Abstract

The design of the E-Library at SMAS ANDIKA is to make it easier for students to carry out the process of borrowing books and printing their own proof of book borrowing cards, as well as students being able to download the lesson syllabus individually. In this case, students no longer need to carry a library membership card because every student who first carries out the process of borrowing books will be recorded by the library staff regarding the student's personal data to be entered and stored in the system database so that it can provide relief for the library staff. because every time there is a loan transaction by the same student, the admin no longer needs to input the student's data a second time. Another convenience for admins is managing book borrowing reports, this system automatically records all book borrowing transactions, whether books are being borrowed or books are being returned based on day, month and year.

Abstract

Current technological advances can help to processing the data, which the need of a computer is necessary, knowing that the required data formats and reports need to be a good and proper reports. Therefore a good system is needed for the benefit of the car rental business, which will provide convenience, accuracy, and speed in providing information to customers and all those in need. The purpose of this study is to design, testing and give an implementation of web-based information systems to Amanah auto rental officer.the programming language used is PHP using MySQL database. This web-based information system car rental can give convenience to the prospective customers to see cars leased and rental cars are available at. Moreover, it can give convenience to the Amanah auto rental officer to provide information - information about rent car.

Abstract

This study elaborated on the design of E - Learning at Junior High School Arridha using the programming language PHP. From the research that has been conducted at Junior High School Arridha can be concluded that the system was not effective because the learning process is still done on the condition that the face to face between teachers and students . After doing some research on Junior High School Arridha , collecting data through interviews and other methods. Then the analysis of data collected by the system design tools . After the designed output design , design input , design files and E -learning . The results of the analysis have been carried out on the website of E -Learning in the PHP programming language , and the new system is expected to be able to provide facilities in the learning process in the First State School for more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi, khususnya internet, telah mengubah lanskap bisnis dan pelayanan publik di era digital saat ini. Konsep "Smart Village" atau "Desa Pintar" muncul sebagai pendekatan inovatif dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini tertarik pada kasus kesiapan desa di Kantor Wali Nagari Asam Kumbang, Provinsi Sumatra Barat, menuju Smart Village. Melalui penerapan sistem informasi yang dirancang meggunakan UML (Unified modeling language) dan berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, diharapkan dapat mengatasi berbagai masalah yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan akses informasi, pengelolaan administrasi yang rumit, dan keterbatasan partisipasi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan dengan adanya web nagari dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, memperbaiki pengelolaan sumber daya, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui konektivitas dengan wisatawan dan pelaku usaha untuk menciptakan peluang ekonomi lokal dan mewujudkan visi nagari yang lebih modern dan efisien.

Abstract

The challenge of maintaining accurate and efficient inventory management is a significant issue faced by retail companies. Ineffective inventory management can lead to stockouts, overstocking, and increased operational costs. The objective of this research is to develop an Inventory Management Information System (IMIS) to address these issues by streamlining inventory tracking, minimizing manual errors, and providing real-time data for better decision-making.This study employs a system development methodology that includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. The IMIS is developed using PHP and MySQL for backend processes, ensuring the system is robust and scalable. Key functionalities of the system include automated inventory updates, low stock alerts, and comprehensive reporting tools.The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the IMIS significantly enhances the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management. The system provides real-time visibility into stock levels, which enables timely restocking and reduces instances of stockouts and overstocking. User feedback highlights high satisfaction with the system's ease of use and its positive impact on operational workflows.In conclusion, the developed IMIS proves to be a valuable tool for retail companies, improving inventory management practices and contributing to more informed strategic decisions through detailed data analysis. This research underscores the importance of integrating information technology solutions in retail operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Abstract

The Women's Savings and Loans Program is one of the Indonesian government's efforts to develop rural savings and loans opportunities, strengthen women's institutions, and encourage the reduction of poor households and job creation. The decision support system for the selection of recipients of women's savings and loans funds aims to determine the profitability of lending to women's groups in UPK in North Rao district. Suboptimal decision-making can interfere with the provision of women's savings and loans funds. This system is made by the Electre method (Elimination et choix traduisantla realite). The aim is to help the UPK of Pohjois Rao Subdistrict to provide objective and targeted assistance based on different levels of importance from each criterion. System created using the Electre method, (Elimination et choix traduisantla realite). The aim is to help the North Rao Subdistrict UPK provide assistance objectively and purposefully based on different levels of importance from each criterion. Calculations are carried out for each criterion in this system, which then shows the rating results from the highest to the lowest, so that it can be used as a reference for UPK to determine borrowers.

Abstract

Providing Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in Kuranji District, Padang City, is still done manually, which can result in inaccurate decisions and take a long time, so that assistance is often not on target. The solution to this problem is to use a decision support system with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is a weighted addition that produces accurate ranking decisions. The design of this SPK application uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database, which can process data quickly and accurately for making decisions on the feasibility of receiving BLT in Kuranji District, Padang City. By implementing the SAW method, the process of determining the eligibility of BLT recipients becomes faster and more accurate. The research results show that people who are worthy of receiving BLT are those who have the five highest scores in the ranking, while those ranked below five are considered not worthy of receiving assistance. Based on the values produced by the calculation and ranking of the SAW method, this can be a reference in determining BLT recipients at the Kuranji District Head Office, Padang City. The use of the PHP programming language and MySQL database in this system supports the performance of the Kuranji District Head's Office in managing BLT recipient criteria data and storing BLT data safely, minimizing the risk of data loss.

Abstract

The advancement of science facilitates the development of new technologies that signify the progress of society. MTsS Muhammadiyah Kurai Taji aims to incorporate information technology into its data processing activities. Currently, the school relies on manual methods for processing student data, which often results in inaccuracies, particularly in classifying underprivileged students and other categories. This manual approach has led to challenges in maintaining valid data, which in turn complicates the decision-making process for scholarship allocations. To address these issues, the author proposes the development of a web-based A decision Support System (DSS). A DSS is a computer-based information system designed to support organizational decision-making. The proposed system will utilize MySQL database management to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data. By implementing this web-based information system, the school will benefit from increased time efficiency in data retrieval and scholarship processing. Additionally, this system will streamline reporting processes and improve the identification of students eligible for scholarship assistance, thereby addressing the current challenges faced by the school.

Abstract

Kerajinan menjadi salah satu identitas yang sangat kental bagi suatu wilayah, Diantara banyaknya kerajinan di Indonesia, ada sebuah kerajinan yang bernama kerajinan sulaman atau biasa disebut dengan bordir. Salah satu sulaman yang terdapat di Nusantara adalah Sulaman Koto Gadang yang merupakan kerajinan tangan menghias kain dengan benang yang dikerjakan secara tradisional oleh masyarakat Koto Gadang, salah satu nagari di Kecamatan IV Koto, Kabupaten Agam, Provinsi Sumatra Barat. Sulaman Koto Gadang sebagai salah satu kerajinan tangan unggulan provinsi Sumatra Barat ini memiliki keunikan dari segi motif, pola, sejarah, dan maknanya. Sulaman ini banyak dibuat untuk hiasan salendang, baju kurung, dan peralatan adat yang lainnya. Selama ini wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Koto Gadang mendapatkan informasi dari masyarakat setempat dan wisatawan yang lebih dulu pernah berkunjung dan mendapatkan informasi dari situs situs ulasan dari internet dan video tidak resmi yang disebarkan di youtube dan social media seperti facebook dan instagram, bentuk dari video yang sudah ada pun mendeskripsikan sedikit informasi dan seadanya, membuat pengunjung tidak tertarik. Abstract

In the competitive culinary industry, particularly within the café sector, maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency is essential for business sustainability. Employee performance significantly influences both productivity and customer satisfaction, making an effective performance assessment system vital for fostering motivation and consistency among staff. This study implements a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to evaluate employees across key criteria, such as attendance, daily performance, attitude, and teamwork. By applying the SAW method, the DSS enables a straightforward, objective, and data-driven approach to identifying top-performing employees, thus assisting management in recognizing outstanding contributions and boosting overall team motivation. The goal of this research is to ensure that the system can be easily implemented in the café environment and has a substantial impact on improving both employee performance and morale, contributing to enhanced service quality and operational success.
