. Dalam bidang teknologi, khususnya informasi dan komunikasi, literasi digital berkaitan dengan kemampuan penggunanya. Kemampuan untuk menggunakan teknologi sebijak mungkin demi menciptakan interaksi dan komunikasi yang positif. Edukasi ini untuk kecakapan pengguna dalam literasi digital mencakup kemampuan untuk menemukan, mengerjakan, mengevaluasi, menggunakan, membuat serta memanfaatkannya dengan bijak, cerdas, cermat serta tepat sesuai kegunaannya. Untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan ini digunakan metode simulasi pada video yang ditayangkan dengan cara memberi penjelasan tentang materi literasi digital komunikasi melalui tanya jawab, serta penyelesaian dari permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Kata kunci:  sosialisasi, literasi digital, komunikasi, dan siswa

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of implementing this PKM is that we want to provide training on strategies and knowledge on how to be able to increase community satisfaction with the services of the Cibadung Village apparatus. The participants of this PKM implementation are all staff/apparatus of Cibadung Village, with the aim of providing a higher understanding and conveying guidance in the form of a strategy on how to improve the services of Cibadung Village apparatus and increase the satisfaction of the Cibadung Village community towards the services of Cibadung Village apparatus. We carry out this PKM implementation method in several ways, namely: Providing guidance and training to all Cibadung Village apparatus regarding work discipline and Excellent Service; Provide opportunities for all PKM participants to express opinions, input, suggestions including complaints faced by participants; Open discussion forums, to provide problem solving and solutions to problems faced by all Cibadung village officials. Based on the implementation of observations that we made directly with Partners, the problems encountered were obtained, including the following: There are still some Cibadung village officials whose work discipline still needs to be improved; There are still obstacles for the Cibadung Village apparatus in conveying information to the community with effective communication; and others. For the problems above, the service team submitted several solutions to solve the problems faced by the Cibadung village apparatus, including the following: 1) We, the service team, provided counseling which contained material on strategies to increase community satisfaction in terms of service to the Cibadung village apparatus; 2) We are a team of servants delivering and providing training on how to improve discipline in public services with the hope that community satisfaction will increase; 3) We are a service team providing excellent service training or excellent service to all Cibadung Village apparatus. While the outcomes that the service team wants to obtain from this PKM activity are: 1) There has been an increase in the discipline of the Cibadung Village apparatus; 2) Knowledge of excellent service or excellent service for all Cibadung village apparatus increases; 3) All Cibadung Village apparatus have the ability to handle community complaints and have the expertise to provide solutions. Keywords: Strategic, Public Satisfaction , Services, Village Staff

Abstract

ABSTRACT Partners in this community service activity are staff/apparatus of Cibadung village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency such as village heads, section heads (Kasie), heads of affairs (Kaur), hamlet heads (Kadus). The location of the partners is at Jalan Pendidikan RT 003/03 Gunung Sindur, Bogor 16340. The main problems faced by partners are low work discipline, selective work, uneven skills, not optimal attendance levels, and weak supervision from leaders. Method of implementation PKM activities use the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method or a participatory learning and practice process in the form of counseling, role playing training and simulations on building the integrity of village officials in carrying out their responsibilities as village community servants. The result of this activity is that village staff/apparatus have motivation, integrity and responsibility, apply the principle of "serving and not being served", the emergence of innovation and creativity and a better working spirit of partners than before. Keywords: : Integrity Development, Village Staff

Abstract

Tujuan PKM ini adalah 1). Memberikan perspektif baru pada kajian kewirausahaan dan kaitannya terhadap kemajuan perekonomian Indonesia. 2). Memberikan bahan evaluasi kepada pemangku kepentingan agar kewirausahaaan dapat memberikan sumbangsih bagi kemajuan perekonomian Indonesia. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah studi kepustakaan karena obyek pengabdian hanya bisa dijawab melalui penelitian pustaka. Pengabdian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dan sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan berperan dalam mendorong kegiatan ekonomi keluarga, masyarakat, perusahaan regional dan milik negara. Dinamika kegiatan bisnis ini dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Jumlah wirausaha di Indonesia masih sedikit dibanding penduduknya sehingga upaya menambah wirausaha harus terus dilakukan. Ada empat faktor yang perlu diperhatian dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan ,yaitu: akses terhadap modal, peran inovasi, pelatihan kewirausahaan dan peran pemerintah dalam menciptakan iklim berusaha yang baik. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa pengusaha memainkan peran utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup individu, masyarakat dan negara. Kewirausahaan juga salah satu penentu untuk menciptakan masyarakat dan negara yang makmur.Kata kunci: kewirausahaan; entrepreneur; pertumbuhan ekonomi; Indonesia
